Probably the worst service I've ever had. Never brought us our appetizer until we had already finished our entree,why would I want to eat it after? They took our food to the wrong table the first time, and when we did get our food it was cold. My husband had to ask our server 3 different times if he could have ranch for his hot wings. So I haven't been here in awhile the past few times haven't been that good to make me want to come back but today was amazing the food was awesome. Been to a few of these in other states... food is pretty standard same across the board... no better no worse which is a good thing for a corporate spot. The service... well that can be attributed to the rookie staff and the "growing pains" of a new staff. I'm sure they will come around. We'll see how they are when football season rolls around and the fantasy football heads come out... let's hope they are as organized as the other ones I have been to. read more

By far the worst dining experience ever. The server apparently was the bartender who was told to be the server. Drinks were OK, we ordered beers. The food was horrible. Some of the food was returned we were there for over two hours for some appetizers a few beers and a couple entrées. It took 20 mins to get a box We will not return. read more

We come here once a week. Tuesdays are discount traditional wings and Thursdays are discount boneless. We cycle between the two. Discount wings together with $3 happy hour appetizers makes this fall within our daily dinner budget. Customer service is usually right on. Then, why only 4 stars? Because it is SO loud!!! We visited this location shortly after it opened and to be honest, it was pretty underwhelming. Here are the pros. Our server was very nice and the food was above average. Here are the cons. It took 40 minutes for our flat bread pizzas to arrive and we weren't there during lunch or dinner. Granted, the location was busy that day but still. The worst part of the entire visit was the fact that the restaurant is LOUD! And I mean WAY LOUD. I've played in rock bands for years and been in a lot of loud environments but this location has a reverberating din that is annoying as heck. I am glad we gave it a try but there are at least two restaurants within a three wood from this location that we prefer over this BWW. read more

The service tonight was terrible. Our waitress was pretty much absent and the"captain" stood at the next table and chatted for 15 min while we had empty glasses. We had to ask for everything from other waiters that passed by. The management needs to be more involved. It was after dinner hour on Sunday and fairly slow so no excuse. read more

New store, soft opening. I must say, it is comfortable inside, feels larger than it looks. televisions galore. We had exceptional service and the food was great. Just a couple minor hiccups with the coffee served. It was half cups do to server not being trained on the single serve machine. Opens to public feb 9th- highly recommend. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I will. I took my family to go eat there yesterday and write down my name for 3 people, the waitress told me it was gonna take 15 mins to clean a table. I clearly saw empty tables and 2 blonde girls were just chatting while people were waiting for a table. Miriam was my waiter, we didn't get at least HI from her but alright!. We ordered some mozzarella cheese sticks and left the empty tray on the table so she can take it away but no!!!! She came back took our order and after that never came back to our table. 40 mins after she appears saying something to herself I believe she realized "Ohhh I forgot their order" she comes back with our order, but again didn't pick up dirty trays, glasses etc. A group of guys came in and she was being the nicest person I've ever hear at bww!!! Just like you would expect from a BWW. There are alot of TV's playing a variety of sports games, the waitstaff is hardly attentive. Oddly my kids love it but I am pretty sure its because they give them those tablets. Nothing really above and beyond and not even the best Buffalo Wild Wings I've even been to. read more

I've been to this BWW 5 times and 3 of the times they tried to serve me the wrong order, the other two times they forgot one of my friends orders, and every time I go there they take at least 45 minutes to bring out your food. Even when it's 2pm on a Wednesday and you're the only customer there. I will now go back to going to Tacoma every Thursday. read more

Went here for the 1st time last night for dinner. The music was way too loud. You could not have a conversation with anyone here. I had to keep asking my family what? We had to literally yell to talk. My 3 year old got scared when they used the loud speaker to announce someone's birthday due to how loud it was. The happy hour menu specials suck. In California for happy hour they have $3 margaritas and 50% off appetizers. Not here. They only had a couple of beers for $3 and about 5 food items to choose from for $3 each. The food here is pretty pricey. I got the appetizer sampler for $14. My soda was almost $3. At least the food was good. Doubt we'll ever go back though read more

UPDATE - Went to BWW Sunday around 3pm. No line, no wait. We got seated immediately and had our drink orders taken shortly after. The hostess offered our kids tablets which have a variety of kids games. FABULOUS idea! My husband order the medium wings served three ways. I just munched on spinach artichoke dip. Dip was delicious and the pita chips were better than last time. My husbands wings were pretty dry and they offered to "toss them again" with more sauce. Nice of them to do this but they went from almost no sauce to the cook deciding to put an entire bottle of sauce on them. It was actually pretty humorous. They have turned down the music since our last visit (thank god). Still seems like there is way too many staff members. I counted five managers/captains and six hostesses. I've been to BWW a few times. The service is horrible and mediocre food. They have a great happy hour and lots of televisions for sports.

UPDATE 8/18/18: I Received a call from the general manager in less than 24 hours. He was very kind. He agreed it was inexcusable. He was not trying to make excuses, but did explain that our sever was new and overwhelmed. I completley understand that but he said that others should have seen what was going on as well. Anyway, knowing that she was new and overwhelmed helps to know that she wasnt just ignoring us and not caring. Like I said in my original post, mistakes I understand. They just need to be made right and validated. Larry did that for me. I will be back and I appreciate that they cared. We aren't rich and going to spend money like that is a special treat for our family, which ia the main reason I was so disappointed. Thank you Larry and Wild Wings. 8/17/18-What an awful experience. The only reason I gave even one star is because the food itself tasted good (although not hot). We waited about 15 minutes for our waitress, then she argued with us about what their family meal could do. When we pointed straight at the words she was saying we couldnt do, she said "Well Ill have to talk to my manager". Came back and, loe and behold, we were right. Anyway, this meal had 4 appetizers amd 3 large orders of wings. 40 minutes later, everything came out at once. Appetizers and food. Said somethong and the guy who brought it said yeah she forgot to separate it out. So then we got to decide which thing we would not mind eating cold or reheating. After about 20 minutes of empty glasses, waitress finally asked if we wanted refills (keep in my mind this is a wing place with spicy wings). 10 minutes later I physically went to find her as she had forgotten about our refills. Brought us our drinks and walked away. Then I had to get back up to find her again because she had brought my diabetic husband sweet tea instead of his unsweet. My youngest ordered grilled chicken strips. Nowhere on the menu did it say they were covered in pepper. And couldn't eat them. Asked waitress to take her plate because she couldn't eat them because of the pepper. Without a word, she took it and walked away. No offer to remake or take off ticket. I won't even get into the issues we had with the final bill, tried to talk to the manager about the bill issues and she explained something (not satisfactorily) but got really snotty and upset. Now, I am a person who understands bad days and mistakes (I was a waitress too). I have no problem at all with them as long as there is an offer to do SOMETHING to make it right. Not one thing was offered or apologized for. Paid a $100 ticket for cold food and bad service. Highly disappointed. read more

Only 4 stars because it's probably the smallest BWW I've ever been to and there is not much else around so this place is a slam packed and you have end up having to wait for 45 minutes at least. However food and service was 5 stars! Definitely the best wings out of any BWW I've ever been to. Best wings in town- hands down. read more

Service is pleasant. Never consistent information. I was told once there is a "taster person" that would come to our table and let us sample the sauces. We have been there 5 times since they opened and never have I seen such person. I have tried a variety of the foods. Salad (bagged lettuce and chicken was so hard I could not puncture with fork) Flat-bread pizza same hard chicken from salad and light on the toppings and cold. Wings, every time we tried the wings. Slimy and misrepresented on the menu for the taste. Very loud atmosphere. I would never go there if I really wanted to hear the people I was dining with. read more

All in all the staff was very slow... I ordered 5 pieces of buffalo wings and it took them about 30 minutes to finish it. The wings are also very overpriced... I paid about $9 for only 5 pieces of wings, $9 that I could have spent somewhere else for a lot more. read more

We went in during peak dining hours on a Friday night and STILL received outstanding food and service! I want to say our servers name was Megan, she was a total sweetheart and kept our drinks full, and our experience pleasant! One benefit of BWW is that you don't have to wait for your server to be done with her other tables to bring your food over - if a server from a different section sees your food is ready to go out they don't hesitate to bring it over. The only reason why I gave four stars over five was the noise level! I wasn't able to hear anyone or anything. I wish it could have been a tad quieter. I don't mind loud ambiance, but this was 1am bar status loud. :) they also have cool trivia tablets and you can play against other tables! Loads of fun hahah read more

Appetizers came at the same time as the rest of our food, without any acknowledgement from the server for the mishap. Place was so loud with the CONSTANT birthday shout outs and other junk that it was almost a pain just to talk to the other people at my table. Came here to watch a game with friends. The manager said he couldn't change the channels for us or he'd have to change it for everyone. I understand if he couldn't accommodate but the way he spoke to us was completely rude and dismissive. I can accept being told no but as a manager you ought to have a little bit more couth when speaking with guests.
