I've been there twice in the last year. Both times, I had been out shopping, and I was starving. Whatever I had, it was super-neto-jet good. The last time I was there was about three months ago, I had some awesome good sandwich or burger and the most incredible CHOCOLATE CAKE MILKSHAKE!!! You HAVE to try one of those. They actually put a piece of chocolate cake in and blend it in. The waitress was as good as a waitress could be. We have one previous experience with this chain and it was the worst meal/dining experience in recent memory. I had so many issues that by the time I was done with the manager, our table of 6 was completely comped. Justifiably. Today, at the Silverdale store, product and service were no better. I don't eat wings but we were part of a group and so my husband and I ordered nachos. Yes, they are known for wings but if you have nachos on your menu... MAKE THEM RIGHT. No excuses. They sell them with liquid cheese on them...YUCK! We asked if they could make them with melted cheese. She said yes. We were served a massive pile of chips and they had no visible cheese. There was absolutely no cheese in the center of the plate. Just dry chips. Inexcusable. We asked for a remake with actual cheese. Even a child would know to put cheese on nachos. It's common sense. The "remake" was absurd. It was the same plate of chips with a wad of cheese melted on top. The same DRY pile of chips underneath! $10 and you can't actually REMAKE something when asked?? SERIOUSLY!!! The waitress asked at the end of the meal "how was everything?" I complained about the nachos. Her response? "Well, I thought you said you just wanted more cheese." NO!! She then rambled on about her view of our remake request. At that point, I'd had it!! We are not talking rocket science here! This is a dish a child can make!!! I told her, I accept your explanation but it's actually an excuse for it being made improperly. Any CHEF should just know how to make this dish. They shouldn't need guidance. She lost her cool, snapped at me and then offered to comp them. She did. I can forgive a dish made incorrectly or over syrupy soda but disrespect is a deal breaker. WE WILL NOT BE BACK to any of these restaurants in any state at any future point. I will also provide a detailed explanation to anyone who asks why I don't go there and why I recommend they go anywhere else. Our experiences were 5+ years apart and they still suck! read more

Well, I like this place enough to return, though not often since the menu items are pricy. Going in, the atmosphere was daunting; I generally prefer a quieter dining experience. I acclimated soon enough, but I still say the music's volume should have been lower. Service was exceptional. The guy waiting on us (whose name I forgot; sorry) was casually eloquent, helpful, and forthright. I enjoyed his manner. He did make a lot of unnecessary excuses for the other staff, though, and made a remark about someone being "mentally challenged"; I did not appreciate that. The other employees' service was fine for the number of diners present. I suppose our waitperson might have been slightly defensive based on prior criticisms of the service. I kept telling him, "Dude, it's okay." Apparently, one of our dishes was slow to arrive. We didn't mind. Cue over-apologetic waiter. He was mostly all right, and even made conversation with us and cursed casually. (Perhaps a weird thing to make a person feel comfortable, but there you go.) The guy who brought us sauces to try was very good, too. Now, the drinks.... I ordered two different kinds of lemonade, both of which were quite tasty from what I could tell. You get free refills in whatever flavour you want! Husband drank most of both. Greedy, wicked! We also each got a black cherry mojito. These were exceptionally delicious, except that there was barely any alcohol in them. I drank my mojito and half my husband's, and I didn't even feel tipsy. Folks, I AM A LIGHTWEIGHT. I get drunk EASILY. These drinks didn't even make me a little bit silly. I don't want to choke on the alcohol, but I expect there to be enough in my drink to do the job. The wings were almost as good as the ones I make at home. I am always leery about ordering chicken wings in restaurants because they're always too dry or slimy. These were neither. The sauces are good, though I wish they offered them as dips like those at Famous Dave's. Might be offered here at Wild Wings if requested. The fries are a mite too thin and dry for my liking. They taste like frozen fries, though I don't know for sure about their origin. We got the bacon and cheese toppings. Cheese was probably real cheddar, and made an unpleasant mound in the middle of the fries. I prefer a liquid cheese sauce for this kind of dish. Bacon was okay; added some flavour to an otherwise bland dish. Probably won't order fries here again. Finally, we got the chocolate cake. (It was a special occasion.) This dessert is meant to be shared; you get an enormous slice with vanilla ice cream. The cake is immensely rich, but not overly sweet. We quite enjoyed our experience here and will be back. Turn the music down and actually put rum in the mojitos, and we will be much happier. read more

I really enjoy eating at the BWW. The food is always good and the employees are great even though they do get pretty busy sometimes. I would knock a star off because they don't offer tablets anymore and they're kinda fun. My boyfriend or oldest daughter and I will play while we're waiting for our food and my twins love the coloring game on it. We try not to spend 24/7 on electronics (except for the teenager) so we usually go there when we want wings or when we want to just veg out for a bit. This place is not good. Food was warm at best. Also, I asked how many wings come on the plate and the waitress goes 5, 10, 15, 20 for the 4 sizes. We order the larger one for 3 to split. It comes out with 16. I asked the waitress to which she replies, it's about 20 and is really by weight. I said 16 is more about 15 than 20. She just laughed and left. Alex, the manager, has zero control over his staff. I made a formal request, as expressed to the entire staff as being for my pleasure, that the bartender dance for me. He would not. During this pandemic I was working for doordash and had to go there to pick up an order.went inside and it was packed ,no social distancing at all packed like sardines in there ,no enforcement what so ever .food was not ready and way to many people. So we sat for 10 minuets before we ever saw the server. We ordered drinks simple lemonade for my daughter and I and water for my husband it was almost 15 minuets before we got the lemonade. The manager had to go find them for us. The food was ok we did burgers. But here's the thing I ordered the jack burger that has pulled pork and honey bbq on it I can't do spicy since I am allergic to a lot of the red peppers but I figured that honey bbq was pretty safe. WRONG! All of their sauces have peppers in them except for the teriyaki and garlic Parmesan. Pretty ok place, as expected it's super noisy at all times. I usually go to bww when I need a few minutes to regroup on errand day because they have tablets for the kids. The food is pretty standard, wings are ok I'm not a huge fan of them I prefer wing stop but my hubby and kids love them so we keep going. Son loves the mini corn dogs and daughter always gets dry wings with sauce to dip. Have had some great service here and some service where I'm not sure they remembered we were there. We sat in the bar area and it took too long to order as well as receive our food. Our server had too many tables and needed help. The manager Alex walked around the restaurant aimlessly, watching her struggle without doing anything. We actually had to ask him to check on our appetizer and suggest our server needed assist. He never apologized for the wait and came back with our appetizer right away without asking if we needed anything else. It took forever to get our entrees and check. This is one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. My husband ordered some wings and I ordered a salad. They brought the wings out pretty soon, but I waited an additional 20 min for my salad, just ridiculous and when my Mediterranean salad did come, it was 90% lettuce with very few tomatoes, olives, and red onion. They also only gave me 2 measly slices of pita bread. I've been to other BW's where this salad has been just amazing and they did not skimp on the other veggies or the pita bread. We also ordered cheese fries and they were just terrible! Like a fast food version of string fries with shredded cheese thrown on the top at the last minute. This was my husband and I first time here since moving to Washington. We stopped by for lunch and surprisingly it was empty. We were seat within 5 mins. The waitress was very welcoming and helpful in choosing the best foods on the menu. Since their new menu have lunch specials with awesome prices my husband opted for the chicken tacos. I tried them and they were juiced and extremely flavorful. They had the right amount of chopped chicken them, even though they are quite small. my husband decided to order more. I ordered the chipotle wings with honey mustard sauce and fries. since it was Tuesday...half off wings!! One negative, it took a while for the food to be brought out. The waitress told us there were two large party's over 15 people each so everyone behind them had to wait an extra 15 minutes or so for their food. But since we didn't have anywhere to go and we weren't super hungry we didn't really complain. And our bill was lower than what we expected. So we will definitely go back! read more

Hmmm... Difficult to grade. I had two servers, the first one Analaura (?) was terrific. Blonde friendly professional. The second waiter was great also but I think he had too much on his plate. He was running the bar and serving an entire section. His service was much less attentive but I think there's a good reason. Food was average. Parking plentiful (not an issue in Kitsap County). Place seemed clean. No real complaints other than management needs to not cut so far back on servers. My visit lasted way longer than it should which translates to less turnaround/earnings for the business. read more

If I could, I'd give this establishment 0' stars. NOT because of the food, but for the lack of customer service for people who look like me. My husband and I walked into the restaurant and was immediately asked if we were dining in; we were. We were then instructed to go around the corner where we would be serviced and eventually seated. Once we approached the counter, a young lady by the name of Shelby was standing there. She never greeted us and continued to fiddle with menus. She then turned her back on us, turned back around and looked my husband DIRECTLY in his face and still said nothing. Another employee eventually approached the counter and assisted us. During this time, a group of people walked right in, and Shelby not only greets them, but she shows them to a table. At this point once we were seated, my husband was in such disbelief and anger that he no longer wanted to eat there. We left, but not until I asked to speak to the manager. While waiting for the manager, 3 African American males walked in, and once again; Shelby is "blind" to their existence. Fortunately for them, the other employee quickly assisted them and showed them to a table. I spoke with the restaurant manager Stacy, and informed her of Shelby's gross behavior and attitude. She agreed that it wasn't a pleasant thing for her (Shelby) to do. I hope the manager addressed Shelby's behavior and attitude, but if not; I'm hoping this review gives insight on the type of person working there; who is making this establishment look bad. I went here for the first time today around lunch. We waited about 45 minutes before being seated. We ordered fried pickles and were told they were out of them. Than we ordered pretzel bites and our server came back 5 minutes later to tell us they were out of those too. So we ordered the artichoke dip and the flat bread was over cooked. Than another server brought our food out, they messed up my wings, I ordered a small half BBQ and half medium and got all BBQ. So I politely told the server and she looked at me like I was stupid and walked over to the server stations and was bitching about there mess up. Not to mention my table is next to the serving station. Also ordered an ice tea and asked for there to be no lemon and got a lemon in it. We waited for the check for a half hour. Good wings, always good service and friendly staff. We often dine here and enjoy the food. Especially love the fried cheese curds and pickles. Great selection of sauces and dry rubs for the wings. We use our points often and like to go as large groups. We've even participated in the hot wing eating contest. I will admit my first experience with Buffalo Wild Wings was horrible. I didn't make it past the front lobby and it's made me not want to come back to even try the food. I was with a larger party of 8 people, and was told it would be about a 30 minute wait. We said no problem and hung out and chatted. 45 minutes passed and we still hadn't been seated. There was a larger booth available in one of the sections and we asked if we could all squeeze in that one. Was told no because there's not a server available for that table. Waited some more. Another party of 7 people came in (with no prior reservations) and were seated immediately..... in the booth we had asked about. We were all pissed and took our business elsewhere. The food quality is ok, nothing to write home about. The overall low score comes from the wait staff last night. The waitress was so distracted by my male sailor friends that she didn't even put my order in for an appetizer (the guys got theirs first, meanwhile I was there 10 minutes before the guys even sat down). I was unable to get her attention for drinks right a way (she was busy leaning over the table and getting my guy friends attention by whispering to him).
