I stopped in last night with my granddaughter around 9 pm . We were seated in a booth in the dining area , our server was Kelly , ( I hope I have her name right ). Kelly greeted us , took our order , checked on the food , refilled our drinks , all the tasks of a server , but she did it in a friendly , prompt manner. She seemed to genuinely like her job , which is not always the case in a chain restaurant . My granddaughter and I both had chicken sandwiches which were very good . We arrived shortly after 6pm today, restaurant was not exceptionally busy. Once again (3rd time this month) we were not greated by the greater/seater person, no hello, no smile, just kinda looked at us like what do you want? Finally I said two!She grabbed three menus and proceeded to seat us in a booth between two families both with loud kids, we requested we be sat somewhere else, obviously an inconvenience, she stated she would have to check with someone else snd left us standing there, finally she came back grabbed the menus and walked to another table, Never saying a word. About a minute later our waitress came over and greated us, she was smiling and very pleasant. She took our order, we got our food relatively quickly. Mine was good, my wife however did not like the BLT she ordered. She requested only the sandwich but was still charged the full price?? Upon leaving we walked past three employees at the entrance, they looked at us and said nothing. No thankyou, no goodbye, no have a good evening, nothing. We tipped our waitress 20%, its not her fault that the other staff has no manners or customer service skills. We never see a manager, hopefully he or she is in training on how to manage a restaurant and train staff school. Our last three visits have been exactly the same, doesn't matter time of day or day of week. We have decided this was our last visit here. It was terrible. Three of us waited over an hour for food and finally had to just have it boxed because we had to leave. The restaurant was half empty as well. Nobody was friendly or helpful. Starting off strong, we got asked how many we had? We told the hostess and she just started walking away with menus in hand. We followed her to a table, she threw the menus on the table and walked away without saying anything. It took about 10 minutes for a waitress to come over to our table to get a drink order. Some of us ordered beers, and some of us just got waters. It took about 7 or 8 more minutes before waters arrived, and a few more for the beers. We ordered food, which we were surprised came out mostly right. However, we had to ask multiple times to get our orders of carrots and celery... we ordered 3. Only one came out first. We asked for the others, and only one more arrived. Asked again, and nothing ever showed up. The wings were decent. But all of the sauces were close to room temperature, definitely had been sitting out for some time. The tables were not cleaned properly. A few tables sat dirty for 15-20 minutes before someone attempted to clean them. (We were not there during a rush, and it didn't appear to be understaffed). The floor was littered with trash and food, which the staff just stepped around. There was also a problem with our bill that took 2 or 3 explanations to get correct. It was late and we were tired from traveling so we ignored the bad reviews because the location back home is always good. Big mistake. The place was nearly empty. Requested a booth but was told they weren't seating there, so accepted a table. They seated multiple parties at booths beside us less than 10 minutes later. Came last evening for a quick meal. We were seated right away. Our waitress was nice but a little too soft-spoken. It was kind of hard to hear her. The cheese curds were hot and tasty. Our food arrived and we were pleased. Hot and fresh. About halfway through, I found a hair in my sandwich. Our waitress brought the manager over right away and he comped my sandwich and asked me what I wanted instead. I just decided to get boneless wings. My rating comes mostly from the fact that you can only order wing flavors in multiples of 5. (For traditional wings) I wanted to try a different flavor since they have so many options but wasn't sure I would like it so didn't want to commit to 5. I've been to many other wing restaurants and have been able to order 1 of a wing flavor if that's what I wanted. I don't see how difficult it would be to put 1 wing in one sauce and 4 in another instead of needing 5 in one sauce. I think this is ridiculous Outside of the wing flavor situation, food was alright. I like their buffalo chips. The wings we did order had way too much sauce and also I ran out of water and my waitress was no where to be found for a few minutes which isn't fun when your mouth is burning hot. Will never patronize this location after the discrimination we received tonight. Arrived and were seated as a family group with no issue but after returning to the table after using the restroom was approached by an employee (didn't identify themself as anyone special) and told that medical exemptions for masks were not honored. Only one person in the group didn't have on a mask. The employee was extremely rude about it and kept the confrontation up after we were sitting down again. Then complained that we ignored their hostess when we arrived when she supposedly commented about their mask requirements however the hostess never said a word. After not engaging said employee in their rant, they then told us they wouldn't serve anyone in our group due to the issue. AFTER they seated us in the first place. The most horrible service received. They expect you to wear a face mask to dine in, but their workers are not wearing their face mask properly. It's "mandatory" by the health department, but it's not mandatory. If the tables are 6 feet apart there is no reason to wear the mask. read more

My wife and I came here on a Saturday night and the restaurant and bar were packed. We noticed right away that the place was filthy. There was paper trash like napkins and straw wrappers all over the floor everywhere. There was pieces of food and other trash all over the floor in the dining area as well. The bathrooms were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day. On to the service....it was terrible!! Our server Skylar had no idea what beverages were still in stock as some had run out. We next ordered an appetizer of chips and salsa which never came. Our entrees arrived and no appetizer. We had to ask where it was and our server said it was his fault yet we still got charged. The only positive to this restaurant was the food we were served. I am very grateful for the staff letting me orders my food 30 minute before they closed. I did run into a small bump. As they handed me my bag of food I notice that sauce was spilled all over the bottom of the bag. The young lady was so great and took care of the situation. We got there at about noon there was nobody in the lobby we waited five minutes to be seated. We asked to be seated in the bar but were seated in the dining area. We were ready to order but saw no one. After five minutes a server came and took our drink orders a few minutes later our drink came about ten minutes later she came back to finally take our order.
