I have got carry out from here several times and I honestly can't tell you any time has been a good experience. I understand carry out your food isn't as fresh, but mine has always been cold. When I ask for something off my wrap they always forget. I never get the ranch on the side that I ask for. Great location right on Eureka, service is hit or miss. Waitresses usually seem uninterested in giving proper attention to customers,even when not busy. Food was typical,we ordered a burger and fries & boneless wings and fries. Tip:stick with the chicken. Burger was grisly and seemed to be a cheap frozen burger. The people at the front desk are very rude!!! My boyfriend went to go and Pickup our food and the girl at the front desk is always very persistent about us tipping and has an attitude problem if we don't!! It's not like we are sitting down and have a waitress, my boyfriend was picking it up!!! I don't like the attitude problem or how they expect him to tip. It's ridiculous. By FAR the best service for any of the BWW in the area. EASILY surpassing Woodhaven ( the worst), Westland and Livonia. Canton's is usually good too, but this one is consistently the best and we choose this one over Woodhaven ever though it was a longer drive. There were 4 of us and we all ordered wings and drinks. Caitlyn, our server, was excellent. Our alcohol, pop, and water was never empty. We enjoy coming here and will in the future. read more

Guess I should have read reviews before stopping here. Service is poor and doesn't matter if there's a game on, or busy. My mistake was ordering at the window then getting a table. Guess if you don't order from wait staff they can pretty much ignore you. Yes food was good, atmosphere pleasent, and yes they missed out on additional sell. I sent a message to corporate website to suggest all wait staff greet anyone sitting at their table and introduce them self, and to see if additional service required. The food at this location is great. Tastes just like the BWW we have back home in Louisiana. This location is clean and it wasn't very busy for lunch time. We were seated immediately. My friend and I ordered some food here while in town; we ordered it 45 minutes before they closed & asked on the phone if it was okay to still order, we were assured yes. We picked it up, brought it to our hotel and were very displeased. My baked Mac and cheese dish was a lump of hard cheese and noodles, burnt and nasty. My friend's chicken wings were under cooked & cold. Never have we ever had a bad experience at any Buffalo Wild Wings other than here. First of all I have to say the waitress's need to pay ATTENTION to all people at the table and not just the male at the table.. and make the female feel extremely uncomfortable the entire time!! Clearly you were not trained correctly you always ask a female what she would like to drink/order first. As I'm sure they would expect the same thing if they were to walk into a restaurant with their significant other. Let me start by saying that the only reason I am giving a 4 is that my first experience was not great. If the resolution had fallen short, the review would be a 2. That said, my first order was missing 40% of the wings ordered. Though the wings were good, I had no desire to venture back out to pick up the missing wings. I spoke with the manager and he offered to either replace the entire order or send a gift certificate so our next order would essentially be on the house. We received the certificate within 48 hours and a very professional letter. Both of which lead me to try them again. FANTASTIC!!! The lemon pepper wings were spectacular. I am pretty picky when it comes to wings and have avoided chains. Typically, I have found mom & pop places to be markedly better. This location has caused me to reconsider that opinion. This has become my new "go-to" place for wings. The manager was professional and the staff at the take-out counter pleasant, professional and efficient. Nice work folks! read more

This is the second time I have been to a Buffalo Wild Wings, and I was really pessimistic about it. Now I am just upset with myself for having paid for a second mediocre meal at this chain. When wings is part of your name you would think there would be a great deal of concern as to the quality of the wings and their taste. I am kind of old-school when it comes to wings and order traditional Buffalo style wings spiced medium. Som I am surprised when they are blistering hot, so much so that they mask any flavor the wings might have. My dinner companion ordered the boneless wings with garlic spice which should have also been a medium spicey sauce but this was also so hot it covered over any taste they would have had. Too hot to enjoy. We also had the spinach artichoke dip and we're kind of annoyed at the cardboard bowl these were served in. The waitress was fine and refilled the lemonade my companion ordered but went missing when it came time to bring the check and then to pick up payment. The wings on top of being overly spicey also tasted like they were re-heated, re-cooked. Food is really almost not edible and far too expensive for that to be the case. read more
