Then Buffalo Wild Wings is the place for you. Everything about this place just screams sports. From the food to the lively atmosphere, Buffalo Wild Wings has everything to make watching a sports game feel like you are actually in the stands. Buffalo Wild Wings on Northside Drive in Stateboro, Ga, opened on December 19, 2013. When I pulled up and I walked in I was taken away by all the organized bottles of alcohol, large TVs, and beautiful tables and chair that still looked brand new. The overall appearance of the restaurant made me feel very comfortable with my dining choice. The interior of the building has very high ceilings and the overall openness of the building takes your attention away from the fact that your neighbors table is right next to yours. Once being greeted, I was seated near the bar which allowed me to see all the scenery that Buffalo Wild Wings had to offer. They asked for my drink order and then left me to look at the multi-optioned menu. I immediately noticed the prices, I hate to admit it, but most of the menu wasn't as pricy as I thought it'd be. Most everything was between eight to eleven dollars. The menu ranged from wings to burgers to chicken salads to something as simple as mozzarella sticks. After staring at the menu for a few minutes I decided start with an appetizer. I ask the waitress what would be the best choice, and she suggested Cheese Curds priced at $6.49. These are small round shapes of fried cheddar cheese, served with southwestern ranch dressing. What I ordered wasn't terrible, but I do believe that the cheddar cheese itself wasn't as good as I would have hoped. The southwestern ranch dressing added the flavor. Overall they tasted like fried nothing dipped in ranch. In between my appetizer and ordering my meal I had the Guest Experience Captain come visit my table and talk to me. She told me a lot about the company, she really tried to make me, as a customer feel the best I could. She was very sweet and really seemed to love her job. She mentioned that Buffalo Wind Wings is involved in non-profits, which really added character to the restaurant. I then ordered my dinner for the night, I asked what is the most popular item on the menu; she said it's the traditional wings, and the next best was the burgers. Ironic I guess considering the fact that they're a wing stop. I asked what her favorite dish was on the menu she really liked the buffalo ranch chicken wrap. Instead, I got the Honey BBQ Boneless Wings in the snack size for $8.29 which includes 7 wings. They were very appetizing and I respected the fact that they were crunchy instead of being soft. This isn't the first time I've tried Honey BBQ Boneless wings, I've ordered the before at multiple different restaurants and I have to admit Buffalo Wild Wings serves them the best. The flavor of the sauce itself was much valued, it was sweet and also had some sort of a kick to it, almost to keep you on your toes. My overall experience was very welcoming, I enjoyed all of the employees, and how they treated me just from walking in. I appreciated how they made it a priority to have conversations with customers along with their helping on what to choose for lunch or dinner. They showed what was good on the menu and I was satisfied with dinner I chose for the night. The environment was friendly and much laid back, with having every TV showing some sort of sports team to keep you interactive while eating your meal. Whether you're looking for some where to go just to eat some good wings, or looking for a place to eat while watching the game, Buffalo Wild Wings is a well recommended restaurant in my book. read more

Disgusting service. Terrible management. I ordered nachos and asked if they came without meat. The server, Amber, told me they did not. I expressed 3 times I did not eat meat and needed them without it. I got my food, started eating, and then tasted chicken. Something I have not eaten in 7 years. I was appalled. Amber took 20 minutes to check on us, when I told her there was chicken in my food she told me "Well I told them not to put meat in it" and rudely offered to get the chef remake it. I told her I did not want to give the establishment any money at this point after I stressed it so hard for no meat and was assured by her. She then avoided our table the entire night after sensing my annoyance. No manager came up to apologize; they simply just took my nachos off and did not charge me for my soda, avoiding the problem. A FRAUD HOTSPOT. I am thinking it must be the servers because this is the THIRD TIME I have had fraudulent activity on my card after eating at this Buffalo Wild Wings. It hasn't happened with takeout, but of you dine in, you had better keep a sharp eye on your credit card account!!! Very disappointed! We frequently eat at BWW and have never been so let down!! We ordered the sampler appetizer and the fried mozzarella sticks had no cheese... literally hollow breading!! The onion rings were overcooked, the nachos were blah.. however the wings were tasty! My husband ordered the chicken ranch sandwich and it was not up to their usual standards... my salad was ok.... There on a Saturday night to watch a football game. You know, like all of the BWW commercials. Only half of the TV's are on games and the big ones are showing some crappy crime series. The audio for the whole restaurant is on the crappy crime series....on a Saturday night during football season. We asked the waitress if the audio can be changed to ESPN, and she said in a couple of minutes, but the manager was busy. Asked again a little while later and the waitress snapped back that "THE MANAGER IS BUSY!". We paid for the app and left. This restaurant was open until 2AM and we were looking for dinner after our road trip. They didn't serve my chicken in the little paper boats, but used little trays. I always get the same sauce, spicy garlic which I love. The onion rings are really great too, I can never leave without buying them. I only had tea to drink in this visit so I can't rate much. This place has the worst service I've ever seen. Bottom 5% of restaurant experiences I've had in my whole life. When we arrived, we were seated and then ignored. We had to ask the manager to have a server come get our drinks. In the 15 minutes that we sat there, two other tables were sat and had drinks. Our server was overall scatterbrained and creepy. She kept calling us pet names like "baby", "buddy", and "mama" and even put her hands on my brothers shoulders at one point. She constantly forgot things; we had to ask her at least 3 times for mayonnaise. We ordered an appetizer first thing, and it never arrived. When we asked about it, she asked if we still wanted it. We opted for it after the meal instead since we were hanging out for a while. At this point, we talked to the manager about the atrocious service and she said the appetizer would be comped. It took 10+ minutes to get a beer. We had to ask for more sweet tea like 4 times, and she never brought enough for the table. Even another server knew we were having the worst experience ever. I understand working in a restaurant is annoying but to give your new customer that come in old customer attitude (if that makes sense) yes you're tired but they were rude and they didn't give no love to our drinks and the girl who took our drinks insisted that the way we wanted would be nasty when WE HAVE HAD drinks from here before. Buyer beware!!!! Buffalo wild wings statesbore. I have been ordering from here for several years and usually go in and sit down to eat. Started to order on line and quickly realized they were charging a 1.40 per wing which is completely ridiculous overall wing shortage or not. Poor dining experience. Waited unreasonably long time for our food. When we inquired what was wrong we were told the new menu was causing the kitchen problems cooking hamburgers. I had ordered a simple cheeseburger. Had them bring my wife's and our daughter's food out - which was cold. Watched two tables who were seated after us all get hamburgers delivered to their table. Watched one be sent back and receive a replacement. Still no burger. When it finally came out, it was burnt to a crunchy crisp, tasted like a lump of charcoal, and was cold. I give this place 4 stars due primarily to the fact that the atmosphere is as awesome as awesome sauce. TVs are abundant, they even dropped off a tablet at my table and I got play poker while I enjoyed my $3 appetizer during from 12-5 I think,.... Don't order the lemon pepper boneless wings, the dry seasoning doesn't set well with already cooked and cooled chicken that gets microwaved I guess? I have yet to try the bone in wings... So inconsistent. I've been multiple times to this location but this past time was the worse. It was around 7:30 pm when we got our food and the wings looked and tasted old and barely had any flavor or sauce on them. I'm a big BDubs fan but in Statesboro the Wild Wing Cafe is better. read more

I'm writing my review based on overall visits. Not just for one bad day of service. If you are a regular at any restaurant...you will have at least one bad experience and it depends how management handles it. I give this restaurant 5 stars. I've eaten here more times than I can count ....over the years. I've only had 1 bad experience out of them all and was handled very well, by management. The food is fantastic! I really enjoy the atmosphere and can't beat the enjoyment of the sports bar. I will continue to be a regular (and anyone bringing more than 7 people, you should expect a delay in food services....it's almost common sense. I detest unrealistic expectations. We just ate here. With 5 adults and 4 kids. Our service was horrible. The server could not be found. When we arrived at 6 PM, there was exactly 2 tables in the whole place occupied. It took them 10 minutes to seat us. The manager came asked what we were drinking. The server came asked if we were ready or needed a moment . We asked for a moment and 30 minutes later she came back. Our glasses were empty. But instead of refilling everyone's glass, she only gave you a refill if you asked. Our food came but half the order was wrong. When we were all finally eating we all ran out of drinks and we couldn't find our server. Again. But we could see all of the servers in the kitchen talking. It was a totally bad experience. I have always loved Buffalo Wild Wings in my home town so I decided to order it in my new home of statesboro. I ordered online and got a Caesar salad with my wings. After I picked it up and got home I found out that not only was my Caesar salad without any dressing but half of the salad was made up of brown lettuce soggy lettuce.
