Quickly sat on a Wednesday evening for 2. Hardly anyone in the restaurant. We sat at the bar. Server obtained our drink orders quickly and returned as quickly as he came. We ordered dinner and just sat around waiting. Dinner came and was rather disappointing! I ordered the 3 piece naked tenders (roughly $12) but opted for loaded tater tots (additional $2 or so). When my meal came, it was depressing. The tenders were so pathetic looking! I remember them being larger. The service, cleanliness, and, comfortable seating is the reason for 2 stars. I'll start by saying that my son and I have gone to Buffalo Wild Wings a dozen times in the last few years living here in Surprise. We have had no major issues till last night. We went at dinner time and yes it was busy but not overly crowded. Our server was obviously new and apologized many times. That being said here was our issues. Ordered Ultimate Nachos and they came out cold. The cheese was not even melted. We mentioned this to our waiter who simply apologized but made no move to correct this. OK so we moved on. Ordered two burgers, drinks and sides. When we asked for mustard we got mustard packets like at a fast food restaurant. Meal comes out and we are given plastic utensils to eat our meal, with the server mentioning that they are having issues in the back. Ordered dessert. It comes out undercooked but at this point we are not going to complain as it took a bit too long. We're requested real spoon's to eat with because the plastic ones wouldn't work with the hard ice cream on the cookie. We get to the end of our dessert and look at the bottom of the dish to find a sticker on the cooking dish. It was cooked in this dish and they left the manufacturers sticker on the inside of the pans. But at this point we had already eaten everything and just asked for the check. First, the smell of the restaurant is horrible around lunch, Don't go unless the like the sewer smell while you are eating. This has been going on for months. no wonder the health department has closed the restaurant before. The food is still too susceptible to the cook. Burgers are smashed and when you order 1 patty it is cardboard with cheese. The mustard amounts range from adequate to more than the mayo portion. The fries can be half old and half over cooked. They cool before you get the second bite of the hamburger. Don't order anything special because most times it doesn't make on the receipt so how could the cooks know. When they do know the servers bring it out wrong anyway even with allergy's. Did the prices go up again because it is always rung up with different amounts. read more

My family and I have been coming to this location for close to 6 years now. And they've had ups and downs, but what has stood out to me the most was the staff and consistency they've brought us. Ethan, the manager is always so hands on, and goes above and beyond to make sure the restaurant is running smoothly, he doesn't hesitate to jump in and lend a hand whenever things get busy. And is always checking the guests to make sure everything is satisfactory. The food and drinks are delicious and we love all the deals they have. The points you can receive on the app are amazing and a great way to get customers to come back. The interaction the servers and staff have with all the guests is above and beyond. We came in last Thursday and it was a great experience! We ordered two beers, Philly sandwich with chicken and beer cheese sauce and some wings of course. This will be short and sweet. Ordered through Uber Eats. Apparently the location was out of a sauce, instead of contacting me to notify me and ask if I'd want a substitution or to cancel the order, they apparently decided to send another sauce and just left a note on the receipt that said "Out sorry.". I was completely unaware my dinner was not going to be included in my order I waited over an hour and a half for. I've already contacted USAA bank and the entire charge will be denied. The fact I now have to run out and get food when the whole point of me ordering through Uber Eats was to prevent this, solely because you cannot properly train your staff is unacceptable. We went here tonight, at 12:05 August 2nd 2025 to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday with younger children as we have known it to be child friendly. My daughter and 2 others ordered alcoholic drinks to celebrate, and half way through the manager rudley asked if was just her birthday (carded no one in our party) She said yes, thinking he was maybe offering something special. He instead very rudely took her drink and said he couldn't serve her. (Again , not carding any of the young people drinking in our party). I have worked in the industry for almost 30 years as a Bar Manager and have never experienced this behavior towards a guest in my career. He was absolutely rude , said he wasn't about to lose his job because of her birthday took her drink and left her completely embarrassed in front of our entire group. Our server was also extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed, we felt bad for her as we could see him reprimanding her multiple times. He then came back to our table and asked if there was a problem, once again in a rude manner, and we expressed how we had never been treated like that before and how he was extremly demeaning, he then said :You know what, you guys are just 86d. Get out. " We packed up our food we didn't even get to eat and left. Robbie was his name and he ruined her birthday. We will absolutely never visit this location again, if any. He wasn't very friendly taking our order. He didn't bring us our food another employee brought us our food. He asked the table next to us if everything was OK and skipped us to speak with the 2 girls behind us. He checked on the girls and I never saw him again till the table next to us paid.
