Always good food served as fresh as can be considering it's made when you order. Service is always excellent, they take care of you despite having small glasses then make sure that they try to fill it as often as possible. Ambience is an old country store so you gotta love that.

If it wasnt for my parents liking Cracker Barrel I would never come here. My last review was 3 stars and now it should be zero. The business level was busy but starting to slow down with tables being empty around. I ordered a cheeseburger well done and it came out pink. It got taken back to be remade. So I sat there awkwardly as my parents and boyfriend ate their food. They when it finally came everyone was done or just about done and it just takes away from the experience of enjoying a meal with family. When we initially sat down it took quite some time until we were acknowledged and it was cool the manager stepped up and asked if we had drink orders in yet and we said no. He said if we had our food choice ready he could take our food order. He did come back around to check on me about my burger getting remade. I will not be back to this Cracker Barrel.

This place is always busy! Our server was really good and very attentive with the needs our table. We love coming here for the blueberry pancakes. If you can't decide what to order, get the pancakes and that's coming from someone who prefers savory over sweet on any other day!

Awful service. Went there & the server never came back to us. Went ordered eggs & coffee. The eggs was cold, & the coffee was not hot, never got a spoon. My friends got up & left.

Sit a spell and enjoy the fun old timey atmosphere with lots of antiques to look at: definitely one of the main reasons I enjoy coming here. And the staff is delightful too. As is browsing the general store type of shop crammed full with interesting snacks you can't easily find elsewhere, great self-care items like goat milk lotions, and plenty of seasonal items and unique fashion. But on to the food: the catfish was excellent! My meal included catfish, greens, mashed potatoes, okra, hush puppies, and biscuit/muffins (sourdough toast was from friend's meal of chicken fried steak, beans, carrots which he enjoyed too. I even took some of mine home in a container I brought with me. Plastic alert: They should ditch the disposable condiment container in favor of a reusable one since there is no need for unnecessary plastic use. You can also take a nice walk behind the business since the New River Trail is right there to help you work off that good food.

Tried to dine here for breakfast from out of town and had one of the absolute worst experiences at a Cracker Barrel ever. Not only was the food terrible and not cooked to order, half of it was undercooked and inedible. Service sucked, and when we were asked about it and offered a manager to "help" he showed up front arguing with his staff about the radio's mixing up with the gas station next door, then proceeds to argue with me, the customer, on every single point of disservice and unhappiness about the food that was made. When i got fed up with his bullshit and said i wasn't there to argue with him, and just was going to pay and go, he decides to "take care of it" and is gone to the back, no direction for his staff to comp a meal or do anything. We left. Don't recommend. 2/20 9:00am.

I hadn't been to Cracker Barrel since I was a kid probably, but my husband's side of the fam wanted to celebrate Thanksgiving early here so we went! I love the little shop up front and how they had it decorated cute for Christmas. They were very accommodating for my almost 20 month old as well. The restaurant appeared to be clean and was surprisingly busy for a Tuesday evening! I ordered a veggie plate to share with my son, I got Mac n cheese, broccoli, hash brown casserole, a biscuit, and cornbread. My son was all about the biscuit and Mac n cheese. He loved my husbands steak fries as well. Everyone else enjoyed their food. I do think that management maybe dropped the ball a little, one server seemed to be covering the whole restaurant and no managers or anyone to help her in sight. I get that it's sick season so maybe some people were out but I felt bad for that server, especially with some pretty large groups dining in. Overall good experience though and happy to have Cracker Barrel reintroduced to me as an adult!

We went to Cracker Barrel for an earlier dinner. It was not crowded as it usually is because of our early arrival, 4:30ish. The wait staff was excellent, quick and friendly. The food, I had the fish, was exceptional as always and reasonably priced considering how high prices are these days. We will be going back.

Since we don't have a Cracker Barrel where we live, we make it a must to stop when visiting AZ. Upon entering I get struck with nostalgia and a smile always comes to my face. I love the genera store. We were greeted by two lovely hosts that told us about their specials and sat us down promptly. Our server was immediately at our table to make sure we would get drinks right away. We also ordered a new appetizer, cheesy casserole tater tots. They were fun to have as a new menu item. I ordered their Biscuit Benny with bacon. It was perfectly made and delicious. My husband ordered a skillet with steak, eggs and cheesy hash brown. He said it was excellent. It was a very generous helping. Our server was also amazing, with a pleasant and fun personality. Upon check out I took advantage of the vintage candy, and was welcomed by a lovely man at the checkout. All in all, this Cracker Barrel lived up to their excellent reputation. I love it here.

It's been a few years sense I've eaten here. The place was so empty, I never seen it like that before . I wasn't happy with the new menu. The coffee didn't taste the same. And instead of one thick cut ham I got two super thin cuts that were very dry. The grits tasted bland, like instant grits ?? After 20 years of eating at Cracker Barrel , I won't be back. Just not the same.

The Breakfast Burger with Steak Fries absolutely delicious!

The food was absolutely fantastic, went out with family and it was a very nice outing, the server destiny was an absolute sweetheart and her service was 10/10 amazing and customer service was fantastic she was very sweet, explained the menu and gave us all the options and the ambiance was very friendly and mind you they were busy but the food came out in a timely manner, my mother very picky about the way she likes her bacon and they were awesome to accommodate her and make her bacon extra crispy so she can enjoy herself with the family! Thanks Cracker Barrel will definitely recommend!

While not a large dining experience, there are several different eating space options including a dog friendly patio. One of the quirks of S83 is the amount of live, and advertised, music. This can be loud after reverberating off the patio but the play list while we were there had everyone signing along and playing cornhole. Our server was also great with a lot of our requests and questions about the menu. We landed on Wagyu Social Burgers and White Cod Fish Tacos for the win. Tip: pay the $4 for an extra taco they are worth it. Also on the menu is a diverse drink menu with craft cocktails and a Brunch option with lots of breakfast staples. At the End of the Day the Happy Hour, live music / DJ, and menu offer up a great experience that makes repeat visits worth the drive to the Arrowhead area.

We both loved the food! Since it was a Sunday, I knew it'd be busy. I figured it'd be a good idea to check whether Hash Kitchen offers a way to join the waitlist online. Luckily, they do! I joined ahead of time and we arrived about 30 minutes later. While there were tons of people waiting for a table outside, our table was ready within minutes of us checking in. We were promptly seated and our waitress did not take long to take our order. I wasn't sure how long the wait would be after ordering, but it was surprisingly quick considering how busy they were. We ordered the Boujee Biscuits to share. Those were delicious! It comes with three kinds of butter, but my favorite was the salted caramel one. We also each ordered the Best F#*%ing Birria Hash and shared a stack of the Buttermilk Pancakes. Everything was so good, but I especially loved the Birria Hash. Once we finished eating, I was able to pay by scanning a QR code on our table, which was really convenient. I can truly say we had a great experience.

Even after joining the waitlist, you still have to check in with the hostess upon arrival, and there may still be an additional wait. When we arrived, we were told it would be about a 20-minute wait for a table, or we could sit at the bar. We chose the bar, but honestly, we wish we had waited for a table because the bar area felt a bit tight. The bartenders were very nice, but at times it seemed like they were a bit overwhelmed, as we had to wave them down a few times for assistance. One highlight was the live DJ--the music selection was great and really added to the overall atmosphere. For food, we ordered the Basic AF and the chicken and waffles. Unfortunately, the food temperature was disappointing. The waffles were cold, and most of the Basic AF dish was cold as well, except for the eggs. The only item that was warm on my plate was the chicken. This is definitely something that should be improved--breakfast dishes should be served hot and fresh. For drinks, we ordered a Bloody Mary and wanted to add a mini Miller High Life, but they were out of stock, which was disappointing. Instead, we opted for a Corona, which felt overpriced at $7 for a single bottle--especially when it's being used as an add-on. A lower price point would feel more reasonable in that situation. On a positive note, I also ordered the Boozy Bag drink with a watermelon slice, and it was absolutely delicious--definitely a highlight of the visit. The restaurant does offer a good amount of outdoor seating with shade coverings, which is great for avoiding the sun. Inside, especially near the bar, you can hear the music much better, but it's still audible outside depending on where you sit. Our total bill for two came to about $70, so it's something to plan for in terms of pricing. One additional suggestion: we did notice bartenders and staff handling drink garnishes--such as fruit and decorative items like cotton candy--with their bare hands. For hygiene and cleanliness purposes, it would be highly recommended for staff to use gloves or some type of protective covering when preparing drinks, especially since these items go directly into customer beverages. Overall, we enjoy the vibe and energy here, but consistency with food temperature and attentiveness during busy times would really improve the experience. Also, it looks like they offer a rewards program that requires linking a credit card--we're not fully sure how it works, but it might be worth asking about for future visits.

So when we drove past it during this weekend's trip to Peoria, AZ, I knew this was where we would be dining for at least one morning! Turns out we loved it so much that it turned into day 2's morning selection and our last meal before heading home! First I must say that the service was amazing. Our 2 wait staff members were adorably personable answering all my questions and returning several times to ensure we were well supported. Second, I loved the coffee latte in the mason jar. So good I got it both days. First morning was the Beast Eggs Benedict for me and the Chorizo omelet for Mr. Would definitely order both again. Mr. got biscuits with his omelet. OMG! These biscuits are the right biscuits--you know the difference if you've ever had good and not so good biscuits. These are the right kind of Southern style biscuits so good, make you wanna slap yo mama!! But that's not all. The homemade strawberry jam! It's everything. Just the right amount of sweet. One thing to note: the fried potatoes on my plate and the bell peppers on Mr's plate were both a tad al dente. Might be the style of the chef on the line. Both were enjoyable. Another thing to note: incredible portions. Go hungry. I had to ask for a box both mornings. Second day: I had the Monte Cristo which caught my eye the first day and the waitress assured me was a solid choice after the Beast. Y'all! So! Good! I have ordered many a Monte Cristo in my day. This was unique to the Biscuit cafe with one layer of beautifully cut ham and Swiss cheese nestled lovingly between two thick pieces of perfect french toast slices and dusted with powdered sugar. On the side was the famous homemade strawberry jam along with dijon mustard. The mix of all these flavors was perfection. Everything I dreamed it would be. Mr. got biscuits and gravy to try the sausage gravy and it was super! Really good seasonings and sausage flavor. Not too much pepper which is a frequent risk with white southern gravy. One more thing I absolutely must call out. If you're like me and love the idea of a flight so you can test out many flavors--mimosas, margaritas, cinnamon rolls, donuts, bacon, french toast, are just a few of the flights I remembered from the menu. This place has a minimum of one flight per category. This calls out to my "try everything" spirit. Hope it calls out to yours too! This is definitely staying in my Phoenix/Chandler saved places and we will definitely go back.

It did take awhile to check out as there was only one waitress working but the manager ended up checking us out to assist the waitress. We left full and with a to go box. There is also some black paper along the windows, which looks pretty tacky. The place also had an unpleasant stink to it. I was slow to be greeted by a server after being seated despite the fact that the restaurant was less than half full. The coffee was fair and the service was slow. I was hoping my breakfast would make up for it, especially since the prices were a bit higher than average. I got the pork chop and eggs. The pork chops were very thinly sliced and deep-fried but had an almost jerky like texture. My over easy eggs were also well done.
