Right here in south Tampa. This has to be the worst review I have ever given. It should be -1 stars. We placed a go to order 3 hours before the Super Bowl game and scheduled it for 45 mins before the game. We got there 15 mins early to have a drink before we left with the food. I checked in and the food was already sitting on the counter. I checked the ticket time and it had been ready and sitting 15 mins before. I asked for fresh wing and fries and they answered " it gonna be awhile " rude right? So I said ok and went to the bar to get a drink. Before the bartender even served us the drinks the sever said here you go. I'm thinking wait what?? I felt the fries they were hot but the wings just warmer than before. Microwave is my guess. When we got home and the wings were hard and the fries not as hot as they should have been. Microwaved for sure. We couldn't eat them and thru them away. We also enjoyed the fried pickles, mozzarella sticks, cheese curds and chips and queso. All were on point! Our waitress was outstanding; we never had an empty glass or had to ask for anything. My family and I go to this establishments regularly. It's normally good. Tonight was not. The service was mediocre at best. No ice in my tea. The Thai curry wings were so salty and the fries were cold. Oh don't order the "side salad" it's lettuce and a few slices of tomato and they charge an extra dollar for the up charge on the pick six deal. Some of the larger pieces of chicken were undercooked and management didn't have much to say about it. I also ordered food to go and waited a very long time to get it even though they weren't busy. I ordered it as soon as our food came and we ate and still had to wait another 20 minutes for it to come out. Very disappointing to say the least. read more

Absolutely amazing. Worst customer service ever from a manager. Staff was instructed by the day manager to turn the TVs from sports to a movie. This is a sports bar! Waitress said: "She's a Halloween fan, so that's why the TVs are on the Halloween movie". So a discussion was had with the manager to inquire about not being able to watch sports on a late Tuesday afternoon but she was very abrupt & dismissive and only said "TVs will change to sports when the 8pm game comes on." It's 530pm and those that are here want to watch sports and have fun. The day manager (Oct 31) definitely isn't adhering to the 5 BBW values. Oh and yes, the sound from the tv was on only so everyone can hear the (her) movie, nothing else. The volume for the (8pm) pre-game was not on. Terrible. We went to the Buffalo WW in Pinellas Park. We ordered fried pickles for an appetizer. I also had a free birthday 6 pc boneless wing complimentary we ordered. My husband ordered the Philly Cheese steak sandwich. I ordered a Crispy Buffalo Chicken salad as the waiter said it was 2 chicken breasts on a big salad. There seemed to be about 6 people seated at the bar and maybe 4 people seated at another table. It was basically empty. The waiter was attentive at 1st for the order and the 1st beer and tea but after that he disappeared for awhile. Then he brought out the appetizer of fried pickles. Super greasy! Dinner came out about 2 minutes after the pickles. Well the Philly Cheesesteak was incredibly deceiving. It looked nothing like it did on the menu. Instead of a cheesesteak on a hoagie roll with meat and cheese, this thing was served on a hot dog roll and was not worth the 14.99. Talk about false advertisement at its best. My salad was ok but it wasn't 2 chicken breast on top of a big salad either. it was 3 chicken tenders on a house salad. I can understand why the BDubs on Tyrone Blvd closed up. The place is terrible. Arrived and saw sign to seat ourselves. We sat and waited for 15 minutes without service. Family walked into the bar area and were immediately served. Asked a server if we should move and told no, our server would be out. After five more minutes moved to the bar. At one hour after we walked in and three other family's that arrived after us finishing their food we received our food. My wife ordered bone in wings and got boneless. We visited Buffalo Wild Wings in South Tampa and ordered a variety of wings: 30 traditional wings in Asian Zing, Medium, and Spicy Garlic (requested extra crispy), along with 20 traditional in wings in Desert Heat and Thai Curry. While the first set of 30 wings came out as ordered, the second batch took a long time to arrive and was overcooked and overly crispy, even though we hadn't requested them that way. After waiting so long, we decided to just eat them rather than send them back. We also tried the $9.99 Unlimited Apps, but were a bit disappointed by the limited selection--it only included five appetizer options and did not include fries or tater tots, which we had hoped for. The wings themselves were a decent size and tasted fine, but the inconsistencies in preparation and the long wait time definitely took away from the overall experience. I really enjoy the food at this location. The lemon pepper flats and wings are so delicious as are the fried pickles. The appetizers are superb and the salads are great, made exactly how I ordered them. The drinks at the bar are great. The atmosphere is nice, they show a nice assortment of different types of sports, not just football, and I love this. The staff is super friendly and I felt like family. Called beforehand to see if my dog and I could sit outside well before closing time. When I got there, the hostess had an attitude when I said I called previously and asked for the patio. She tried to get the person who was on the phone with me, but didn't seem to want my business, period. Glory Days not only welcomed me and my well-behaved friend, but brought her a water bowl, and put the tv and sound on to whatever channel I wanted. 40 minutes before closing time too, they even gave me the remote! Upon further investigation, this establishment is understaffed, has horrible morale to go with it, and based on images in reviews (feathers still on the chicken) the food often reflects. We frequent Buffalo Wild Wings in Gainesville, Fl near the mall. Often we will get to-go orders on Tuesday or Thursday if we are in the area. The general manager has helped us several times and the staff is very courteous and friendly. They also appreciate the military and offer a discount. The wings are awesome. Just felt invisible. Waited forever to get our drinks. Then no silverware when my very warm wilted side salad came out. My husband had to go get the silverware then I had to flag the waitress down to get his tea refilled. Wings were fried also crisp I couldn't chew any of them. This is the second time in a row that we waited forever for service to notice us amount all the other stuff. We won't be back. You really need to fix some of these issues. Our bartender Austin was a sweetheart and put up with all my shenanigans the whole night. I told him to change the TVs about 50 times and he changed it every time for me. Couldn't believe how good he was about the TVs either. He's also a dirty dog, but that stays between us. Hundred percent great experience here at B-dubs. The service time improved so much better than it was about a year ago. I didn't have to wait for a long time to get my food. Visited on a Sunday night in February for a late night snack. This is a huge place, plenty of parking & seating inside. The set up is about the same as the one we have at home. They are really close to McDill AFB base, so very convenient to all the military. We were greeted and treated kindly the entire time. The waitress could have been more attentive and paid more attention to our order. I had to send my chicken nachos back like twice. I finally said never mind and let hubs eat them. The lemon pepper wings were really tasty and meaty. They were not busy at all, she just failed to be attentive. It was so hilariously bad. I don't typically even write reviews unless it was good. This time is different: My food came out cold and 20 minutes before others got their food at the same table. I had to ask for everything, we got no silverware or napkins for our wings, had to ask for those as well as ask for a refill every single time. Our drinks arrived a few minutes after food. The server never even offered to clear the table, a server from another section happened to walk by and did it for us. After ordering fudge cake, 10-15 minutes later were told they were out. I ordered a slice of cheesecake which was still frozen in the middle, and served without a god damn fork 10-15 minutes after ordering it. We paid using separate checks and the wrong cards were ran against the wrong receipts, so everyone ended up paying for each others meal instead of their own. Seriously bad. read more

As a wing enthusiast, I'm surprised it took me so long to try this place out. A restaurant devoted to chicken wings that isn't Hooters? Sounds like a winner to me! My experience could be summed up as dinner at a good chain restaurant. We had excellent service, they had hard cider on tap, barstools and tables were plentiful. My server was able to tell me what my gluten-free options were. To my surprise, the wings and most of the sauces are gluten free. The rest of the menu isn't as generous. I went with the mild and sweet, Bourbon honey mustard sauce on my wings. Thought they were quite delectable. Price, taste and quantity made the trip well worth it. Upon walking in, you can expect to find a seat at the bar - it always has 3-5 people seated, but I've never seen it busy. Nonetheless, maybe one of the 2 bartenders will look at you, and if you're lucky, maybe even speak to you, before both of them aimlessly wander around, wiping counters, doing dishes, chatting with other patrons, walking off to the kitchen - everything in the world other than actually taking your drink order. No lie, the last time, after about 10 minutes, I said to the bartender, "excuse me" - she literally snapped back, "I'll be with you in a minute." Seriously, I feel like you can overlook a certain amount of incompetence, if they are at least nice. But here, they can't even be that. The bar service is sooo bad that the last 2 times, I actually went at got seated at a table. The food is ok, what you would expect. Except a LOT slower. Expect to wait 20 - 30 minutes for an order of wings. Both table servers I had were nice and pretty attentive. It's a shame about the bar really, because franchises like this with their fixed menu can only differentiate themselves with their service, and this location certainly doesn't do that. read more

They were delivered to my table in less than 10 minutes... partially warm chicken and fries that were cold. We just ate at this location today. We started with the chips and salsa which should be hard to mess up. The salsa comes with fresh pico de gallo on top making it look like fresh salsa. However, once you get past the top layer, it's nasty salsa from a jar. The chips were not good either--little salt if any. They don't have any type of vinaigrette dressing. They only offer ranch, blue cheese, or caesar. The carrots that came with the wings looked really old. I would not have eaten them in my own home much less a restaurant. Also, the wings were a bit overdone. Our server was adequate, but not great. We ordered caesar side salads, but received house instead. Overall, I regret eating there and will not be back. Apparently, service food hot and/or fresh isn't a real priority for them. If you know know already, an order of wings cooked in a commercial fryer takes around twelve minutes to cook. I go to BWW for lunch and place an order for wings. When you wings comes out four minutes later, that's an issue. I ask the bartender about the suspiciously short server time and she says 'Oh, these just came out of the cooker hot and fresh.' Test the temp on the wings. they are barely lukewarm. Send them back and ask for an actual order be cooked so I can have some freshly-cooked wings. With about fourteen minutes (the amount of time I would expect for a wing order). Same crap. Lukewarm, not hot and fresh out of the fryer. This isn't the first time this has happened at multiple locations. I had stopped going to them for six years when i decided to give them another try. A horrible experience all around. Our dinner was a complete disaster and I would highly recommend you look elsewhere if you're in town. The list of grievances is probably more than I can fit in this review, but to try and sum it up quickly: - arrived at 6pm and we didn't get our first round of drinks until over an hour later. - we never received silverware or napkins, so we had to hunt around to find our own. - "the kitchen was backed up" so our order of chips and guac took 1 hour and 20 min to arrive. The chips were stale and the guac was in a paper container that someone just had to take a lid off of and put on the metal tray. I don't understand the backed up kitchen aspect. - our server (who was only serving the tables around us would vanish for 20 min at a time while many people in our party hadn't gotten their food yet (some people waited over 2 hours for their meal) - After failing to try and get a 2nd drink for over 30 min, we decided to just finish our dinner with water. A second round of drinks was ordered (without us asking) and delivered well after we were done eating. We were charged for the 2nd round. Stay away.
