My wife and I went there for lunch very disappointed in the quality of the food service was good but I wouldn't eat there again

Thought we'd give this place a try, now that's it's been open awhile. It was UFC night, which I'm not into, but the place was packed and there was a fun energy in the crowd. We only had to wait 10 minutes and were seated in a booth. The place was very clean. Our server, Billy, was attentive and gave us some recommendations. We tried the cheese curds and mozzarella sticks. Both were delicious and came out quickly. We had honey bbq and salt and vinegar wings. Both were really good. Service was on point, and Billy kept our refills coming without having to ask. Food is a little pricey, but I would come back. There are many other things on the menu I'd like to try. read more

While cruising through the area I decided to stop at Buffalo Wild Wings in Temecula Ca for a pit stop. Upon entering I was instantly gratified with the wonderful storefront , exceptional staff members, and aromatic scents of food being prepared. Being that I was limited on time . My server Anna went above and beyond expectations in order give me the absolute best experience possible . You're awesome Anna thank you ! The food quality was excellent and delicious. I realize that this sort of thing is very subjective, but I can't imagine why anyone would eat here when there's an Epic Wings in Temecula that's so much better. We ordered (to go) 10 wings, a side salad, and a side of mac & cheese. The wings were clearly old, ok, taste wise, and on the small dry side, they put the dressing on the salad so by the time we got it home it was awful, very soggy (inedible). The mac & cheese was tasteless. I tried to doctor it with salt and pepper but to little success. Do yourself a huge favor, don't waste your money, go to Epic Wings. The wings are bigger and better tasting, and they come with breadsticks, carrots & celery and a fresh salad. read more

My husband and I have been wanting to stop by since they opened. We finally made it over and I am so pleased we did. They were short staffed but the manager took our drink order and the waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent. My husband had the chicken sandwich which he raved about. I had the chicken wings which were superb! It is a little challenging to find a place that can do chicken wings right and Buffalo Wild Wings knows how to get it right. In my 30 years of life I have never felt more disrespected than I did today. All of my friends came out of their way (out of state included) to eat at this restaurant. Let me emphasize, I WAS, a regular but now I'm done. I have lived in the valley for all 30 years and you best believe I'm not recommending this place. They get 1 star for the beer and number of TVs they have mounted. The food over the past several weeks has been less then mediocre. Our service has been a give and take. Mind you we've been coming here weekly and this is not just a one time visit rating. The bartenders are great and that's about it. We've specifically ordered certain foods and when the plates come out, that's not what we've received. Plus, the food that we have been given is nothing what the pictures on the menu look like. My husband and I are absolutely thrilled that this BWW is closer to our house and we don't have to drive all the way to Murrieta and to be honest the Temecula one is waaaaay better than the Murrieta one more open tables less noisy and very very attentive service our waitresss was Jo and she was absolutely incredible we never really waited on anything everything was fast and so delicious!! Sitting here trying to come up with a description for the brainiacs they put in the kitchen... why it takes 30 minutes to make 20 wings is beyond me... I'm boiling in my dirty booth so annoying. Cant wait for them to bring the check. Managers please one on one retrain and coach the cooks to not stand for 12 consecutive minutes in the same spot and to put the phones away when ur on the clock please... Seriously the worst Bdubs in town. If you are thinking about going to one, go the the one in Murrieta. We've had no issues there. We've ordered to go three different times at the Temecula one and each experience has been bad. The last time I was there waiting for my order, they told me it would be 10-15 min. I waited an hour along with multiple other people. They never once apologized or offered anything as they had a number of disappointed customers. I tried to explain that if they had just told me it was going to take that long, I would have canceled my order when I first walked in. Today, I waited 10 min past the time my order was due to be ready and 17 min since I walked in the door and they told me it would be 5 more minutes. Before I left, she told me to check the order, so I did. The tenders looked like they didn't have any seasoning on them so I asked. She told me that indeed everything was seasoned. Well, now I am home, and sure enough, they are NOT seasoned. So here we are, with 10 unseasoned, plain tenders... not a good establishment and very poor customer service. read more

We're local Temecula residents, went here to try something new and the location is great, the fit out is great, the service is terrible. Sat on the patio, drinks took forever to come, 25 mins later and no sign of our server and no sign of food and our glasses were long dry. Next door tables we're all looking round for the server too. Ended up paying for drinks only and cancelling order and leaving. No apology and no care. Uncle bobs has absolutely nothing to worry about! read more

Recently moved to Temecula in October during covid-mania somewhere along the line we found this b-dubs. I can't express enough how great this place has been out of all other restaurants in our area. Our server Scott is the man and I couldn't believe the hospitality we have gotten from everyone here. We have been here about 4 times now since the move, the wings are always cooked great, they are not shy with the sauce or the side dips. Don't take my word, come see this place on your own. Picked up my food at the specified and it was cold. Our boneless wings were overcooked and had barely any seasoning and we got the bottom of the barrel with the fries so they were burnt and all the end pieces you wouldn't eat. I've had issues with this location since it first opened. Every single time I order carry out, I end up waiting at least 20-30 minutes past my promised pick up time. I get that things might be backed up a bit due to covid, but the restaurant is making the declaration of how long the wait will be. If it's going to take an hour, say it's going to take an hour. Don't force me to sit there well past my pick up time because you can't figure out how to adequately estimate the amount of orders you have. Also, I don't know why there is such a difference, but the quality of Wings between this location and Murrieta's location is night and day. I am always getting wings that are either full of fat or have barely any meat on them. I've never had that issue with my wings when I was going to Murrieta. Today was my last time hoping things would be different. I'll be making the extra 20 minute drive to Murrieta from now on. read more

I will never waste my time eating here again. Ordered take out and the black bean burger was burnt, crunchy, and absolutely inedible. The beans were white- that's how dry it was. I also ordered wedge fries and received what appeared to be the end, they were all smaller than an inch! I did not pay that type of money to be disappointed. My husband and I stopped by today and I have to say that even though it was busy we had the best time. The food was of course great but the service was even better. I really didn't know what to order but our server Michele took the time to tell us about different items that we might like. The boneless wings with Asian Zing sauce was amazing! Absolutely terrible service and rudest Mgmt. For instance Pablo "mr I'm the one you will deal with" wanted me to drive back 30 min round trip to pick up the sauce they failed to put on my wings vs making them correctly. How hard is it to provide good service and correctly make the food people pay for???. 3 orders in a row my food has been wrong and or short of what I paid for and if you ask to speak to the owner or main manager your told you can't. I haven't eaten there but I have tried twice to place an order for pickup, once earlier this year and on Veteran's Day. Both times no one answered and I was on the line for 20 minutes this last time. Avoid this place like you avoid covid-19! Ordered online and they forgot half the order. Called them when I got home and realized it was missing. Their response was basically "Sorry, f**k you, and have a nice day!". "If you want what we forgot to give you, come get it." It will be worth the extra 3 mile to go to epic wings and things where I'll get more for my money and 1000% better customer service, or stay in the same shopping center and go to Uncle Bob's Sports Bar is even better. Worst experience I'm gagging... guy at the bar area puked at his table and the clean up crew very very slow to clean up, it took 20 minute to get to it and with the smell I lost my appetite .. I'm so not impressed with this place .. I understand the staff had no control with puking situation but the response to clean it up was so slow along with the lack of hospitality.. Came on a non busy Sunday afternoon,maybe 30-40 people. I was very reluctant to come here due to other bad service/bad food I've had at other buffalo wild wing locations. This one just opened, & was craving wings, so I gave it a try. I Ordered 10 bone in, 12 boneless & fries. Along with a Michelada. The michelada was delicious & came out in about 10 minutes. That was pretty much the only good thing about our visit here. Took almost 30 mins for me to just receive my water. Didn't get our order taken until we had been seated for 30 minutes (we were ready to order a few minutes after ordering drinks) Another server noticed we had been sitting there for awhile with no service & asked if everything was okay. We let him know we had been sitting for 30 minutes & still hadn't had our order taken & I that I was yet to receive my water. People who ordered 20-25 minutes after us got there food before us. Our waitress Nicole had an excuse for everything. Blamed us waiting 30 mins for my water & for our order to be taken on something going on in kitchen then Heard about 3 different excuses of why our food was so delayed after we ordered. She overall did a terrible job at communicating with us & letting us know what was going on instead of just letting us sit there & wonder what's going on & she was not attentive at all. Another server checked on us more than she did. My wife enjoyed her bone in wings they came out nice & hot, but our fries were stone cold & my bone out wings were Luke warm. Waited around 5 minutes to see if our waitress was going to check in on us. I got tired of waiting & ended up finishing all my wings before she even came & checked on us. Did let her know that the fries were stone cold & probably among the worst fries I've ever had & that my wings were barley warm. She then blamed me for not letting her know before I finished my wings that there was a problem. I let her know we hadn't eaten all day long we waited a hour for our food & that I also waited nearly 5 more minutes after our food arrived for her to come check on us so I could let her know, but she took so long that I was just over my visit & did not want to wait another hour for some more cold food. After my experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings now I can definitely say I will never eat at a Buffalo Wild Wings again. read more

not horrible but some things that should be second nature. our table including 2 others were never cleaned after people leaving. especially when all this covid crap is going on. i would be embarrassed to waitress a table with it being as dirty as ours was with crumbs and food still all over it. always love the food but the customer service just wasn't there. read more
