Ducting should be cleaned of heavy dust since they're exposed.

This Black Angus is decent. The steak can be hit or miss. Sometimes it's cooked perfectly and tender yet other times the ribeye is tough to chew. Also, asking for rare steak is a hit or miss. It usually comes out medium rare to medium but on a "rare" occasion it comes out right. Service is good, especially since they were understaffed. Salad greens are always fresh. Brussels sprouts and calamari appetizers are fantastic. The skin on the baked potato was hard and almost impossible to cut. Also, you must ask for real butter otherwise you will be served margarine with your bread and on your potatoes. The exposed, orange ceiling ducts are very dirty and should be cleaned. Half of the restaurant seemed to be shut down while the other half had all of the patrons crammed into tables close to other parties. I would give them another try maybe for lunch but my partner says a big no.

W my husband and I were looking for a place to have lunch at and watch the World Cup. We searched on Yelp and called a couple places but, most of the bars were at max capacity. We decided to try Black Angus... SERVICE: A+ Excellent. The service was exceptional by the hardworking ladies. Sadly, the service is better than the food... GRILLED ASPARAGUS: 9/10 The tip of the asparagus was great but, the bottom branch was too hard to consume... COMPLIMENTARY BREAD: 10/10 Star of the show! Very good Rye bread. Soft, warm and fluffy... PORTERHOUSE HOUSE: 6/10 There were bones on both sides of the steak. Fat as well. The steak was so dry and chewy. I don't recommend it... BAKED POTATO: 6/10 tasted so stale as of it was old or has been reheated. My husband said I can make a better baked potato at home... LOBSTER TAILS: 6/10 over cooked. Hard and rubbery... AMBIANCE: 9/10 Great ambiance! Comfortable booths with a nice western feel. They have a bar and big screen TVs so you can watch the game... OVERALL, Great service and nice ambiance but, the food didn't pass the bar... BLACK ANGUS STEAKHOUSE IS STILL AROUND!!!

My family and I visited Black Angus Steakhouse on the Fourth of July to try the $17.76 holiday special, and we left full and happy! I ordered the special, which included a 6 oz steak, BBQ ribs, shrimp, and mashed potatoes. (I don't eat shrimp, so my son was more than happy to take those off my hands! ) We also ordered a steak dinner and the chicken and ribs combination meal, so we had a chance to try several different items from the menu. Everything was cooked perfectly. The steak was tender, the ribs were flavorful, the mashed potatoes were creamy, and the portions were generous. For the price, we were genuinely impressed with both the quality and the amount of food we received. Our server, Claire, was fantastic! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Great service always makes the experience even better, and she definitely did that. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy dinner with family. Before we left, we couldn't resist taking a slice of the original cheesecake home...and let's just say it didn't last very long! We'll definitely be back, and if they offer this Fourth of July special again next year, we'll be first in line.

Jessica V. is a kind and sweet server to us today while we celebrated a birthday. She was courteous and provided great services from start to finish! Thank you for a delightful visit and enjoyable meal.

Ryan was our server, who we never seen at this restaurant. Maybe new. Ordered the potato skins for an appetizer, but it arrived with the entrees. My baked potato arrived fully loaded but I asked for sour cream and butter. I feel so unheard. We tried to order a new item, the new roasted half chicken, but they did not have it. The waiter told us that they usually receive their deliveries on Thursday's but ran out already and it's on Saturday. Who did not do their job? SMH! The ribeye was cut uneven so half of my steak was well done and the other half was medium. The manager, Scott came to our table but was very dismissive when we told him that the waiter shared that the deliveries were received on Thursday and I noted that someone did not do their job in ordering products for the restaurant.

Love this place, I've been to this spot at least 20 times. The lobster and steak combo is unbelievable, always delicious. The service here is amazing as well.

We sat at the bar on Friday evening and the server/bartender was so great! She is so good at her job, so friendly with customers and making sure we had everything we need. We will def be back. We went in for Happy Hour to see what they had. Lots of drink options, I got the Corona Beer with the Tequila shot, that was only $8. Great deal! The food was only 4 options (bread, filled potato skins, fried chicken tenders and the fried zucchini). The free bread and butter is very good and comes out warm. I got the buffalo chicken tenders and although the sauce was really good, the chicken itself was so rubbery and the breading was very thick, just not good quality. The blue cheese dressing was top tier! Not that i'm looking for top quality in a HH special! I'll try the zucchini next time and see how that is. My hubby was very happy with his Prime Rib. He got the seasonal green beans and mashed potatoes. Delicious sides! Would absolutely get those again. The restaurant is on the InKind app, so that's a plus!

We stopped in for a couple of drinks and ended up realizing we were hungry. The manager, Scott, told us about their lobster and steak special, so we decided to give it a try. The food did not disappoint! Kaylee, the bartender, is always super friendly and attentive, and Scott is one of the best managers we've ever seen...constantly checking on customers, helping his staff, and even running food himself. It's rare to see a manager work just as hard (if not harder) than his team, and it really shows in the service and atmosphere. We always enjoy coming here, and experiences like this are exactly why.

Terrible, I left a review about waitstaff and hygiene which physically left myself and family sick. Even the other waitstaff said the server had been told numerous times about hygiene from various persons. My review was removed because I'm being honest with the general public as to how a visit could turn out, after 3 visits in 2 months turned out for me. And then get harassed by friends of the server. Just goes to show they all complain but when someone, a customer says something the customer is at fault.

I used to go to another black angus location a lot when I was younger. I moved out to the I.E. and haven't been in like 3 or 4 years. Decided to go today and it wasn't bad at all but it wasn't great like I remember. We got the campfire feast, a kids Mac and cheese and a filet mignon meal. The food was good but could totally be improved. The steaks were cooked perfectly and were super juicy, but under seasoned for sure. Just a little salt and pepper and maybe some butter on there and the steaks would have been a 10/10. The Mac and cheese was a little disappointing. The cheese sauce was gritty. I like a CREAMY Mac and cheese. But the flavor was decent. The free bread is ALWAYS on pint. I love it. We had 3 loaves. The regular baked potato was pretty good too but the skin was mega dry. Luckily, I had a ton of butter to make it better. But they could have thrown some oil and salt and pepper on the skin when baking it. That would elevate the flavor a lot. The server was nice but her face seemed like she was over it. I get it, no one wants to be at work, but you could hide it a little haha. But overall, everything was still good. Idk when I'll be going back, but hopefully the Mac and cheese and baked potatoes improve and they throw some seasonings and butter on the steaks.

Service was excellent for our large group. Steak was delicious and enjoyed the Strawberry Lemon Drop Happy Hour special. Next come I come I have to get the Mac and Cheese.

I lobe this place! They sometimes have amazing deals and especially if you have the app. Their steaks are pretty good! The fries are delicious and the mashed potatoes are excellent. The salads are good and their baked potato skins is also pretty good. The shrimp cocktail shrimp was pretty big. I dont like marinara sauce or cocktail sauce so there's that. If the shrimp tastes robust, you wouldn't need it anyways. I loved the creme brulee and the carrot cake is good. But I love all carrot cakes. The day we went we had a deal where you get an entree, a dessert and appetizer. I believe it was through groupon. It was 30$ for each person, so I purchased 8 of them. I thought it was a steal! The service was good and they are attentive. I think this place has good food, good vibe, and good service! We definitely had a good time!

When we were seated, we asked for a high chair three separate times before one was finally brought to our table. The high chair turned out to be too small for our son, so we asked if we could use a booster seat on the end chair instead. The server seemed hesitant, mentioning she wasn't sure she'd be able to get by the chair. We said that was fine and instead placed the booster seat between my wife and me. After struggling to get our son comfortable, we eventually realized the booster seat has two different height settings depending on which side is facing down. It would have been helpful if that had been pointed out when it was brought to the table. Throughout the meal, our server seemed distracted and wasn't around very often. Our food was brought out by other staff members, which isn't necessarily a problem by itself, but combined with the lack of check-ins it made the service feel disconnected. The biggest disappointment came when I took my son outside while we waited. The benches, chairs, and handrails in the waiting area were covered in bird droppings. There were spider webs in multiple places, and the entrance to the restaurant itself looked dirty. I understand the restaurant is going for an old harbor or fishing-boat atmosphere, but there's a big difference between rustic and neglected. Instead of feeling charming or nautical, it felt like years of dirt and grime had simply been left in place. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but basic cleanliness and attentive service are things I expect from any restaurant, especially when dining with a young child. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback because the restaurant has potential, but our experience left us with little desire to return.

On Saturday we wandered into TCI for dinner and started with the heirloom tomato and burrata with crostini. It was so fresh and delicious that I briefly considered writing the tomatoes a thank-you note. Next came the Harvest Valley Salad, which somehow managed to make me genuinely excited about lettuce--an achievement that deserves recognition from the culinary Olympics. For our entrée we ordered the Wagyu Steak Frites with chimichurri. The steak was cooked so perfectly it should probably be framed instead of sliced. Every bite was fantastic. We finished with the ube panna cotta, which was elegant, silky, and the kind of dessert that makes you promise you'll "just have one bite" before accidentally eating half of it. Nathan took wonderful care of us all evening. He was warm, friendly, attentive, and struck that perfect balance between making us feel welcome and giving us time to enjoy the gorgeous patio. Watching the sunset with live music in the background and that spectacular view? It was one of those evenings that quietly reminds you why people go out to eat in the first place. Apparently we enjoyed ourselves so much that we came back the very just two days for lunch. (Scientific research requires repeat testing.) We started with the hummus, which arrived looking like it belonged in an art gallery. Fortunately, it tasted every bit as good as it looked. Then came the chile relleno, which was absolutely outstanding. If this dish ever goes missing, I'd recommend checking my refrigerator first. Faith was wonderfully friendly and outgoing, and our food expeditor, David, was so genuinely warm and personable that by the time he left the table, it felt like we'd known him for years. Restaurants can teach hospitality, but that kind of kindness is simply who some people are. My only tiny suggestion: please turn on the patio misters during these triple-digit California afternoons. The food was keeping us warm emotionally; the weather was handling the rest. And on the way out we let Christine know the carpets at the entrances needed a vacuum. Fantastic food, exceptional service, beautiful views, and an atmosphere that keeps drawing us back. Cork Fire Kitchen has once again reminded us why it's one of our favorite places to dine. Bravo to the entire team!
