Bdubs has turned it around...my wife and I had written off this chain for years, experiencing terrible quality and service no matter where we were (different states). I had heard Bubds was turning it around so we decided to go and honestly, the quality is back! We were very impressed with the food and service. Now prices, that's a different topic, as it's expensive. However, my wings were juicy, hot, and sauced well enough that I didn't feel cheated. I do think their sauces have lost heat because the Hot didn't even make my nose run. However, if you haven't been back in years like us, give them a shot again. I hate to leave a bad review, but this place has really gone downhill. I used to enjoy going to Buffalo Wild Wings, but I haven't been back in a while and after our most recent visit, I won't be returning. We decided to give it one last try and stopped by around 9 PM. I get that it was toward the end of the night, but the overall experience was just disappointing. The restaurant was dirty, and it wasn't even that busy. Still, the service was terrible. Our waitress didn't greet us, barely acknowledged us, and made it clear she didn't want to be there. It honestly felt like we were a bother just for showing up. On top of that, the food took about 45 minutes to come out. It's hard not to notice how poorly the place seems to be managed. First of all, this location crumbles severely due to failure of management. We were there for at least 30 minutes before even getting our name taken down or an estimated wait time. The waitress informed us that there were only 2 cooks (this is a Sunday night...). She seemed so overwhelmed and also revealed to us that several people failed to show up to work. We felt bad for her. I mean, 1/3 of the tables were occupied. The servers, to their credit, had the best attitude they could've had, considering the circumstances, but this restaurant really wasn't in operating condition and seemingly never is based on other reviews we've read. We came specifically for the bottomless apps and they were out of mozzarella sticks, which they failed to tell us until we were actually seated so we ended up leaving without eating. So I was at BWW (Buffalo Wild Wings) and I ate this one called "Mango Habanero". They taste so sweet at first but then they ATTACK you with a SMITE of spice galore and PAIN! Honestly, I've had one mediocre experience here and one GREAT experience. First time I came, we came in late, ordered a ton of wings and they were understaffed which I sympathize with. Waitress was clearly overworked and trying her best. This Buffalo Wild Wings doesn't have a host staff working the entrance so you usually have to wait a while before sitting down. With an empty restaurant and the wait time still being 20 plus minutes. When you do get sat don't expect a waiter for about another 15 minutes and even then you will have to flag someone down. Went to BBWF on Saturday, never received my order. They took so long so i finally canceled my order and went somewhere else. Initially I tried to speak with the manager who never came over. On my way out I spoke with him and he said he had 4 staff and needed 10 employees. However, they continued to bring people in which added to everyones frustration. Welp, we gave this place a chance even after the horrible reviews we read, and regrettably we experienced an unpleasant dinner. However, we were starving so we stayed and did eat most of our food. This place was a wreck! Trash everywhere on the ground, dirty tables everywhere, and service just sucked. I can't imagine what the kitchen must've looked like. We arrived at 10:24 and got our food at 11:40pm. We had to ask for silverware and was told it was all dirty so we got Togo plastic wear....It's so sad to see the service industry in such bad shape. My cocktails were awful and watered down, and took way too long to hit my table considering how slow they were. Food is definitely overpriced for the quality, and they added 10% gratuity automatically. I feel like since they added gratuity the server gave us crappy service because she knew she'd get paid either way so I just left the tip right as it was, 10%. She gave us like 2% good service. Literally the bare minimum effort! SMH! If this wasn't the only place around opened late we would have never came here. Next time we will just got to Whataburger! Save your time and money!
