The same employee who took my order was the one who gave me the wrong bag, which was honestly impressive in a way I wish it hadn't been. The restaurant only had a couple of customers at the time, so this wasn't a case of being overwhelmed during a lunch rush. There were more employees working than customers ordering, yet somehow my husband and I still felt forgotten. What really sealed the experience was the complete lack of urgency or concern. We were clearly frustrated, and the staff seemed entirely unaware--or entirely unbothered. It's hard to tell which is worse. The food saved this review from being one star because it was actually good. But good tacos can only carry so much weight when the customer service makes you feel like you're interrupting someone's day by ordering food at a restaurant.
