My son and I ate here this evening passing through and we had a very good experience. It was busy yet we were well attended by both bartenders in the bar area, the food was good and we were well served. The bartenders, Faustino and Jesus, never skipped a beat between making drinks, cleaning tables and serving customers. They both had a great attitude and a smile on their face. Visited December 2022. Pretty busy, around lunchtime. Seated quickly, order took probably 20-25 minutes to come out. Worst part was probably that the appetizer came out pretty late, our food was almost done by the time it the appetizer arrived. However, I had the Chipotle Barbeque wing deal (10 wings, fries, drink) and it was outstanding. Perfect temp, spice, amount of dry rub seasoning. Great meal, good price. Will be coming back. This is the worst location! We have been several times where we have had terrible service. Our last visit we witnessed the hostess yelling at the manager on duty while there was a line of guests waiting at the podium. Today we called to ask if there was a wait. The hostess said there was no wait. We arrived for them to tell us that the kitchen was 1 hour behind due to to go orders. There were only10 tables filled. They were turning several paying guests in person away. If that is the case they might as well just turn into a to go only location. With so many terrible visits it has to be the management of this building. Get new management and I will return. read more

He brought out Spicy Habanero sauce. After we received our food, we saw the waitress go around and ask every other table except ours if everything was okay. Manager took 25% off. The slowest place on the planet. Took over an hour for a medium wing and a salad. We attempted to eat in the bar and after 10 min of being ignored we went back to the hostess stand and were greeted like we just walked in and we got seated in a booth. We ordered drinks (tea) and food when the drinks arrived. Manager had to bring us refills. Took more than an hour for food to arrive. Out of my order of 15 wings not one drummete all flats. After food arrived never returned to refill drinks or check on us until I had to ask for the check. The salad was sad looking and the celery was old. We were a bit disappointed. The boneless chicken has changed from the last time I'd eaten them from there, which was their last location. I only ended up with them because they mistakenly sent those instead of traditional wings my husband ordered for me to bring home as take out. Traditional wings are fine. We took my sister. My wings were rather dry. Could have definitely used more sauce. My sister ordered roasted mushroom appetizer and we could see three small sad mushrooms and part of an almost mushroom and the remainder of what little was in the box were pieces of stems. Those were sent back. Other than that it was ok, what you would expect from there. I'm waiting for some of their better sauces to come back around. It's just a shame they don't just leave those bud kicking lip licking sauces in place such as crimson crush or jammin' Jalepeno. Came in on a Saturday late afternoon (~4pm) with 5 people. The waiter was extremely nice; good attitude never hurts. However, he charged us for anything additional we asked for, without telling us. We had 2 large orders of wings. For one of the larges, we had plain--nothing. Asked for 3 additional sauces on the side (all charged). We also had the fully loaded nachos. They FORGOT the cheese part! And they never even told us until we asked for a side of the "sauce." Took them at least 5 minutes to get it to us; it didn't help they didn't admit to us that it was their mistake. When I got the bill, they charged us for the additional cheese...I was okay with paying for the "extra sauces" but that was ridiculous. I hate to admit this, but I like coming to BWWs because it's a chain, food is consistent, they keep it tidy, tons of TV, and they have standards for the wait staff. The waiter had to ask my drink order twice. There's only two red wines. I look up and the bartender poured me a glass of barefoot wine. I ordered Dark horse. I asked him about it and they said "they had to use up the barefoot." Instead, I ordered a house margarita that's ok. We ordered our food. The food was meh-ah-okay! I had the wings and mac n cheese bites. The veggie sticks were crisp, crunchy and fresh so that's a plus for me. However the customer service is what really impressed me that I will be sure to return. For starters, the waiter was extremely friendly and attentive, willing to communicate in best way possible (We are Deaf). I was also very pleased with the manager who jumped to the occasion to turn closed caption on two of the tvs so we could enjoy watching Dallas Cowboys game. Throughout the 35 minutes the waiter visited a table in front of us numerous times hugging and having fun with the other table but not once visited and checked in on us or our food. No point in making an order for a certain pickup time as they are ALWAYS way way way behind from that time and take forever to answer phone calls (even prior to Covid-19)... making you late to other food pickups and therefore bringing home very cold food to the family. On top of that, something is always missing from the order.. this time, there is NO WING SAUCE! So we put the NFL draft on hold to drive back to the restaurant and retrieve the wing sauce that was forgotten in the bag! Very frustrating! Don't know where to start. Food is terrible. Took forever to get it and it was lukewarm. Four wing flavors were all bad. Garlic Parmesan was gooey slimed and tasted bad. Thai curry were terrible. Mild wings tasted ok but the sauce was slinky. French fries wilted and cold. Hamburger was made from a frozen patty and it was burned dry. Cheese curds were so salty they were inedible.
