I had a preggo craving for BWW's buffalo ranch chicken wrap and the craving was fully satisfied! I haven't had 1 of these in over 10 years and was scared that I'd be disappointed. I am happy to report that was not the case at all. My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch and it was fairly empty. This location is similar to all the other BWW's I've been to. It could use a deep cleaning and change out some of the booth chairs but other than that, it was fine! Service throughout was good, within seconds of walking in we were greeted and seated. Food came out fairly quick too. Back to the buffalo ranch chicken wrap. Just as tasty as I remember it! The chicken was crispy and had a good amount of medium sauce to it. The tortilla was toasted perfectly and everything went well together. This wrap comes with a side of fries and they were seasoned and fried well. We came here on a late Saturday afternoon and sat at the bar the place was only about 10 percent full. We decided to sit at the bar thinking it would be faster service. My wife ordered the wrap with sweet bbq like she always does. They either forgot the sauce or the dab was smaller than a dime as she tasted no sauce. Then we had to wait for the bartender to come back so she could ask for a side of sauce. The naked tenders were good. Overall 3 stars due to slow service and missing sauce. read more

It is September 2025, and I have 2 complaints stemming back from June and July. On the first visit, we ordered 40 wings. it was quite apparent, upon arrival, that we did not get 40 wings. So I proceeded to count, and only counted 28 wings. At $2/wing, this is no joke. Especially for those of us that live on a budget. Although the server should have recognized this, I did say something to him, and we got a few additional wings, but not the complete amount to fulfill our order for some ungodly reason. On our next visit, I decided to just go ahead and count how many wings there were. This time they had shorted us eight wings. On top of that, we had ordered onion, rings and fried pickles, neither of which were cooked enough to be crispy. In any case, I contacted them, and the person (i thought she said manager) said they would talk to the kitchen, apologized, and offered to send a $25 gift card - which, sadly, does not even cover all the wings that missing. 3 weeks went by, and received the gift card. So I called them up. The person I spoke with did not introduce himself immediately and asked/demanded. I the situation to him. I did so, and then told him that the manager was supposed to send me a gift card. It was at that point that he said he was the manager (Cory). He then proceeded to make every excuse up, then somehow blame me. When all said and done, is clearly a pitiful manager that does not remotely know how to do his job. The really sad part is, that we do enjoy Buffalo wild wings, but how can we continue to go there when things are not prepared properly, the staff doesn't care, and the manager is defending the actions of his employees - not in a good way! Buffalo wild wings needs to do an undercover boss type situation here to reveal what is truly going on, and fix the situation, so that those of us who live close can go enjoy it. read more

Went there on Sunday night, July 27, empty restaurant and we were told to sit anywhere and we did. Then another obnoxious family walks in and sits next to us with their screaming kids although the place was empty. The buffalo wings I ordered were pretty sad looking and barely warm. Honestly the wait was insane for them to take our orders. It was a Wednesday so there was very few people. The food was great. the server never once's asked us if we needed anything or if we wanted a refill on our drinks. It came time to pay he took my card and he charged me twice. Very bad service from today 5/20 came in at lunch. Was not greeted at the door, waited a few minutes to be seated and it wasn't busy. Once we sat down, we waited for about 15 mins before someone came up and asked if we are doing okay. We said didn't even get greeted or anything and he said he assumed we were going to order from the QR code becuase there's only 1 server. If I could do negative stars I would. I ordered food from this facility. It was to be delivered. The door dash girl picked up my order. BWW put the wrong address for my order. The door dash girl did not deliver my order. It was already paid for. Refusing to deliver after confirming my address. Then I called door dash support, they stated they cannot issue a refund even though the driver picked up my order and didn't deliver it. They said it is up to BWW to refund the money. I called BWW in Warrenville and spoke with the manager on call, she refused to give me her name. Still, the music was still insanely loud considering there's no one in here to listen to it and it makes it that much harder to hear the staff... Very tasty, though I would have probably liked it better eating a smaller order; they got saltier tasting as I went along. If there was ever a place where undercover boss needed to hit, this would be the place. We walked in and half the tables were empty. But times are different and I know it's hard to get people to go back to work and or justify working for tips when gas is over $4 a gallon. Nonetheless, we waited 25 minutes to be sat, wait let me rephrase that, we waited 25 minutes to be told we could go over to that section and seat ourselves. Wait nope, we waited 25 minutes to be sent to a confused server who stopped us and said they weren't seating anyone else, at 8:30. After standing by the restrooms for a few minutes while they figured it out they finally sat us. 7 TABLES!!!!! And one over-served gent weaving back and forth from the bathroom. That's how busy they were when we sat. We made 7. Now I don't know who makes the rules about who should be serving food or drinks but I can't recall the last time I was served by someone who hasn't shaved in maybe the last 2 to 3 weeks but whatever. Scraggles McGee untucked and playing on his phone walks over and takes our order on a napkin. A second manager brought us someone else's food. Remember now, there are 7 tables. So for someone to mess that up must mean talent. Cheese curds tasted like never changed oil in the deep fryer. Everything else was almost alright. Steer clear of the Caribbean Jerk. Supposedly it's worse on the boneless wings because the breading on the boneless wings adds to the nasty pinesol taste. Oh and then a second round of drinks came out. Came here 9/23 for dinner. Absolutely garbage service. Hostess needs more training. Servers need more training. Everyone seemed overwhelmed and the manager was 100% useless and unprofessional. When I asked where our food was (after every table sat after us was served before us) she told us we needed to wait and be patient because they were swamped. Manager was told by a fellow employee to calm down/ stop when she became enraged with me. Dining room had FIVE tables split between two servers. But they were "swamped" A guy in the kitchen was only using one glove. DISGUSTING. I watched a server wait 20 seconds for 2 large fries after walking into kitchen and saying he needed them; yet, we waited 30+ minutes for 2 sets of wings and a kids meal. Jacob was kind but obviously still learning. The only competent one in here was the other woman working the dining room with him. Will not be back. Ever. Save your time and money. Then when I found them there were 4 of them sitting at a table having a "meeting" while nobody was paying any attention to the customers walking in the front door. I've been coming to this location for years and somehow the dining room is always closed, and somehow the food still takes 30+ minutes and STILL COMES OUT COLD, and that's not even why I'm giving them a 1-star, the fact that I'm able to sit down and have management show up to the bar rail and have them ask customers about their sexual desires and even laugh and think that's okay in any shape or form. I can steadily see while this location keeps continuing to fall down a rabbit hole. It's hard to keep hard working staff when the management thinks it's okay to to ask questions to paying customers like that, i can only imagine what they're doing to the staff. Had an awful dine in experience at this location. 3 of us tried to dine in on 12/14/2024. On arrival, there were 2 other tables and 1 waitress. After a few minutes a group of about 30 people were seated. After that the service just got worse and worse. We ordered an appetizer of chips and queso that wasn't coming out. The poor waitress was slammed so I walked to the takeout order to tell them we never got it. The response was that the kitchen was backed up. Well take a ladle put some in a bowl add chips and bring it out. Finally flagged down the bartender and he went in and got our chips and queso even though we were in the dining room. After that our food came out 1 dish at a time and we were short 1 side order of fries. Finally tracked down another employee from the back who said it had never been put in and she would do that. Not sure who she was since she was wearing street clothes. Got the fries finally but really didn't even want them anymore. At this point we had spent an hour there. We needed drink refills and the waitress was still slammed so I again walked up to the counter and ran into the assistant manager on duty, complained to him and got some drink refills. We had to ask for a to go box and check by flagging someone down because not 1 employee was paying attention to the dining room diners and the waitress was constantly busy with the group of 30 they had seated. Had to walk up to the counter to get someone to take our payment. That's 3 times now. On the way out I stopped and asked for the manager and I got the same guy whose name tag clearly said assistant. I asked for the corporate manager's information and never got it and all this guy did was give me excuses and argue with me. He certainly did not try to resolve any problems. I guess a group of 30 tips better than a group of 3 and 2 women and a child are expendable. Got the general manager's information off the door and will be following up with him after writing this review. I don't go to lunch to get stressed out and constantly beg for service and the 1st response is always a bag of excuses. As far as ambiance the room was very loud and noisy due to all the TV's and the large group of which there were a bunch of pre-teen boys. Little by little other employees appeared that in my opinion could have helped the 1 waitress that was working but I was told they were all cooks. Don't insult my intelligence. It was 11/2 hours of an awful experience of constantly requesting help, arguing with people over NO service and a bunch of stress. Good luck to anyone that expects service at this location on a Saturday at noon. read more

By far my favorite Buffalo Wild Wings nearby. Our server Ethan deserves a raise! He is definitely an incredible server and checked up on us right away after the first bite on the wings and made sure we were all good from start to finish. The wings had enough sauce unlike some other other locations I been too. The side salad was also really good before I forget to mention. Used to love Buffalo Wild Wings - and even this particular location, but the service has tanked so hard post COVID. Can only attribute it to management. Went here in January and had a bad server experience. This evening our original plans changed so decided to give these guys another chance. Resulted in the below experience and a resolve to never come back. (Hardly ever give bad reviews...read on if it even matters - since our experience seems to mirror the similar terrible reviews of this place recently.) Our poor server tonight just seemed completely over his head in spite of our family of four being his ONLY table. Our oldest son's food came out first. Waaay before the appetizer - or anything else, for that matter. Around 5 minutes later, our server comes by and asks (while still walking) "everything ok?" I shoot a puzzled look - he says "oh aside from no food" keeps walking to (I guess) go check on the food? He did several laps like that where we had about 2 seconds to shout what we needed as he walked continuously by (again - we were his only table majority of our visit - he had one other table that left a few minutes after we arrived). Next the drinks came. Several minutes later our youngest's food arrived. Several minutes after that the appetizer arrived. Then, finally, our 20 wings arrived. There was no update, no acknowledgement of it being spaced out this way. Has to be a management/training thing. We all sat watching our oldest eat without our own food or drink - just assuming it couldn't be long before we all had what we ordered. We were wrong. The biggest gripe - our server stopped by and asked if we needed anything after we finally all had our meals for a bit. He actually paused at the table longer than a walk-by this time. My husband ordered another beer. I said I would be ordering another but in a minute (knowing how long the gap was between visits, I wanted him to know I'd like another, just not at that second.) He comes back around with my husband's beer not too long after and asks how we are doing. I said I'd like to order my beer now. He said "oh sorry, last call was at 9:30" - I look at my watch. It's 9:33. I said "Really? I told you I'd be ordering another beer in a minute and you didn't say anything about last call?" No announcement was made either. I don't think I've been to a restaurant that had a "last call"? Maybe a bar in college? Regardless - I clearly stated I'd like to order something and had no idea there was a time it had to be in by. Really doesn't matter if it's a beer or more food. I expressed the intent to place an order and was told nothing about the kitchen closing/last call - nada. A heads up would've been nice. Expected service would have been putting the order in for the customer in advance of any unannounced time constraint. Fool me once...shame on you. Fool me twice... Save yourself a trip! read more

I go to this establishment a ton, the main things that keep me coming back is the great food and even better service. If you go into any Buffalo Wild Wings establishment you will be treated with respect and be seated pretty quickly. Another bonus is the TVs they have everywhere you look. They are a great form of entertainment if you are chatting with friends or even if your favorite sports team is playing, and don't even get me started on the food. I mean its one of the main reasons to go here, its a restaurant! It does take a bit for the food to come out after you order it but thats expected with the large amounts of people going in and out and the menu having so many food items to chose from! There is no reason not to come out here and eat, i truly recommend it. A easy 5 star from me. read more

Returned again, and the horrible odor is worse. How can any food service establishment ever smell this disgusting? How can management allow this? How can corporate allow this? How can the health department allow this? No one wants to eat food, in a place that smells like a wet mop that has been in the corner for a week. Can't comment on the food, because we left the moment we opened the front door, and were greeted with a sewer cloud. SHUT DOWN for a week if you need to, to actually fix this problem. I wish i could give no stars. I DoorDash for this location daily and Every time i have to pick up an order it's always a 10 minute wait or more. Not for my own order but for delivery orders. Let's start with.... it's BWW. You should expect what you're getting. Atmosphere It's a sports bar, so it's going to be loud and there will be people there just to have a beer and watch tv. Servers seem generally nice and amicable. Because it's more of a bar, you're not going to get a Chicfila level of clean and extras Service On site eating is good. To go not so great. They're generally nice, just busy. So I just check my receipt and bag to make sure I got everything. Not a big deal. Food Here's the thing. For sauces, they set the standard, and that standard is delicious. The other thing is the wing size. Very meaty. And the ads-ons are great too. Like the chips and salsa or cauliflower. If I could rate them fewer stars, I would. Ordered a week in advance of the superbowl, and it was a train wreck trying to pick up my order. They were behind and coming out with an order every 3 minutes. No one enforced social distancing or care to ensure customers were wearing a mask. I understand things will be backed up on superbowl day, but it didn't seem like they really knew how to handle a crowd or onslaught of orders, even though it's such an established company. Missed half the game even though I ordered a week in advance. The only saving grace were the people handling the floor and giving out orders--especially Vanessa. She was the only person who went out of her way to give me a realistic update. The floor staff were patiently dealing with irrational and angry customers. Wings. Not brain surgery. When I request a sauce on my wings The expectation is that my wings will visibly have sauce on them. There might be a good sized puddle in the bottom of the box. But not at BWW apparently. My much more wing worldly son home from college informed me that in order to get detectable amount of sauce you have to request under "special requests" "extra wet".
