Our party of eight arrived in two groups, and those who arrived first were told they had to wait until everyone was present before being seated. Fortunately, we were just down the road. Once seated, our server was fantastic--very helpful, offering great drink recommendations and answering all our questions. My daughter had a great time pointing out all the cowboy decorations that they had, I also noticed a little bit of seasonal decor over by the host stand. The appetizers were excellent, especially the fried onion, which I highly recommend! The children's cheeseburger was a great size, and we appreciated the generous portion of extra pickles--my daughter was thrilled! I ordered the 7oz salmon, which was perfectly cooked and flavorful, though my broccoli was a bit too salty. Others at our table also noticed some dishes were slightly over-salted, but overall, everything was delicious and well-prepared. Service was great, though refills could have been more frequent. However, our server seemed very busy with several large parties, so we understood. The meal ended on a high note with a special birthday dessert that was absolutely delicious! Despite minor issues, we had a great experience and would definitely return.

Overall, it was a pretty enjoyable experience trying out the lunch menu at Longhorn Steakhouse, which I highly recommend. The hostess and our server, Nick, made it incredibly enjoyable. I went there with my girlfriend we started with the appetizer of the wings which we were already craving. Perfectly seasoned and the sauces were on point. The entrees, which I have provided, were spot on. I will say that Med Rare is the way to go with all meats here I had to opt for a better burger than preffed, which clashed with the more dryer toasted bun and whatnot. We did have some complications with our meal but our server and the rest of staff handled it pretty well.

I've been here multiple times for lunch. The food is pretty simple. I've had the cheddar stuffed mushrooms (very cheesy), firecracker wrap entree (tasty), and strawberry pecan salad with grilled chicken which was alright. Service is okay kind of slow and the hostness paid no attention to us while we waited for assistance. Nothing really stands out here. This place has a western ambiance. I wish they had better choices for lunch options.

We had a great time at LongHorn. It gave me Lone Star vibes which is a steakhouse I miss but LongHorn was amazing. The food was so good and our server was on top of her game. She was so nice and attentive and overall we truly enjoyed everything and we look forward to going again!

Our server, Umberto, was attentive and pleasant and took good care of us; he was the best part of our evening. However, this is the first and last time I'll ever eat at Entourage. They promise "a dining experience" on their website, but I could get the same experience at your average Chili's or TGIFriday's without the pretense. Why do I say that? It's the noise...oh, the noise. There were a few tables with large parties, so it was pretty loud. Even leaning in closely, it was hard for my friend and me to hear each other talk. And the screaming kids were something else, emitting ear-piercing screams that get your attention, for all the wrong reasons. I didn't see any staff ask the large parties to keep it down or ask the parents to manage their children, which I guess I can understand. Large parties = more revenue than a two-top. But we did not - could not - linger after we ate our meals, or order coffee, dessert, and/or an after-dinner drink, because it was just too loud in there.

We showed up at 12 and there didn't seem to be anyone in the restaurant besides me and like 3 other people (maybe I was wrong), but it took a long time for my food to arrive... over an hour. If it was busy or maybe they were... but 1.5+ hours was a little long. I wish I could only dock 1/2 a star though because the service and food was amazing and I would be back for those two alone. Overall, I would be back in the future.

No music or any background sound so it was kind of an awkward setting to sit and eat. Too quiet really. Staff was kind and attentive, although the food was just meh. We happened to come in on a special night for buy one, get one entrees so that certainly helped as the price was a bit on the steep side especially considering what you're paying for. Mozzarella sticks for example were $12 which, I dunno, kinda seems high for a simple appetizer. We ended up splitting a burger, a buffalo chicken wrap, and some chicken pasta between the three of us. The burger definitely began as a frozen patty without much flavor and certainly nothing to get overly excited about. The wrap had just a small handful of buffalo chicken in it, as I found myself literally searching for it as it was eaten. Paid an extra $2 for sweet potato fries and they all tasted burnt. And the noodles just tasted like butter noodles with processed chicken breast. So... I don't know. I'd like to say we'd go again but I'm not too sure.

Tonight felt especially memorable and worthy of a proper review. We usually avoid Friday nights because Vai's is almost always packed... and after tonight, it became crystal clear why. Diane and I were craving a standout meal, a little comfort, and a relaxing evening together. What we received was far beyond dinner service. We were treated like valued regulars and genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. Pete, who I believe is the manager, recognized us immediately and encouraged us to put our name on the waiting list despite the crowd. I'm grateful he did. While we waited, we sat outside near the fire on a cool evening, which added another layer of warmth and ambiance to an already inviting atmosphere. Within minutes, Pete came outside personally to let us know two seats had opened at the bar. That level of attentiveness matters. As soon as we walked in, Eliot and Mallory greeted us with smiles and authentic positive energy. Not forced. Not transactional. Genuine. They made us feel appreciated simply for being there. Even on one of the busiest nights imaginable, they engaged with guests with the same warmth and attentiveness we've experienced during quieter weekday visits. In the background, Morgan was crafting cocktails with precision while still finding time for a familiar nod that quietly says, "Good to see you again." That kind of hospitality cannot be faked. We ordered our favorite dish, the Lobster & Shrimp Rigatoni and once again it was exceptional. Rich, consistent, perfectly prepared, and easily one of the best dishes in Naperville. Without us even asking, the kitchen thoughtfully split the entrée onto two plates. That small gesture perfectly captures what makes Vai's special... attention to detail seems woven into everything they do. From the fire outside to the flowers inside, from the cocktails to the consistency of the food, Vai's creates an atmosphere that feels welcoming, polished, and sincere all at once. Authenticity and respect seem embedded in the culture there. Tonight was a standout evening for us, and I'm genuinely glad we decided to stay despite the crowd. Pete, Eliot, Mallory, Morgan, and the entire staff - thank you for reminding us what great hospitality looks like. Outstanding indeed.
