My friends and I were going camping in the suburbs and stumbled upon this place for a quick bite. The food definitely did not disappoint, and it's nearly perfect if you're trying to watch sports here. The loaded nachos were packed with toppings, and I liked how the chips stayed crispy. The wings were the star of the show since they were flavorful and juicy. The loaded fries were a hit as well since they put cheese and bacon on top. The service was very good; our waitress made sure to check-in on us a lot and made sure we had everything we needed. They don't have a menu it's a QR code use your phone to view the menu. The staff is nice but spread too thin. So they seem slow because they are waiting tables across the restaurant. The Mac and Cheese was spoiled. It was sour and was definitely something to avoid. The rest of the food was salty. Except the cole slaw that needed salt. They had a guy wearing a Confederate hat here at the bar and no one did anything about the jerk. I'm not coming back! read more

I did not have a very good experience at Twin Peaks at all. I was there with all men coworkers and the server didn't acknowledge the two women at the table unless one of the men said something. This happened both when ordering drinks and food. When asking about the menu, the server said she hasn't tried anything on the menu and doesn't like how greasy the food is. She's right, the food was not good. However, as a server I would expect her to show more effort and guidance with the menu. Why would you tell your customer the food is bad? She also forgot to ring in multiple drinks and said "sorry I've just been so busy I forgot." This was very unprofessional as well. The environment is very casual, but the service was hardly bare minimum. The bathrooms were dirty, out of toilet paper, and out of paper towels. Overall, I would not go back. Place has gone totally downhill. Used to go here with the friends and always had a fun time. Went last night, and got the worst service I've ever received at any restaurant or bar. We had empty drinks sitting at our table for over 20 minutes and nobody came to our table. It wasn't even busy!! Only about 20% of the tables were filled. Ugh, what I can say. I came for the first time in a very long time and realized why I have not been back. Can I have a drink menu? (Points to a QR code and walks away). Tens minutes later. Can I can get a gumball? No we are out. We have region IPA and Anti-hero. I ordered an anti-hero and smoked grilled wings because I didn't want to wait and look again. It came out in a tall, I didn't know they had short or tall, no one communicated that so I was forced into a tall. I would have said something, but there was a shift change. The wings were ok, salty, hence my two stars. I then I asked for a region IPA. "We are out of that". I swear it was an option just 30 minutes ago. I got a short anti hero. No one asked how the meal was. No one asked if I needed napkins. If I was out of my drink no one asked if I needed another, I had to hunt them down. It took forever to get attention to pay my bill. I couldn't get a glass of water. Too loud to get anyone's attention. The person next to me ordered white wine after red and requested a new glass. They seemed confused to why he would request a different glass. "I didn't notice" that is the problem ... lack of attention to detail. The person on the other side ordered a beer and waited 10 minutes to finally track down a bus boy to get the girls attention to get his drink. Last time I was there for the wings I had ordered and the waitress asked if I wanted ranch or blue cheese, I said ranch.I received a phone call that I needed to pick up my son, I let my waitress know that I needed to change my order to go. When I got home and unpacked the food, no ranch, only celery, must have been missed when the order went from in house to take out. Tonight I went in and ordered a "TAKE OUT MEAL OF WINGS", again I was asked if I would like ranch or blue cheese. Again I said ranch, when I got home and unpacked the food, the dressing was missing AGAIN! I got the celery but no ranch! I looked at the receipt, it was listed! Are they stepping on dollars to try and save pennies? I may like the flavors on their wings, but will drive past them to get what I pay for. The bag comes out of the kitchen stapled and taped "To Ensure Freshness?" Or to ensure you don't see what may be missing?At least when you go to Hooters for wings, you know you are getting charged for celery and dressing and you actually get it. Food was good, service was very slow, almost no attention from our server. Chocked it up to maybe a short staffed Friday night. Went back again tonight, sat at the bar, same poor service. Had to ask to order food, had to ask for silverware/ napkins. Sat with an empty beer for 20 minutes. The bartender was very busy chatting with three guys in the other side of the bar. Talk to your friends, I'm in, but please don't ignore your patrons. So, twice in 3 days, probably won't go back now. read more

A few things....my experience here yesterday 6/13 was phenomenal. Our server Jojo was attentive and treated us well. My ONLY complaint is that she charged me twice that I will be calling the manager about when the charge settles. Fast forward to today (6/14) we had such a good time yesterday that we came back again today. Why did we do this? The server wanted to sit us near the bathrooms and I immediately told her it's a NO for me! She instantly had an attitude. Ok little girl just do your damn job. She sat the next group in our original seats fine but the next open table should have been ours. Was it? NO! She sat two other groups in better areas before us. This was my first time at twin peaks! The food was really good, great presentation. However they were out of all the wines and the service was absolutely terrible :( the server didn't come over back to our table for over 20 mins, and we had to grab a hostess and after that they took another 10 mins only for them to gone back and say they were out of Merlot and Riesling. So I know that yesterday was Super Bowl Sunday, and things may be a bit slower due to the crowds but in five hours to see your waitress 2x is a bit unacceptable. There was a table nearby and it must have been an owner or manager cause every waitress was sitting at that table or popped over for a vape, or to have him tie their shoes? Not sure what was happening there but this place has definitely gone down hill. We would've spent so much more money in this place had we had the opportunity to order anything! This location had a car show today which was so fun. They had a lot of great cars. We had 5 people go into lunch. It was a terrible experience. We order an appetizer and then burgers and wings. We got the appetizer in about 20 minutes and it was fine. Then we waited another 45 minutes and no food. We asked about it and found out they forget to put the food order in. About 30 minutes later we finally got the burgers with cold discussing fries. 4 of us were almost done eating when the wings finally came up. They did apologize but took nothing off the bill. Nice sports bar/restaurant, not sure how many locations there are, but this one is right off 88, so not hard to get to. It's great to watch any kind of sport game here, there's so many TVs, and the booths have personal TVs as well. They also keep their draft beer super cold, like almost 30 degrees, it's worth checking out. For food I got the quesadillas, pretty good, and good portion sized too. We waited 20 minutes before finding out our order was not turned in to the kitchen. We asked to talk with the manager. This guy came over to the table and listened to our complaint. He did not apologize whatsoever. He walked over to the bar and said something to the bartenders and a few wait staff. They all started laughing. The one who took our order looked at us, and walked into the kitchen. We waited another 20 minutes. This is now 40 minutes since we were seated. We watched the bartenders continue to act like fools entertaining the men. The manager was in the kitchen talking and messaging on his phone. We could see him through the door. We finally got up and began to walk out. The mgr looked at us but never came out. The two female bartenders put their arms around each other and both started laughing and waving bye. Chicken breast minus the chicken.... I'm sure you'll know what that means. If you've never been to a Twin Peaks it's basically like Hooters but with more chicken breast. I don't want my review flagged so I'll try keeping it clean. Basically, you go for the female servers.... And they are all female. I don't think I've ever seen any guys that work there, but I know the manager is a guy. Beyond the chicken breast, you go for the BEER, which is ice cold. They have a digital sign showing the temperature of the fridge they keep all the kegs in. Their beer glasses say 29 degrees on them, which is mostly accurate. That said, you probably won't get a colder beer anywhere else. As for the food, it's ok. It's bar food and it's not bad. Better than most bars I've been to, but probably not as good as a decent restaurant. Anyway, I like going because they have TV screens everywhere. You can go here and watch almost any game you want, even UFC. It's a good time, so I'm giving it 5 stars read more

Our service was terrible, upon arrival our waitress was flirting and conversations with another customer and ignored us for about 5 minutes. Then, I requested to move to a different section because I was waiting and she showed no interest in serving us. We then requested to be moved to another section and there are dirty shareable plates that are on the table. We are finally approached, then we ordered drinks and food. We receive our drinks and THERE is A PIECE OF GLASS IN THE PERSON I CAME WITH DRINK! Glass! This experience was the most terrifying and uncomfortable experience. She refused to drink from her glass cup because the traumatic experience. I hope you guys are more comfortable and clean for your future customers. We won't be returning after this.
