My waitress was Jen At first it was good. I had ordered 10 wings half regular and half teriyaki. They took over 30 minutes to deliver the food to us. When my wings finally came out my regular wings had a sauce on them which I did not ask for. It took me another 5 to 10 minutes to get someone to come over. When my waitress brought back the wings I had asked for she put them down and said "when the waiters say mild they mean it has a sauce so next time tell them." I was shocked by what she had said. Nonetheless the food was good, but my mom was not even done with her food and she brought the check when he hadn't even asked for it yet. She did not receive a good tip tonight. read more

I was meeting a group of individuals there and they arrived about 30 min before I intended to arrive. they called me because they were seated and about to order. I said, order whatever and that will be fine with me. When I arrived they still hadn't gotten the food which had been at least 40 min by now. I sat down the waitress ask me what i want I said I'll have a pepsi, well needless to say about another ten min. goes by someone from my party ask for the shift manager and he explained they had a lot of call outs. 1st for me I have issues with you telling me your short staffed, because it's sunday and your a sports bar. If you call out on either big sports day for college or NFL games you should be suspended. Totally unacceptable for this to happen. I went for a lunch meal with my son. We both like wings and I thought since we were both off to do something fun. We both ordered wings for lunch and selected 3 different varieties to have between us. Honey BBQ Bourbon Mustard BBQ Garlic Parmesan We both ordered french fries as the side. The server was friendly but it felt rushed a little, even though the location was fairly empty. The wings were decent but I've had better at non-chain locations around me. But, for the price it was worth it. With the kids meal and adult meal we left for under $20 for the meal. Which is great value. All three sauces were good. I liked the Bourbon Mustard the best. It was sweet and spicy. The Honey BBQ was not as sweet and the sauce seemed like it came from a store bought version of BBQ sauce. The garlic Parmesan was strong in garlic flavor and a hint of cheese. It was a creamy sauce. The location was clean. There are numerous TV sets to watch sports if that is what you want. I could see coming for a game. The beer list was average. I'd like more local or craft beer selections, there was only one local selection. read more

Today my visit here couldn't have been more perfect. For a Sunday afternoon this was the perfect location for lunch. I usually have a great experience here. There were a few times when I asked for soup and there wasn't any but I can certainly look beyond that. Today was perfect, and our waitress was amazing. She refilled my drink without me even asking. Plus she was so friendly. The food came out quickly and was just want I was expecting. Our waitress also brought out a sauce to try that went with the onion rings. Service was HORRIBLE throughout our entire visit. waited 10 minutes before we even had someone take our drink order and it wasn't even our server I think it might have been the manager. Our waitress forgot to bring one of the main meals out and didn't realize for ten mins. Also we had to ask for utensils and napkins after our food was served. Horrible!!!! Went in at 9:30 was told it was a 20 minute wait. Watched 3 groups come in after us and get seated. I complained and got seated then the waiter came by and say I will be right with you. We looked around and there were 10 empty tables. Waited 5 minutes and left. This place does not have its act together. Poorly run with staff leaving at 9:30 when people are waiting. They did just open so hopefully they will pull it together. I love the franchise and have had wonderful experiences in the past at other locations. read more

As a long time fan of BWW, I was very disappointed in my experience here. I came in with a group of 8 co-workers and were expecting a quick lunch to be able to get back to the office. Unfortunately, it did not end up way and we ended up being there for two hours. I understand that this is a new establishment but they need to learn how to handle large groups as this will be a common occurrence there. We were ready to get up and leave, as our waitress made few appearances. As for the food, MAJOR disappointment. The buffalo chips have changed and BWW has gotten cheap and started to put American cheese on them instead of shredded cheddar. I asked for extra cheese and for the crispy chicken wrap with ranch. What came out was the exact opposite. Imagine my hunger pains of waiting an hour to eat, to have my meal completely wrong. No cheese on the buffalo chips and buffalo sauce on my wrap. They re-did my meal and came back with very little cheese. See picture and receipt noting EXTRA CHEESE. I won't be going back on my own accord. I had a really terrible experience here tonight while I was out with my fiance. We wanted to be seated out on the patio so they sat us there at around 6:20. We were surrounded by empty tables but there was a large party on the opposite side. It took around 10 mins for our waitress to come around and introduce herself. We put our orders in at around 6:35 and then waited until 7:25 for them to come out. That's a 50 minute ticket time for a very simple order of wings, chicken tenders and fries for two people. We saw people leaving that were seated after us. A manager never came to the table to apologize for the long wait. The waitress would come around every once and while and awkwardly ask us how we were doing. All told we were there for an hour and forty minutes. If you deicide to come here don't arrive hungry. Overall, the ticket times here are ridiculous and the staff is poorly trained to handle these types of situations. I shouldn't need to ask for a manager when clearly there was an issue. read more

This was one of the worst dining experience I have ever experienced. The staff all had a terrible attitude and could be heard grunting the entire night. This showed in their service. For one it took 22 minutes to even order our food. The tables around were also visibly frustrated so we knew the kind of experience we were in for. Also keep in mind that due to coronavirus there weren't even that many people in the restaurant to begin with. We finally got our food orders placed and it took over 30 minutes for the sampler app to come out which we ended up not accepting as our food was supposed to arrive shortly. Luckily we were not charged for this at the end of the night and we didn't have to ask for compensation. The food came out and my order was already incorrect but thankfully it was corrected and the correct thing was given to me. Unfortunately we were all running low on beverages including the 4 year old which made the experience even worse. The server was no where to be seen so we had to eat wings without anything to drink it with. A manager could not be seen anywhere and this place was just a free roam of miserable employees with no standards. Not sure who to blame because nothing went right. I was looking forward to going here tonight because I haven't been to a BWW in a long time. I now know why. My fiance and I came here tonight for dinner and the place was empty less than 5 customers we were there for over an hour and we ordered cheese curds and mozzarella sticks for appetizer and then 15/20 mins later we got our wings and fries. I asked for blue cheese and celery and never got my.celery my fiance asked for carrots and got them. It took us 15 minutes to get our waitress attention to get boxes and the check. We went here because my son loves wings. The place is HUGE and bright and new with about 80 TV's both inside and out. It's obviously a chain with lots of sports elements throughout. The staff was great - very friendly and attentive. So why 2 stars? The food. The wings were decent enough, nothing unusual, but the shrimp tacos were microscopic (and I know they are often smaller than regular tacos, but these were downright lilliputian) and the nacho burger was seriously dry and lifeless. McD's has better french fries and gives you more of them. The place has potential but won't thrive unless the food quality is raised. read more

And when I ordered my burger medium, the server told me they are all prepared medium well. When we finally left, we wondered if the staff was made to wear such tight clothing, or if they grew into them by eating all the fried foods while working there. Thank goodness there is a BW3 near MontCo now. I certainly have missed them. Visited the Warrington location on Rivalry Saturday (11-28-15). It was nice to see flat-panels EVERYWHERE. There wasn't a bad seat in the house. Upon arriving, we asked for a seat where we could watch the Southern Cal game. The host said he would tune the set wherever we chose to sit. Very cool. After some initial confusion, we were assigned Ashley as our server. She was the BEST. Energetic, wanted to ensure we were comfortable, was professional and engaged. And, it was great to talk to her about Southern Cal and Vegas. When the wings arrived, that was the best. I haven't had BW3 for nearly 5 years. The Mango Habanero sauce was exactly as I remembered. And it was awesome. Potato wedges rounded out the feast. This BW3 has great outdoor seating too. This is a sports enthusiasts dream come true. Try it. You won't be disappointed. And, Tommy Melvin (GM) is pretty cool too. read more

Went to this establishment for a cordial monday night dinner with my friends. we were told there was a 10 minute wait, then proceeded to wait 25 minutes to be seated. when we finally were seated it took 10 minutes for us to be approached by a waiter. that being said, moral was still high for the night. once we finally ordered drinks spirits were raised. sadly, that was the high point of our meal. we felt like plane crash survivors waking through the sahara to find water for every round of drinks we ordered. we thought our time at buffalo wild wings couldn't get worse; however we were greatly mistaken. our food took what felt like an eternity to come out. when it finally came out half our tables food took another 10 minutes to make an appearance. i'm left utterly disappointed in the performance of the staff at this prestigious institution. it was nothing like the commercial. a cordial night with the boys was ruined. read more

We were excited to welcome a new restaurant to the area, but our first visit was a real Bummer-with-a-capital-B. We stopped by around 5 pm on a Saturday. Had a short wait; no big deal. Once we were seated, pretty much everything was a disaster. Only one person out of four received his order correctly the first time. The food itself was just OK. Nothing spectacular, and not a great value for the money we paid. We all agreed we need to stay away from this place until they get their act together. Came here June 11th, 2015 and was seated promptly at the off time of around 4:45. Waitress came over immediately and she was training someone as well, so I was impressed with how she was able to multitask throughout the night. Ordered wings, burgers, and iced teas, and everything came out quick and hot. I had no problems waiting for the Wing Captain, even though other yelp reviews said that was common. One Captain, Dennis, was extremely funny and attentive, he came over at least 3 times to see how we were doing and ask how the food was. He told us about all the events they do, told us about how many TVs they had and was engaging. He even convinced me to come back and do the Blazin' wing challenge! He was a perfect fit for his position! I have no complaints and would suggest anyone to come out and try it. BWW is an expensive place (like any chain restaurant) so don't expect diner prices. This was our second time at this particular BWW. We were seated right away, and our side of the restaurant only appeared to be about half full, if that. We then proceeded to wait for nearly 20 minutes while no server came to even take drink orders. We would have waited even longer, but my wife got up to tell the front desk people. A waiter came over, explaining that the waitress assigned to this section was nowhere to be found (?!) and that he would be taking over. From there, we had an extended wait for our food (not a complicated order, 2 adults & 2 kids, during a slow period), and when the food finally did arrive, my wife's order was wrong and had to be corrected multiple times. To their credit, the waiter was apologetic and the manager took money off our bill (after my wife asked to speak with him to explain the situation), but this was just a comedy of errors. All the while, there were no fewer than 5 waitstaff standing around socializing. The facility is beautiful and the food here seems to be fairly decent but the overall poor quality of service ruins the experience, and judging by the other reviews we're not the only ones to have that experience. This BWW is the only one my family and I are willing to go to... we always pick the same servers (PAT OR LIZ) both amazing!! They always get our orders in and out quickly!! And we've never had an issue with our food... the wings are the best, the Asian zing is our favorite sauce especially on traditional wings and the chicken loaded nachos are our favorite appetizer... we totally recommend this place, we are regulars and always tell others to only visit this BWW if they want great food with amazing service... read more

One whiff of the blazing hot sauce and I understood not only why I was here but who I was here for . Future memories began to play in my head of my son who will play soccer and love tangerines and my daughter, Isabella, who will play the trombone. I took one singular bite with a dollop of ranch sauce and my pants were rocked off. I was no longer in my house but in a desert in Phoenix, Arizona and little rabbits scuffled around me. Playing cards were painting trees around me. This wasn't Arizona. It was Alice's wonderland. All of this is to say, Buffalo Wild Wings has taught me much about life. I've read the reviews for this location and admittedly reluctant to stop in. I sat at the bar which may have made a difference for service. I was greeted at the door and quickly seated at the bar. Within a minute or two asked if I wanted a beverage and a food menu. After asking about a specific beer on tap was quickly asked if I wanted to sample it to which I did. My food order came quickly as well as my drink and several times within a short period of time was asked if I needed anything. Again, I was sitting at the bar so would expect better service. Overall they have good selection of beer and the food is what you would expect from BWW. Nothing spectacular but it was hot and tasted as expected. Beer was cold and my college football teams were within viewing distance on the multiple screens. Overall good experience and will most likely be back to this location. read more

Poor service. Stopped by late afternoon, early evening on a Saturday. It was 1/4 to 1/3 full. Took forever waiter to come by. Appetizers and my & son's orders came out in acceptable time except my wife. We had finished appetizer and both of of were working on mine (son was more than half done) when we finally saw a waitress to get her attention. She sent our waiter over who went to the back and apologized after that the chefs "forgot" to make her order but they would put it right in. Didn't ask, just said they'd make it. 20+ minutes later, still looking for someone to ask of the status the waiter delivered, wat after we were done with everything. We asked him to box it please and I said I assume this will be taken off the bill. He said we didn't tell him to not have the cooks make it when he informed us it forgotten. I said, really dude? Come on even after you informed us of "their" mistake people who were just being seated then had their meals delivered before hers. He said their was nothing he could do. We didn't cancel the order so we had to pay. What? Horrible customer service. Just common sense to comp the $9 order. No manager was around to talk to either. Wow, just wow. read more

he last time I placed an online order and got home to be missing our fries I overlooked it and thought let's give you guys another shot. Poor decision on my behalf. Today I placed an online order for a 5:30 pick up. I got there a little early about 5:15. After waiting about 5 or more minutes I was asked for my name. A woman checked the warmer behind the register then the computer then walked back to the kitchen. After about 5 minutes she came out and said yours is up on the screen and should be about 5-10 minutes. As people who came in after me with later pick-up times picked theirs up I finally asked again after 15 more minutes. The food finally came out and I attempted to pay. I had 3 $5 gift cards and tried to use the first one. The girl made a mistake and ran it for $15 instead of $5 one at a time. She did something and said to run the 2nd of the 3 cards. It did not work. She said she wanted to wait for the manager (was told his name is Allan) who was on the phone and when he got off instead of addressing us who were waiting, he assisted a doordash customer. Then after taking care of her he attempted to take care of the next customer. I waved my hands in the air and said woah what about me, even the girl said no were waiting for you. I hand all 3 cards over, He attempts to run a card again it still would not work. I said I don't know whats happened all I know is that I have been ignored, the girl forgot to tell him she ran a card for the wrong dollar value, someone had an issue with their gift cards with red hair before me (who came in after me ) and the register girl had her run her card twice as well. The manager says you'll need to possibly redeem them or call someone. I then explain how frustrated this entire experience has been and what can be done I need to get dinner home to my 7-year-old. He says to me "I am not taking care of your food"! I thought what? I didn't ask for a free meal, I asked for a suggestion to make things right and at least apologize. I was so upset I said I no longer want your food I'll voice my opinion/experience online, stopped at Mcdonalds to get her a happy meal, and went home. There are too many other options (Milers, Magerks, Brickhouse) for this type of food to keep getting these results and this type of treatment. Update- The manager that I dealt with last night called me today. He said he did not know why the $5 gift cards did not work and added the money back on and left them in the office.
