Stopped in with some co-workers and have some drinks and food at the bar. The bar tender there is so nice and friendly. The happy hour is good, saves $1-$1.50 off drafts and then there is discounted appetizers as well. This location does specials for when the local professional teams play, if they score so many goals or points you get a free snack size of wings! How cool, never seen that before. I literally made a yelp account just to post this review. My boyfriend and I came here at 9pm (they close at 10) but when we arrived there was a small crowd here so we didnt think it was too late; boy were we wrong. We were told there was a 20-30 minute wait so we decided to wait. Once we were seated 20 minutes later, we waited 40 minutes until the bar-tender asked us if we have been taken care of yet. By that time it was 10:05 and I responded no. He told one of the waitresses to get us drinks and she came over and says "are you guys hungry? Im off the clock right now but I can like get you drinks if you want." I responded, "well we came here to eat so.." and she walked away with a nasty face. Then the bar tender proceeded to get us drinks and take our order. By then I wasn't even hungry. I ordered just 10 classic boneless wings and when they came out and I took my first bite they tasted like dish soap. I Will Not Be Steeping Foot In Here Again As Well As Any Other One ( had a prior experience at one before and figured it was just that one, NOPE I WAS WRONG) 1. We were told about a 5 min wait for a party of 4 ended up being seated 30 mins later. 2. Drinks and Apps came out in a reasonable time frame. 3. 4 people ordered food one order came out the Smoked Brisket Burger then we were told the 3 other were going to follow in a few mins. (Bun and fries were over cooked and also burnt from sitting under the heat lamp to long) 2nd order came out the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap about 5 mins after the first order did (a grilled chicken wrap with fries and was missing the lettuce and tomatoes). Then the 3rd and 4 orders came out about 10-15 mins after the first order did! One a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich (came out with no problems) and a Southern Chicken Sandwich (came out still raw and uncooked in the middle!) So even at 35% capacity they can't keep up with cooking food let alone when they return to full capacity again. Also use as a party of 4 did not even get a chance to eat together because the first persons meal was completely finished by the time the 3 & 4th meals came out which one couldn't even be eaten due to being uncooked and we were not about to wait for another one to be sent out probably another 15 mins later! After all this we ended up only paying for our drinks and appetizers after I spoke to the manager and raising hell about the poor food service, undercooked and overcooked food, as well as half the stuff missing in a wrap. I have to echo what other people have said about the service. Walking in, it took about two minutes for two people to figure out where to seat us. It can't be that difficult. The waitress was training a new waiter, she was their certified trainer according to her name tag. She may need to get re-certified. She spent most of her time talking to other coworkers. The appetizer was delivered and she asked if we wanted our wings now since they are done, we said yes. About five minutes later we see her standing talking with her coworkers, wings probably under a heat lamp. Now it is almost a game to see how long until she realizes she didn't bring the wings out. By now we have empty drinks and still waiting. Finally she must have realized and the wings are delivered probably 10 to 15 minutes from the expected arrival. Wings on the table and asks if we are good, um I do t know...how about fill the empty glasses in front of you. We look at the wings and they look like exactly what you would expect wings to look like after sitting for an extended period of time after being cooked, They are partially warm and just have a look to them but we decided to eat them anyway. Despite the subpar reviews my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Warrington PA was awesome. Me and wife came in for a quick lunch and entered as the place opened and we were seated promptly and our waitress "Colleen" was great just so friendly and kind and took our order correctly and kept our refreshments full. Our wife ended up the bacon burger and I ordered the cheesesteak with fries. We also ended up getting an order of medium sized wings traditional cut. The flavors we chose were teriyaki, salt & vinegar, and lemon-pepper. The were all so good and definitely at a good price. The place was the clean, the food was delicious, service was supreme, and price was just right. I definitely will be coming back for lunch again! read more

Buffalo Wild Wings has really changed their strategy when it comes to pleasing their customers. At least 5 years ago the food came out in much higher quantities and the flavors really made me love this place but now I will never go back to Buffalo Wild Wings. In an effort to cut costs and give shareholders more value the franchise has decided to skip completely on even putting a sauce on some wings. So if you ordered the Buffalo sauce you would actually get a sprinkle of Buffalo seasoning. The menu still pictures the sauce as it was before so the waitress did not tell us that we were not going to get what we ordered. The other wings that we got were the honey barbecue but in reality we only got 3 wings per plate while the rest were scraps of fried batter. The nachos were stale and the only good part of our meal were the mini corn dogs. This restaurant used to be amazing and I used to come here all the time with my friends. We would order 50 wings and they would come in a giant bowl with dipping sauces and now they barely give you any food but charge a higher price. The worst part was when I asked the waitress how many wings we would be getting she said that now they weigh it instead of writing on the menu the quantity you can order. I came here on a night out with the boys and my girlfriend. Overall we had a very poor experience. It started off with a 45 minute wait and we were told that they only had one waitress and one bartender on staff tonight. We were very understanding of these circumstances that many restaurants and retailers are facing right now, however, the service that we received was very poor and the food quality was honestly terrible. Even the bathrooms were not stocked with paper towels in either the men's or the women's bathroom. Two of our orders were wrong and the server didn't give us the right number of sauces. All of our food was room temperature temperature or just cold. Most of the wings tasted bland or had an odd taste to them. It took so long to get the food it almost feel like the waitress was the one cooking the food. We all received our food at different times. After the waitress brought out my friends order, it took five minutes for mine to come and another 5 to 10 minutes for my other order. My poor girlfriend received hers last and had to wait another 10 minutes after all of us until she received her food. The next morning my friends and I woke up with an upset stomach that lasted the whole day. We reckon it was from the terrible food. This place was great when it opened. I am here currently with my friends and the service has not been the best. It took a 25 minute wait and we were fine with that. It is a Saturday night that's normal. We got seated, didn't get menus. The waitress came over fifteen minutes after we got seated got us our menus. We then got drinks. Another fifteen minutes passed we finally got to order and none of us were really pleased with the food there were large pieces of fat in the brisket sandwich. As a major wing lover, I've been to several BWW locations - and this is a good one. My husband, myself, and some friends went the other evening. We were seated quickly after finding out that another restaurant close by had an hour wait. Our waiter was friendly and took our order quickly. Took a really long time for my husband to get his drink, but it was busy, so we understood. We started out with some fried pickles and onion rings for the table. Both are awesome, the onion ring sauce is fantastic. We all had wings - everyone had boneless but me. I had medium and Parmesan garlic. A small size has 10 wings and that was more than enough to fill me up. The celery was mushy, but who comes to a wing place for the celery? They also have an experience captain come around and ask if you need anything, like a specific tv channel. Nice attention to detail. Love the wings here, and it's a nice location. We are now at about 10 people in the little waiting area. I ask another waitress if any had any intentions of seating people. A couple more minutes and I was on my way. After another 30 minute ride home I took out all the food and found that another part of the order was missing. Isn't someone supposed to check the orders to ensure everything is there? I found one missing item and got it but the other missing item I never received. After spending nearly $100 for some football food and driving 30 minutes I was highly disappointed and out the main food I wanted. First the service is terrible-the staff spent more time chatting with each other and using the restroom (Saw 7 different staff people use the restroom in a 20 minute period). Ordered a pitcher of beer and it took 15 minutes to get it. The place had 7 tables max and the bar 3 people. Thinking i could actually order extra sauces and get them was not to be. Waitress did come back with one i asked for but not both. Wasn't going to ask again because by the time I would have gotten it we would have been done our food. This is the closest BWW to where I live and I wish there was a location that was better. The service is alway horrible and seems to keep getting worse. I came in today at 740pm to SNF (Pats vs Bucs) and 60 minutes was on sound and no NBC.
