We sat around 630 and got our food around 730. A pretty long wait but it was fine. The shrimp coconut shrimp and Walt's shrimp were pretty good. The dram shrimp is popcorn shrimp with Thai chilli sauce. Not too bad. The boil was bad. $50 for a flavorless boil. Very light on the butter and seasoning. The shrimp IS NOT the same shrimp that you order separately. They're overcooked and a weird texture. The crab leg wasn't terrible. The corn was really good. Potato was also very plain. Probably won't go back but the service and ambiance was solid. Really the only thing saving this from a 1. If i leave you with nothing else. If you've had a good boil from anywhere else, go there. I listened to my friend make a phone call order to RL. Initially, she got an automation that kept botching the order, and substituting other sides. 3x my friend repeated; 3x the order was wrong, so "it" put her through to a live person who did NOT speak English and kept taking a wrong order. When she went to RL, a kind, accommodating waitress went over the order slip b4 sending it to the chef: one order on the list was ok; the 2nd was all wrong. It was fixed. At home: the roasted salmon was scrumptious; the Ceasar salad was mostly the lettuce core. I was able to eat a few bites; the rest was not appetizing, so was thrown out; the asparagus was a bit stringy, but tasty. 2nd order: the fried flounder was good ~tasty; asparagus was stringy; the hush puppies were hard, a day old, not fresh. Came here for an after church meal. It's about what you can expect from a national chain. I ordered the new seafood boil, which was ok, but very clearly frozen seafood. Just about everything in red lobster is flash frozen unless you order a whole lobster which is why they're displayed in the lobby live in a tank. Everything else is frozen. It's hard to get good seafood here, but I guess that's part and parcel with living this far from the ocean. Table was a little sticky and not terribly clean. Same with the bathroom. I found this odd since they only just opened at 11 and this was around 11:30. The server was attentive. But overall it's an overpriced meal for reheated, precooked, and frozen seafood. It's what one comes to expect from a national chain that sacrifices quality to benefit their bottom line. It serves to remind me of why I usually don't order seafood anymore, unless I'm near the ocean. read more

We came here for a birthday dinner with our friends. It was their nieces 10th birthday. We couldn't all sit together due to Covid, they split us up into 2 tables which is understandable. Both of our tables had the same waiter. I started out with a cocktail but was told when served my second drink that they had ran out of greygoose. My boyfriend ordered the seaside shrimp trio and his green beans were served cold. Another person in our party spoke up about her cold green beans and sent it back to the kitchen. The mother of the birthday girl ordered the ultimate feast and was served the seaside shrimp trio. When she tried to bring it to our waiters attention it was said that it was the kitchens fault and he bought out what she ordered shortly afterwards. She actually apologized to him for this mistake. It was pretty awkward. I ordered the Cajun chicken linguine alfredo. I was a little on the disappointed side as it didn't have to much flavor and the pasta was overcooked. It all just tasted really watered down and bland. The chicken itself was chewy again with no flavor. We did tell the staff that we were celebrating a 10 year olds birthday so they bought out a dessert for her which was nice but it was only our waiter that delivered the treat and just simply said happy birthday and walked away. The decor is lovely, it appears very clean BUT..... thats where the buck ends. West Mifflin, Pa. made the Cajun chic linguini far better, something really lacked in the sauce, the texture too thin. A noticeable decrease in portion size, BUT... what stood out most was the inattentiveness of the waitress, she was friendly but no where near the table unless serving, had to ask twice for butter, she never stopped back to see if everything was ok. Had to ask an employee at the hostess desk for my check, now that's pretty bad. It shows how inattentive. The employees tend to talk to each other regarding non working topics perhaps that's why little attention is paid to the customer. Will return to West Mifflin Red Lobster. read more

My girlfriend and I came in last weekend for dinner, and the service was nothing short of extraordinary. Alexis was our waitress, and she was phenomenal. We never had to ask for anything, she had refills brought to our table before we even thought about needing them. She brought us extra rolls all night, and even when we had plenty she still brought us more with boxes to send us home with some. All of the food she recommended was great. The kitchen manager for the night himself brought us our food and was just as kind as the waitress. The food was very good as well, everything cooked to perfection. Their broccoli might be some of the best I've ever had. I'm not from the area, but from what I understand, Alexis is quite famous at that location for leaving nice notes on the backs of her receipts, and she did for us as well. She really treats you like family, rather than a customer. And that's a nice touch you don't see anywhere else. This location truly has a staff that's willing to go above and beyond, and you don't see that too often. They have a standout waiting staff, and a kitchen that really knows what they're doing. Terribly overpriced food that is served in a facility that smells of spoiled food or uncleaned equipment. Mopping floors with patrons still eating is a terrible practice, especially with black mops that smell of mold. Then the attitude of employees is beyond comprehension. I then grabbed one of the previous menus left by the previous patrons for which I was not recognized for what felt like a solid 15 minutes after I had set the menu down. The staff is not very friendly. No small talk or recommendations. Which is fine I was there to eat. But then when my order was taken I realized the receipt said it was placed as a to-go order. I love red lobster,despite how pricey it is,but there is one thing I was definitely not happy about one bit at all.I got a cod fish sandwich from them today and it was so saturated in oil that it made stomachs a little unset.They either do not change there deep fryer often enough or do not cook at the proper temperture.I really should have said something to the waitress.I do not know if there fish sandwiches are like this all the time,but I will most likely never get a fish sandwich from them ever again.I do recommend them,except for the fish sandwich.They lost a star because of this reason. read more

So uhhhhhhhh i ate my body weight in cheddar biscuits and have 0 regrets. The Lobster alfredo was to die for; creamy sauce, fresh tomatoes, sweet lobster, and crunchy panko crumbs. It was a perfect blend of flavor and texture for a pasta dish. The mac was unreal, the cheese and lobster blended beautifully. The crab legs were amazing and i rarely eat crab. The lobster bisque was an unbelievable blend of flavors (and great to dip the biscuits in). Red Lobster never disappoints. read more

I went for the all you can eat Endless shrimp fest. This is a clean busy modern location near the Washington Walmart. I ordered the Endless Shrimp meal for $17.99. I got two sides: salad and Brussel sprouts and 4 delicious cheddar biscuits. I also got the siracha shrimp and the peppered shrimp, shrimp scampi and shrimp Alfredo pasta. There is a secret menu of shrimp where you can get popcorn shrimp and coconut shrimp. I got two orders of coconut shrimp. It was delicious, filling and well priced. read more
