My meal was clearly prepared hours or days before. I ordered a buffalo ranch chicken wrap with hot sauce instead of medium. There was no sauce, ranch or cheese. I have lived in the area for 20 years, but had not ever dined here before. I am glad I did! Parking is easy. The restaurant is comfortable and attractive. I was expecting it to be loud and crowded based upon the television commercials, but it was not. It was easy to relax. Service was satisfactory. Everything we ordered was delicious: beef brisket burger with swiss cheese and grilled onions, buffalo bleu burger, macaroni and cheese, french fries, tots, and cauliflower wings appetizer with parmesan garlic sauce: all quality dishes. My Goose Island tall beer was ice cold and delicious, and a bargain that is always on the menu for a mere $3. I also appreciated that there was no charge for chocolate milk and refills for our 12-year-old. We purchased gift cards with bonuses for next year and will be back soon! I've eaten in the restaurant and the service is usually pretty good. However, the to go service is NOT and the person who takes orders and bags the orders needs to pay attention. On the two occasions I ordered "to go" both orders were wrong. I ordered and paid for two bottles of sauce the first time which was not in my pick up order. The second time, I ordered BONELESS wings and a large order of them. When I got home, all of the wings were BONE IN and it was not a large order. It's very disappointing to get home and realize your order was wrong. I advise anyone who does a pick up to look over your order before you leave the store. Went to our local BWW for dinner at 7pm-8:20pm and had I not took my checkout to the manager I would of been there later. I remained as patient as possible 15 mins before we got drinks brought diet pepsi 2xs when asked for pepsi, asked for an angry orchard they were out so asked for a truly waitress forgot came back so decided on cocktails. Well didnt have mint to make a mojito i asked for and my husbands blue hawaii had very little probably not even a shot of rum in it and paid 8.20 for maybe 6oz drink. So ended up with ice waters. Appetizers 20 mins after ordering which were pretzel bites, my wedge salad was awful just romaine lettuce no onion and was overpowered with buffalo sauce and one little cold chicken tender. Onion rings were cold and mushy. I understand places have been short staffed and I have alot of patience but the service at The Suncrest Town Center Morgantown tonite was all in all a horrible meal after almost and hour and a half. Friends went the night before and had similar service and had waited almost 3 hrs for their meals. For as much as you pay for a meal now a days we have got to do better people cmon!! read more

Had the absolute worst experience here yesterday.... and it was 100% because of our server Leslie. From the moment we got there she was slow and careless. Took uneccessarily long to greet us, bring our drinks, bring the check, and take the check for payment. I'll point out that it was about 7pm on a Thursday. The restaurant was not busy at all. When our food came, it was brought to her at the waitress station, which tells me the kitchen was tired of staring at it in the window. Some of our food was barely warm, but we overlooked that. Then my children asked for ranch for their wings. Which would normally be included. She responded with they'll be $.60 each. I said whatever, cause the kids wanted them. Then they were not even marked on the bill!! Which tells me she was too lazy to go to the kitchen to get them so she tried to convince us not to get them by tacking a price tag on them. Never offered to refill drinks until after we were done eating. All in all she was just very unattentive which in turn really put a damper on the entire meal. I am normally never a bad tipper so long as they cover the basics of being a server. She did not do that, and in turn ruined the entire experience. My tip reflected this. This is a reaaly cool modern sports bar with above average bar food. If your a sports fan this is your place.

The food here is sub par at best, I have yet to be impressed or even satisfied with the quality of our meals. It is certainly not worth the cost. The servers have been decent enough skill-wise and have always been nice, though neither asset are enough to write home about. I was disgusted that fellow patrons were smoking at their tables on the patio just feet away from where my children and I were eating. The tablets with games are a nice touch for entertaining kids if the conversation at the table is too much to ask of them (slight sarcasm implied). The only reason that I anticipate any more visits would be at the invitation of a friend and proximity to my home. read more

I've been there three times. The first was fine. The second time I ordered take out and they gave my order away to to some completely different person. Third time I went, they gave me half of my order. I called back asking about the other half. No apology at all. They said that's what the employee put down. No matter that it was wrong. First time back at Buffalo Wild Wings in about 12 years! Went to the one in North Fayette when it first opened and and had some absolutely disgusting (gummy,half-raw) chicken leg with wing sauce...took me this long to get over it!! Anyway, I was hoping for, and found a pretty good dining experience! The food was good, Tablegater sampler platter well worth the $12.00 with an order of wings,Spinach-Artichoke dip,Soft Pretzels with Queso, and Cheddar and Bacon Jalapeno Poppers. Blue Moon BBQ sauce quite good. I had Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Wife had Crisy Chicken sandwich...both above average. Service was good, drinks kept refilled and everyone was polite and friendly. Appetizer took a few minutes longer than expected to come out, no big deal, but entrees came out less than a minute later. Not worth a hit on the ratings. The manager actually recognized this without any complaint from me and came over with coupons for $$ off and free items...nice job! Also, BWW has IPOD-like tablets for trivia and other games, the tablets actually have a selection of kids and arcade type games that my 6 year old daughter loved...she can't wait to go back.
