I have always loved BDubs but lately the service has been slow. Our waitress Molly was friendly but inattentive. Our food was lukewarm, our drinks not refilled or even offered. She asked how the food was but didn't bother to wait for a reply. Extremely disappointing. We went in at 6:00 and didn't leave until 7:40... slow slow slow and they weren't even very busy. First time visiting the Polaris location and last time. We waited 30 minutes for a table when we could see empty tables all around the restaurant. Sat for 10 minutes before the server even acknowledged our presence. Ordered drinks, 15 later drinks arrived. She plopped them on our table and hurried off to clean three tables and set up for a party of around twenty. By this time, we knew our service was going to be terrible, so we got up and politely told the hostess we were leaving to find a restaurant that would provide us service and consideration. The 101 Beer Kitchen did a great job in providing a delicious meal and stellar service. We should have consulted yelp before considering BBW. We didn't get our drinks refilled at all, our appetizer came out way too late and overcooked as if it was forgotten about. Almost every Thursday, I meet my daughter and her fiancé here for dinner. Only place still serving food that late. We are regulars, have friendships with the wait staff from going so often. Last Thursday, we got a waiter we had not seen before. He must have accidentally mixed up the beer to s couple of tables because I was brought a very hoppy light in appearance beer, but I had ordered an Octoberfest (amber colored far less hoppy beer) I let him know "this is not an Octoberfest" to which he replied, "I assure you it is" eye brows raised at the audacity of his reply, I said "no it's not". Leaving my beer at the table, he had the tender pour and taste from the tap, and then assured me again it was the beer I ordered. Octoberfest is my favorite beer....he did not offer to replace the beer I had with a proper Octoberfest, he asked if I wanted a different beer. He should have taken my beer to the tender to see if it was an Octoberfest and brought me the right beer back. Disappointed in his treatment of me,"assuring" me I was drinking the right beer. If I could give negative stars, I would. Picture this, you have been eating at your neighborhood BDubs for years without issue. The day you pick up your mom and brother from the airport, and the first thing they request is BDubs since they have been out of the country for almost a month. You have missed your mom and brother on Christmas and you want to make their belated Christmas wish happen and you call BDubs on your way home to place a carry out order. On 12/29/2015 7:08 pm, a female answers and asks to place you on hold, you agree and wait on hold until the hold music stops playing...it's silent...you hear that the phone has been picked up then you hear a loud slam of the handset hanging up on you. You shrug, look at your (family) audience in the car thinking no big deal, I'll call back. You call back, the same female answers, but this time says her name is Courtney and you say in the nicest tone possible "I would like to place a carry-out order." She takes your phone number down and asks what you would like. You tell her you would like 1 small order of hot traditional wings and 1 medium order of mango habanero traditional wings. She attempts to repeat back your order. It's wrong, so in the nicest tone possible you begin to tell her your order and you hear that familiar loud slam of the handset hanging up on you from less than a minute ago. NOT COOL. Never. Will. Eat. Here. Again. My whole family too. What kind of business is this...paying employees to hang up on customers? Ended up at Q2 Bistro up the street spending $60+ and tipping on my carry-out order since they aren't assholes. Plus there is always Rooster's off Gemini Place anyway! read more

My husband and daughter ate there this afternoon and ordered a carryout order for me. My husband said his traditional wings were not meaty and what meat was there, was dry and tasteless. My daughter said her food was just ok. My chicken quesadilla was awful. Tasted like cleaning fluid. I am not kidding. Not sure if someone tainted the food or what. You can get a good feel for how a restaurant does under pressure when you say "I've got a party of 12." BWW did a-ok! Our food was correct, out in a timely manner, and the staff was polite and patient. Only a few hiccups here and there with a lack of straws, utensils, and changing the only channel that had trivia on it when there were clearly 5 people in our party with the game consoles playing. But when alerted to the problems, the staff were quick to fix it. Good experience overall and we'll be back eventually. read more

I always loved BW3's and I'm very happy now that one has been built closer to my place. The restaurant and bar are both totally on par for every other BW3's I've ever been too. I love their large choice of sauces for wings and their other menu options are great too. They also have nice TVs and a full-bar with a good selection of beers, although that's pretty usual for any BW3's. I plan to go here more as I've only taken one trip so far. I've been a BW3's fan for a while, I'm just glad that there's one here now, as I used to hang out at the campus location pretty often. read more

I was so excited that this location opened up. I am here on business and it was nice to have a familiar restaurant nearby. But when I ordered a salad and 5 chicken wings, and sat at the bar, I was so disappointed that it took nearly 30 minutes for the salad to come out. The waiter said that my wings were coming out very soon. It took another 10 minutes for the wings. What really ticked me off is that the gentleman sitting next to me asked the waiter about his food when I was finally getting my food. The waiter had the nerve to tell him that she (referring to me) was waiting for a long time and she did not ask for her wings to be well done like yours. You should be happy that your wings are fresh. He had been waiting nearly as long as I had been. I understand that sometimes the kitchen is slow, but he should have apologized the wait by offering me something. I left a really small tip. My first time here. Celebrating a coworkers birthday over lunch with the team. This is a relatively new location for the franchise. Clean. Bright. Lots of televisions for watching sports and same games along the perimeter for additional entertainment. They have an open air, covered, outdoor patio available during warmer weather. Our table was located along the glass walls near the patio. Have to say it was quite drafty and chilly. One of the good things about franchises is a standard menu. You know what to expect. Meals were okay. I ordered 15 boneless wings in their honey barbecue sauce. The wings are more like deep fried, breaded chunks of chicken meat. They were drenched in sauce. The sauce was a bit spicier than I would have cared. Our waitress was an efficient order taker and helped ensure we had our drinks filled. It did take a little extra time to get our checks and cash-out, especially since we did have individual checks. Experience and food was okay. Cheeseburger with bacon, lettuce, mayo with chips and cheese and the buffalitos with chips and con queso. Got no bacon, lettuce was wilted, chips had pepperjack cheese...? Hands down the worst experience I've had at a Buffalo Wild Wings! I would've given it one star but the staff is truly trying hard to serve customers. They are obviously short staffed, the bathrooms are disgusting, and the service is beyond slow. We were initially told food service would be 50 mins and now have been told an hour to an hour and half for food service. People who have arrived an hour after our party have already been served and we've been here for over 2 hours. Never had this issue before and again the staff has been excellent just way short. Best time to come is Tuesday and Thursday nights because of the 65 cent wings, other than that i think it's a little bit to pricey unless there's a big game on that I want to watch.. After tonight my family and I will not be visiting Polaris Buffalo Wild Wings again. We arrived at approximately 8:45pm at was quickly seated, going good so far. Our waitress introduced herself and got our drink orders. She returned with the drinks and got our appetizer order. We ordered chicken nachos. We waited for about 20 mins for our nachos and when they came to the table they didnt have any chicken on them. We flagged the waitress down and let her know and her response was "they have done this like 3 times today, I will take them back." We waited another 10 mins for them to come back to the table with chicken. By this time we have already placed our order for our entrees. Let me also mention that as soon as we sat down we could feel nothing but ice cold air blowing over our heads. FREEZING! We were waiting and waiting and waiting. All the while we see staff members coming in and out of the kitchen with what appears to be food for themselves. Finally the waitress comes over after about 45 mins and apologizes that the food is taking so long and blamed it on the 4 naked tenders that we ordered. We waited another 25 mins until food finally came out. Burnt and Cold. I was so pissed off, I IMMEDIATELY asked for boxes and the check. Our waitress could see the frustration on my face but never once offered to get the manager or offer anything off the bill. Needless to say her tip reflected the service given. Brand new location just opened this week! Right around the corner from the previous Polaris Location, in front of the new plaza. I love the setup of the place! It has more general seating areas(not bar tables) and an awesome bar. Huge tv's EVERYWHERE! I counted almost 50 total including a few huge projection screens by the bar area and the big, crisp flatscreens you would expect at a new sports bar. Seems like the ideal place to watch the game, I have it right up there with Roosters on Gemini. I have never been a big fan of the food other than wings/wedges at BW3's but it gets the job done. The atmosphere, beer specials, and wing sauces keep me coming back. Had a really cool waiter named Zack that took good care of us. I had a few tall beers that were ice cold and proceeded to burn my mouth with Mango Habenero sauce once again(I can't stay away, it burns so good). It was the first day opening so it seems like they had a lot of people working in the afternoon. Everyone we came across was friendly and pleasant. I will be stopping at BW3's much more often now with this new location open. read more

While they have an over abundance of TV's all streaming the same 5 games so I suppose every table can see every game. However, the service is lacking the fun vibe the restaurant is trying to project. Many blank, bored faces trying to cattle call you through ordering and get out. No idea what they have on tap...look in the menu, nothing changes. The tables have numbers on them trying to follow a sports theme but it just looks like it's for service who can't remember table numbers. Our order took 40 minutes for wings, salads, buffalitos. All the while, the AC cranks on to blow down the outer walls and the music is so pumped with bass that it is hard to hear what anyone at the table is talking about without shouting. I love a good wing place but this new BW's seems like they took a great idea and went that one step too far to ruin it. Commercial feel, lackluster blasé service, the overwhelming music and a cattle call to get out for the next table make it not worthwhile for overpriced wings. read more

The new location is amazing and I love the interior. However I would NOT recommend coming here for a big game. The manager Melissa is beyond incompetent. Coming from someone who is experienced in the restaurant industry, it is apparent that this location is not well staffed for high volume games. A couple of issues stuck out to me 1. Being the fact that their "manager" Melissa was quoting "30 min - a couple of hours" WHO DOES THAT?! Overwhelmed and inexperienced hostesses do that. It's not of high standard to quote 1/2 an hour to three hours and expect patrons to stick around with such a vague time frame. She really just needed to slow down and check the statuses of the sat tables. 2. The staff was unaware that their WHOLE patio was empty and could have been sat. Unfortunately, I witnessed her turn away at least 8 customers. That is just bad business and it seems she was trained properly to handle such high volume situations. It's sad to see such a beautiful revamp be ruined by poor management. read more

I've never written a review before, but after my experience tonight, I don't have a choice. I planned my night at bdubs to watch ufc fight on pay per view, advertised by this location that they'd be playing it. After waiting through the prelims, the manager has STILL refused to put the fight on the big screen, and instead has a football game on. Several tables have spoken to managers, their "guest experiance captains" and waitresses to no avail. The managers refuse to put the paid for ufc fight on anything but 4 small tv's in the corners. There are a lot of people mad here tonight. Don't advertise and tell people you're doing something then not do it. Especially when guests ask you to play what you've advertised, and you still refuse. Terrible experiance. I will never visit this place again. The only up side was our waitress who tried to help, but got nowhere with management. Oh and this new "guest experience captain" the person who's in charge of "enhancing your experience" well that's the biggest joke of all. I haven't had an unpleasant experience at a buffalo wild wings until just yesterday 9/18/16. I ordered snack size traditional dry rub wings with celery and ranch. Luckily I ordered dry rub because after I ate one wing, I picked up the second and realized it had crispy breading on the outside (or so I thought). I literally almost went to eat it when I noticed it was a FEATHER! There was a few clumps of feathers on this ONE wing. I picked the first off thinking it was the breading, and once I realized it was entirely too gross to even put near my mouth (gag). When the waitress came by, she never asked how the meal was, so I was prompted to mention the fact this wing had feathers on it and I didn't eat any of my meal, besides the celery sticks. I honestly didn't want any type of refund because I didn't want the waitress to think I was in it for the free meal, I'm not like that. She replied by putting the wing closer to me and asked, "So you're saying you don't want to take it home?". -- Honestly no, and honestly you made it worse. I wish I could upload the photo! Be careful when ordering traditional wings! Won't be ordering wings again from here!! Or traditional wings in general if this is a common thing. read more
