I had a bad experience with another bdubs and swore them off. But my home bar was bdubs so I came to this location. Good choice. Service is sooooooooooo S-L-O-W. There are 3 tables full in the bar and I have waited for 20 minutes for my salad. Really?

Wings were good however had to ask for more sauce, wet wipes and water refills. The servers were friendly but overall the service was slow.

Buffalo Wild Wings is the best place around! The service was great, the refreshers were good, and the food was fantastic! The sauce was right on point, it tasted delicious. The only thing I had a problem with was that it was the temperature was too cold. My favorite sauce they have is just medium wings. Those things are so good. One day, I went there and I ate over 25 of those things! I love the taste of the juicy, tender, and I love the taste of the juicy, tender, and how filling the wings are all the way to the bone. Decent food. the only thing that really bothered me was the guy server running his fingers through his dreadlocks as he was going back to the kitchen. I have never written a Yelp review before, but felt this experience warranted it. We ordered through GrubHub and our order arrived cold. The side salad did not come with ranch, which should have been included--not the end of the world. Both of the wraps we ordered should have included grilled chicken, but were made with crispy chicken. One wrap we specifically noted "no tomatoes" and it clearly says it on both the receipt attached to the bag from the store and within our GrubHub order. The manager, Maddy (sp?) told us that her cashiers opened our order before it left the store to confirm the wraps contained grilled chicken. This seems seems questionable that our wraps could be checked without our food being touched to look into the wrap which also seems unsanitary. The manager then told us we were wrong, and that the chicken was in fact grilled. Essentially calling us liars. I offered to send photos of the crispy chicken on the wraps and the tomato that was added incorrectly to the second wrap. The manager kept us on hold back and forth for over 40 minutes "getting to the bottom of the error.." The customer service, questionable sanitation, and terrible food is reason to never visit or return. read more

The server was good, the kitchen was slow the order came out wrong. They were running some type of promotion and didn't account for the people who were dining in that day. Asked to speak to a manager told her what had happened and her reply was so what do you want me to do about it. The manager gave me no eye contact never apologized for the inconsistent cold food or slow kitchen preparing the food. This is not the first time this has happened at a Buffalo wild wings, they seem to have this problem throughout the Denver metro area. How hard is it to take frozen wings stick the wings into the microwave and then put the sauce, have them still come out cold. There seems to be no urgency in the Buffalo wild wings organization on how their food comes out or repeat business. I will never eat at that establishment again. read more

I'd like to start by saying that I too, am a server at a restaurant and that I have never left a Yelp review. But this was the most deplorable service I have ever had. A friend and I went in and were sat promptly...then nobody ever came up to us...about 10 mins in we ASKED for a server, and when she finally came over she had a bad attitude and was saying something along the lines of "there's only two servers on right now, soo..." (As a fellow server I did not think the dining room was too busy). She took our order, brought our waters and then...about 45 mins later we realized we had never gotten our food...we waited for about ten more minutes and then just left. As we were leaving, we saw our server sitting at a table with a bunch of other employees that were obviously off the clock! It blew my mind. I have no idea how servers like that expect to make money. I always try to give servers the benefit of the doubt when I go out, but this was clearly just rudeness and laziness. This is absolutely a reflection of the management in this establishment, any manager I have ever worked for would have noticed if a table sat there for 10 mins w/o drinks. Worst experience here EVER, and we've been coming here for years. I ordered using the online option. You'd think it would be simple and straight forward right? Wrong. I placed the order for pick-up with a 45 minute notice, a simple order of wings and chicken tenders with fries. It wasn't even during dinner time. When I arrived for pick up, I was told my order wasn't showing in the system, even though I had a screenshot showing my order had been placed successfully. There was no "I'm sorry" or anything. I re-placed the order and was told it would only take 15 minutes. It took another 30 minutes! During this time the Manager walked straight by me and an employee told him this was the second issue with online orders. He truly acted like he didn't care and kept walking! I am dumbfounded by the lack of concern or customer service. There wasn't an offer to take anything off the check, just a while lot of "I don't give a s%^t!!" The second star is only because I love BWW sauce... Anyways, wow this place kinda sucks as much as the other surrounding chains restaurants in that area. I'm not sure if that entire town center is strictly for training brand new people, but every place I've gone to is terrible. The food usually sucks. The chicken will be cold, the fries soggy, the salads old, or the mixed drinks not well done. It's not incredibly cheap there either. The tables are usually a mess. Granted, we went on a night the Broncos played so we were lucky to just get a table during the game. It was, however, dirty and sticky. An old beer can left on the table. Piles of food on the floor. Some sticky substance left on the table. Clearly not cleaned before we sat. Also, I feel like every single time I go to walk thru the front door, there is some kid running around and throwing a ball on a string that I have to dodge...is he an employees kid or the restaurant mascot? A friend and I went in to this location on Friday night around 9:30. When we ordered our waitress was friendly but we had to wait about 25 minutes for two snack size wings and two orders of fries and they even forgot one of the orders of fries which resulted in waiting another 5 minutes. There were a few big groups who were served before us which is understandable, but I even felt their pain from the table behind me as the waiter auctioned off the food clearly having no idea who ordered what. For the amount of workers there were standing behind the bar, the service shouldn't have been so poor and the restaurant should have been clean. it became real irritating and clear to me that i won't visit this location again. read more

TERRIBLE experience, at least in regards to the manager. We were in last night. There were only 3 of the tables in the bar area occupied when we sat down in the bar area. We placed our order and waited. And waited. Three tables got seated while we waited. And then THEY all received their food. We asked our server about it and she went to check. Less than a minute later, one of our orders came out and the server who brought it out asked if we were waiting for anything else. ?? Then 7-10 minutes after that, a manager brought the rest of our order. I complained about the ridiculous wait to which she responded that the kitchen was backed up. We pointed out that other patrons who were well after us had their food and about done with it. My food was COLD to the touch and I told the manager that. She took it back to get a "fresh" batch and came back within 90 seconds with this fresh batch. Interesting that a kitchen that was SO backed up would have it almost immediately ready for her. But then I tried to pick up a wing to eat it and it was SO hot, it burned my finger. Not stove hot, by a long shot. It was microwave hot. They nuked my food and brought it right back to me. Any idea how dangerous that was? It was so hot that had I bit into it, instead of pulling the meat off with my fingers, I would have seriously burned my mouth. As we were heading out to leave, I wanted to speak to our server who REALLY stepped up when her manager flopped and the same manager tried to overhear our conversation like she was a junior high school girl. The manager was so argumentative during our conversations that I wanted to have zero words with her at the end and to see her trying to eavesdrop was beyond ridiculous. Someone needs a lot of training. She definitely ruined what our server, Noelle, was trying so hard to salvage. Props to Noelle and BOO to that ghastly manager. I also order and pay online, yet every single time I go in, my order is never processed and my card "declined"......the same card at the restaurant works just fine and I end up with a double charge on my bank statement. I use to like BW's until recently. I went there with a guest and we ordered wings and buffalo chips. When the wings arrived they were lightly coated with sauce and the wings looked like they were from a scrap barrel. They actually looked more like claws and were so overcooked that the meat was more like jerkey. The buffalo chips were cold and frozen and the bottom of the serving boat had mac and cheese in it. The over all experience was disgusting and I probably won't go back. Too bad because I'm craving wings tonight!! read more

Buffalo Wild Wings has good food, however, the service here is atrocious. Not only are they super slow but they are absolutely oblivious. Our experience tonight was dreadful... Our server was aloof and we were sitting right next to the kitchen door, where servers come in and out... We got our appetizer and then had to wait 20 minutes to even get our order taken. While we were waiting for our server to appear we saw what I think was the general manager and even HE was unaware of his surroundings... We tried to get his attention and he had no idea.. THE Best in the way of freshness and taste. Love the variety of flavor choices for the wings and the other non-wing options for my family members that choose not to order wings. Wide choice of appetizers. Fried pickles and build your own burger/sandwich are favorites with my family. My wife and I stopped by to place an order to go at 4:00 pm tonight (1/04). Out order total was $37.00 and we were told it would take only 15 minutes. By 4:45 we were concerned they had forgotten our order. Sure enough when we questioned a waitress who was also working up front she investigated and told us the original waitress who took our threw the ticket away. Furious I asked to speak with the manager. When he came up front he offered no explanation as to why the waitress did what she did and did not even offer to comp our food. We asked for a refund to our credit card and left to have dinner an hour later somewhere else. I will be writing their corporate office as well as I think they should make some changes in the order to go process so this does not happen again to another customer. I have eaten at BWW before and have enjoyed it but not at this location =( The service was SUPER SLOW and it was not even that busy I understand if the place is packed that it will take a little longer to get food but it was not crowded and it took an hour to receive our food our waiter did not come check on us often and we had to as several times for refills on water. We also asked to try some of the new flavors and our waiter said he would send someone over that could allow us to try the new flavors and that person never came. When we asked to talk to the manager he was rude and defensive and left in the middle of the conversation we were having with him. I had been to a different BWW down in southern denver, they gave me the street tacos with popcorn shrimp since I didn't want the chicken... a couple days latter went to this one in town center and they did NOT want to help me. they said there was no way they could make that happen. Ordered boneless wings for pick-up. A large order of extra WET Parmesan Garlic, to be exact. They told me they'd be ready to pick up in 15 minutes, so I showed up in 20. I walked in and the cashier was too busy chatting up a storm with the hostess to assist me at the register. When she finally did decide to come to the register, I was informed the wings would still be a few minutes. Okay, I was fine with that. Fresh, juicy, delicious wings are worth the wait. Finally grabbed my bag, paid the check, and was on my way. Got home with my wings to discover they were clearly sitting around a while (quite hard and stale, as if they grabbed a batch that had been sitting under the heat lamp for too long and re-tossed them in a tiny bit of new sauce) The worst part?! The wings were far from extra wet. In fact, they were the complete opposite.. They barely had any sauce on them at all. They were basically plain old chicken nuggets. Now, I probably should have checked upon receiving them, but I guess I had invested a bit too much trust in the employees. Of course, I'm far too lazy to drive all the way back and ask for a new order of wings, so I'll just deal with my stale, plain, boring wings and vent here in my review. Don't get me wrong, I've been to this location before many times and have never had an issue. Tonight must have been an off night. But I am definitely not happy with this evening's experience. Went in excited because it was going to only be a 25 minute wait and we wanted to make our movie across the street and had about 1 hour and 45 minutes to spare. Little did we know it was going to take 20 minutes to get chips and salsa and then continued to sit at the table 45 minutes before our dinner came out. The side salad I ordered I had to ask about around minute 40 and then was right out after that. The wrap and wings finally came out around minute 50 and the wings were not even the right sauce and were also cold. Not once did a manager table tap us but we did see him walking around and obviously knew people were unhappy. Check came and nothing was even mentioned about the wait time. By far one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. We couldn't even finish our meal because we had a movie to get to so left stressed and completely dissatisfied.
