Went here with a group of 4 on Sunday and arrived right before the Browns game was getting ready to start. We were told it would be about 45 minutes to sit down, but there were only about 3 groups of people waiting and there were empty tables seemingly everywhere. Decided to wait and ended up getting seated in about 5. That was about the end of the positives today. Beers were cold enough, but for the most part were coming to us poured pretty short. One of our orders was incorrect (got traditional instead of boneless) and another ended up being rang out incorrectly. The server was definitely doing his best and some of these things probably were not his fault. However, some of the wings came out cold (after waiting close to an hour for food) and had to be sent back. The replacements were out very quickly. The restaurant itself was surprisingly nice. Very modern, lots of room, and a ton of TVs. So with all that being said, why only two stars? Well, simply put, something was definitely off with the wings I ate. I've been living in my bathroom at home for the past 12 hours or so. Luckily technology and all of this free time has graced me with the ability to write my review. Not sure I will be back. My husband and I love coming to bdubs & this location has been our go to just because of we live close. Tonight's experience was a little disappointment. We walked in and immediately no one came up to help us. There were a few workers who glanced our way but they quickly turned and started doing other things. Then a lady named Jenny walked up to the front counter and started writing stuff down. She didn't bother to look at us or greet us. Maybe 5minutes went by and I finally said "Hellooooo!". The lady then said "oh hi! just 2?" We said yes. and she looked back down and started writing something and looking to one side of the restaurant at one of the servers, still not really paying any attention to us. There wasn't too many people in the restaurant and plenty of open booths/tables open. I don't know why she couldn't sit us down. Another 5 minutes went by and my husband said, "are you guys closed or something?". The lady then said, "i'm waiting for the server to finish serving a table". Noticeably the server was done serving and not looking our direction. It was an awkward 3 minutes of silence just standing there so we walked out. I was a long time customer at bw3 in willoughby until the Friday before easter 2021. The food has always been mediocre but I went up there to have a beer and see some of the servers I got to know over the years, I was then accused by a new server, Aisha, that I grabbed her ass. I was never near this server. I was asked to leave and did. I asked the manager to review the tapes so she could see I never touched this girl and she never did. Revolving door of manners and employees. Creates a unstable work environment that faults employees while keeping either poor management or lazy employees on staff. With personal stuff aside here is what to expect. The servers tend to be annoyed when you show up. I have heard things such as " if one more fing person comes in I quit" I hate the other server, this person isn't doing there job. It's a dark hole of gossip and vendettas. They do not bus tables there is maybe one server who goes the extra mile. While the rest slack off to a point they wouldn't show up half the time or bother to chip in there is only a I in this team mentality and fail to live up to their training modo. Take out is ok there is one young lady there let's call her berkhimer. Who you should put up for manger training she is bright and has the ability to lead a staff. But is limited due to the way that take out is ran. They make questionable managerial calls I seen 5 gms in the year and it rotate from store manger to gm. It truly is a awful s:;) show. 1 of the one regional trainer is all right and friendly enough and invested in the good of the place. The other is inpatient and a bit rude. However, there are poor work ethics. And lazy servers which lead you to the kitchen moving full steam. And the servers not showing up to the window or the back and fourth of chit chat that slows down service. Or smoke breaks. Or breakdowns. Or unnecessary workplace conduct that borderlines on serious issues. The quality of the food is wanting. It is all frozen. Nothing is truly fresh and ultimately all you need is the sauce and you can do all this at home. Generally the food is ok it's hot ( most times). That's the only good I can say with the exception of the bar. Worse of worse is the horridly lacks standard of cleaning. I cannot empathize how poorly the night staff here closes. You come in and find floor stains everywhere. Bathroom stains. Screens that are littered with snot and gunk. You hire a bunch of high school kids that do the bare minimum and leave the burden to those that are stupid enough to care or try to help. It would take 1-3 hours to properly clean in the morning and they will not by any means approve that. I would give 2 stars but with the experience I have had here it truly deserves no stars and am rooting for the good chefs and bar tenders and mangers to move on. And the place to close. Make way to a better business and joint. If The owner is reading this. The location is toxic. You have tons of competition, you gotta upgrade the standard of hires and hold management and employees accountable. I believe you are getting bad info on this store and this is the best way word for word to tell you what is going on here. Ordered a take out and was supposed to be ready for pick-up at 6:20 given it is a Saturday I expected it to take about 10 minutes or so longer than that, with that said I've now been sitting here for about an hour and several people who arrived 20 minutes after me have received their orders already. Now I don't want to say all the service is terrible because The two girls at the take-out counter are very nice and go to check if my order is done about every 5 minutes, but the kitchen service for sure needs some work because nobody should have to wait over an hour for a take out order and have several people that ordered after them receive their orders before them. We came here on a Saturday afternoon to watch college football and quickly realized after we ordered that the restaurant did not have nearly as many servers as they should; one server for a whole room of people. Took forever to get our drinks, and the Bloody Mary I ordered didn't have any garnishing, even though the picture on the menu showed and described such.I've been to airport bars that had better bloody Mary's. I went up to the bar to ask for garnish and got so much attitude from the bartender that I wondered why they even worked in customer service. The bartender finally gave me the Bloody Mary with "garnish" (just pickles and celery, no olives) and set it down without even apologizing. It also took unnecessarily long to get wings, which isn't that their specialty? I wonder what it would be like to come back on a Sunday to watch any NFL games. Went to dinner Sat night at the BW3 in Willoughby. There were 4 in our party and the restaurant was not especially crowded when we arrived at 5:45. Our waiter Ladell was very nice and tried hard to compensate for cold food that was prepared at a snail's pace. I ordered a second appetizer of chips and salsa as we waited so long for dinner. Despite the wait however; the wings, fries, mac and cheese were old and cold when served. Ladell put the wings in the microwave to take the chill off for us. Well if you order online make sure you have your dressings of you request them on the site, because they will ruin your plans no giving you the sauces you asked and paid for, and will leave you eating naked flavorless wings and no sauces (hot, medium, etc) but they didn't forget to give me the ranch tho and I like ranch but with the sauce I asked on the side, so be aware of it otherwise your night, evening or afternoon will be ruin and flavorless read more

I'm just gonna start by saying my one star rating is being generous. We Decided to come here for wings and beer since that Is the only thing on the menu that hasn't been terrible. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a scattered brained hostess who was trying to figure out what table in an almost empty restaurant to seat us at, after a quick confirmation from another worker we were taken to a table with the comment enjoy your meal. I think he was secretly trying to tell us good luck. The server finally decided to walk over to our table about 10 minutes or so after that. I order a Guinness and the person I was there with asked what type of wheat beers do you have to which the server responded ahhhh I don't know, hey at least I'm being honest with you hahaha he decided on a beer and about 10 or 15 more minutes go by before our beers came out, server took our really difficult order of 2 orders of wings sauce on the side and one order of cottage fries. (Clearly I'm kidding about that being difficult) or at least I thought, about 50 minutes go by, mind you we weren't asked if we'd like another beer, we did ask for water which the server had to be reminded to get as she walked by looking at us but not saying a word. She finally emerged from the kitchen with our wings and put them on the table, I asked her is there a reason that these wings that take 8 or 9 minutes to cook took almost an hour? I think she muttered I don't know, mind you they only had 2 other tables that needed food. We asked for celery with our meal it didn't come out, we had to ask for silverware, asked for napkins, asked for something to throw our bones on. It felt as though we were just putting her out. I said this is ridiculous and she needs to get the manger and do something for us. We asked for a Togo box to put the remaining wings in, she brought over our bill no Togo box. They took $5 off a $50 check. I said bring your manager over here please. About 10 minutes go buy and I see the manager watching TV just chatting with the employees, she looked over at us 3 times before she approached our table. This is where it gets good, she comes over nonchalantly and says some one asks for the manager I said yes we did, is there a reason it took almost an hour to receive or wings that take maybe 8-9 minutes to cook, she says first of all it was only 34 minutes and our wings take longer to cook the 8-9 minutes. I told her I've cooked wings for over 30 years and a minute or two is not gonna cause our food take an hour to prepare. She rolled her eyes, so she tried to say that 34 minutes to cook wings is acceptable. I said this is absurd what are you gonna do for Us with this check, $5 off $50 isn't gonna cut it, she said you ate the food didn't you? At this point I'm laughing at her lack of management skills and for that matter people skills. I asked if there was actually another manager that I could speak to her response was no and even after requesting the number of the manager I wasn't given anything, a good 10 minutes later after she stood in the corner chatting with Co workers the server in passing drops another bill on our table without saying a word. She took off an order of wings at this point had to ask for the Togo box again and clearly nothing else was gonna be done we paid and left. What a joke this place has turned into. If someone from the management team even reads these reviews maybe send the manager with the long black and red braided hair to training to learn how to speak to guests because after she was done at our table the table across from us complained about the length of time they had been sitting there, worse that table had kids that probably needed to get home to goto bed. The wings we're OK nothing like what we Get at Mentor location. Asked for carrots and got celery sticks. Gave the waitress my phone number when I first put the order in so that she could take care of the deduction of the snack pack. Of course our bill came back without the deduction. Waited and waited and waited and finally just took the bill up to the bar and paid for the appetizer. As I ordered my salad I told the waitress I wanted no peppers or onions on it and she seemed extremely irritable about it. Then my brother ordered another salad and asked to switch the dressing and then the waitress said "I'm going to kill you guys", with no joy or sarcasm in her eyes. This led to a very uneasy and uncomfortable dining experience. We tried to get new waters as well about half way through our horrific treatment and she saw that all of our waters were completely empty. Three out of four of us said we needed water assuming she knew the table would need new ones but she left out our dear friend. Checked it out tonight. Nice inside as far as a tribute to Cleveland sports. Many high quality TV's as well. If you come here to just drink and watch sports you won't be disappointed. Food wise, I cannot say the same. My husband actually said it was the worst burger he has ever had and said hospital food is better...ouch! It looked like the kitchen had a stack of patties already made and just slapping them between buns as needed. I had a Mac and cheese dish with chicken, it was fine but I prob wouldn't order it again. So my experience here would've really gotten 1 star had I not been able to watch the Cavs Championship parade on Tv. They had it on every screen so that was nice. Everyone in the establishment had on Cavs gear. And after being at the parade for hours, we were seated immediately which was nice. The 1 star rating would be for the service. I couldn't stand our waitress. I think she was the worst I've ever had at any restaurant EVER! She really must not enjoy her job. She was very blah. She never cracked a smile. She did not greet us. She took forever to bring us anything. Got my to go order wrong, which I didn't see until I got home. On top of the service, My meal... To me was on the salty side. The worst dining experience I've ever had. I sat at the bar for 20 minutes before someone took my order for a drink. I ordered boneless wings and waited 45 minutes for them. I ordered a few more right before I left. 45 minutes later I left without wings. I wrote on my receipt to have the manager call me, he owes me wings. After 3 days, I walk in and he gives me 12 wings instead of the 10 I ordered and assures me that he only gave me extra because it's more convenient for him. read more

Only reason I am even writing a review is because the manager in this place understand customer service about as well as I understand Manadrin Chinese. For the record, I don't speak Manadrin or any other Chinese. Went here with a large group of people and ordered several hundred dollars worth of food and drinks. Bill came out and I noticed a double charge for the shots we ordered. If you have ever had a shot with Rumchata you know they mix 1/2 oz Rumchata with 1/2 oz "other spirit" say Fireball. On every shot we ordered they charged us as if they were doubles. I talked to the server and he said they don't have a way to charge those shots in their system. So duh, charge me for one or the other but not both! So I talked to the manager and that's where it gets comical. This guy tried to tell me that the charges we correct and that's how they ring those in. $10 for a shot. I laughed at him. Uhhhhhh it's not $10 in Manhattan let alone Willoughby. Long story short he kept going back and forth and kept taking a couple of shots at a time off and we would go through the same tired debate again. Mind you our overall bill was over $500 & this guy was nickel and diming me on something they overcharged me on. Server was good, food was fine, drinks were fine, manager is an imbecile. If I had a dollar for every time he said "I will go out of business if I do that", I would be loaded, but wouldn't spend another penny in that BDubz. read more

Staff is friendly and food is delicious but service is SLOW. We were warned by a friend and didn't listen. It took 45 minutes to get our food after ordering and the dining room wasn't even 1/3 of the way full. Stay away from this place if you want to eat anytime soon i.e., within an hour and a half of your arrival. We stopped in for a beer and wings about 8pm on a weekday evening. There were only a few tables occupied with people finishing their dinners. Server showed up after 10 minutes and took our beer order. Our beers arrived 10 minutes later. Our orders were taken 10 minutes later. Then we waited and waited and waited. Our wings and fries showed up after almost 40 minutes later. The kitchen clearly was not busy since only 2 tables were seated after us and waited as long as we did for our food. We asked to see the manager about the delay and she spent her time trying to justify what could have caused the delay and when we asked why she only wanted to give us a $5 discount on a $50 plus order, she said we ate the food! She never once apologized for the delay. She left our table and adjusted our bill to $29 and dropped the bill on our table again without any words of apology. She was in a hurry to get to another table to adjust their bill. So if you have an entire evening to kill while waiting for an order of wings and fries, this is your place! If not try Quaker Steak and Lube! They know how to cook wings within a reasonable time! read more

Wow, what a disaster! Got there at 4:30 before the crowd and it took 45 minutes after our order was taken for the food to be served. Fries were served cold. Sandwiches were ok.. We sat then for over 40 minutes after we finished eating to get our tab. One of us had a veteran's discount and gave the coupon to the waiter. He then handed it to the manager who did not honor the discount on one of the meals. We were in there so long that we just left totally disgusted with the experience.. Poor management, Too many people with not enough help. It should not take 1 hour and 40 minutes to eat a sandwich, pay and leave. Our waiter was literally running to keep up but had no time to check back with our table. No excuse for management not scheduling enough help. Sure hope Buffalo Wild Wings does something to rectify this because normally and in the past until now, it's been decent in there but not any more. It's overpriced to boot for NOT honoring the discount they offer and the manager should know better than that! A day later the regional manager contacted me and offered an apology and said I should call. She also told me a gift certificate was in the mail. I'll start by saying food is good and bartenders are attentive. However, Buffalo Wild Wings advertises itself as a sports bar. I went in Sunday at noon to watch the Open Championship (golf), and found it was only on 2 of the 30 or so TVs in the entire place. The 2 large TVs in bar area were tuned to TBT Basketball tourney and the Reds game. There was no sound on any TVs, could only hear juke box music. I went to lunch with a co-worker today and this B dubs. YUCK! I had the grilled chicken wrap. The bread was stale and falling apart and the chicken was super dry. My co-worker had gotten the Buffalo Mac-N-Cheese which was dry noodles with breadcrumbs! She wasn't happy eating it. Her side salad was also wilted and so gross looking she couldn't eat it! I had gotten sweetened ice tea that was also not very good tasting. The service was also very slow! No one to greet you at the door, we had to fetch our own silverware, and no one to say "have a nice day" on our way out. Where is their customer service? A friend, named Thor, and I went to BDubbs for the wing night. One of our other friends is a server and we tried to get him before he got cut. Didn't make it in time however and got stuck with the waitress we did. I believe Jamie was her name and she was by far the worst server I've ever had in my life. Not only was her personality very dry, didn't seem to kind either. I'm not one to judge on how good or bad a day one has had but I know as someone who works in customer service you have to leave your attitude at the door. She failed from the start. Jamie then had a big party after Thor and i ordered. However when the party came in Jamie came to our table once maybe twice with in 45 minutes. Our friend who is a server and just got off was doing more for us than she was in regards to getting up refills and everything while off the clock. That and I were done with our wings in less than a hour but didn't end up leaving for an additional hour and a half after that. She had given the large party their checks before us which was another 30 minute wait. Thor and I could have been in and out in a hour but was neglected. Hopefully Jamie is the only server like that because IF I ever go there again and receive similar service I will never go there again. Jamie was lucky to receive the 31 cent tip I was reluctant enough to bestow upon her. If given Jamie ask for a new server for face the same fate Thor and I had. I went here yesterday for lunch and had the best service yet. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. She went out of her way to check on my sister and I during our lunch. Our appetizer was inexpensive yet served with huge portion sizes. The food came out in a timely manner. Both my sister and I enjoyed our meal, although my wrap was very salty. Stopped in for lunch. Good service and good food. Nicole was our server and kept drinks flowing. Never had to ask for a refill. The food was good, though slightly over priced. The decor of the restaurant was nice and featured wall decorations from local schools and city departments. I had the Mediterranean salad. It came with pita chips, chicken, blue cheese, olives, and other vegetables. The pita chips were great, as was the dressing. The menu said it came with hummus, although the there was no hummus. We also had boneless wings which were great. The other two people I was with also had salads and enjoyed them. We were able to stay and talk for over an hour and felt no pressure to rush.
