I hadn't been to a Paninis in years and was pleasantly surprised. The cheesy tots were the highlight of this meal! They were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly with just the right amount of crisp. My friend who ordered the sesame chicken salad said it was pretty good but might not order it again. The Cobb salad was very good. My husband loved his burger and said it was juicy. Aside from the food, the patio at the Willoughby location is fabulous! We loved the fans overhead that kept us nice and cool on such a hot day. We also liked that a portion of the patio is covered which obviously provides more shade. The server was friendly and attentive. Even if you don't eat here, I'd recommend grabbing drinks and sitting in the covered part of their patio! It's definitely an asset to this location. read more

Went here to grab drinks and some food a few weeks ago with a friend. I was not able to fully judge the quality of the food because my friend and I waited about 10 minutes for a drink on a Saturday afternoon when they weren't even busy and then my friend ordered a salad to start with. The salad took another 20 minutes, but by the time we had waited about 15 minutes we let our server know we just wanted to cash out and we're no longer interested in food. My friend suggested this place while I was visiting in Cleveland and said that they were known for their panini sandwich. I got the turkey and thought it was an average sandwich. The bread was just white bread and I thought it would be toasted but it wasn't. The sandwich was huge though. Very filling. You got to choose between different meats. The sandwich was around ~$11. Time and time again, I am always pleased with my Panini's experience - but especially at this location! My boyfriend and I popped in for lunch the other afternoon. We were seated in a matter of minutes on the patio and had a very friendly and attentive waitress. No matter what I order, I am always pleased but the buffalo crunch wrap that day was extra AMAZING. I highly recommend this location for a quick date night, for a group of friends, etc. If closer to the evening, a reservation or call ahead would be key if able! They get pretty busy. read more

My wife and I stopped by on super bowl Sunday for a pre game bite and drink. This is a sports bar that gets it. Lots of tvs (with actual sports on, not infomercials), large booths, multiple bars, and a wonderful patio. We sat at the bar, Megan was our bartender and she was great. Gave us enough attention without being bothersome. Great local and standard beer selection. After scanning the 2 page menu that had plenty of variety, we settled on buffalo parmesan wings, a black bean burger on garlic bread and a grilled cheese with bacon and tomato. Everything came out in a timely manner and was delicious. The buffalo parm wing sauce can go toe to toe with anywhere. Plus, they have a late night menu that goes until last call. Not sure if all the locations are this good, but the one in willoughby is top notch. Would highly recommend, especially for a sports lover or fantasy football draft. read more

Horrible service at paninis. Got worse each time the past 3 times we would 'give it another chance'. Waitress has an attitude/ come back to everything. Food doesn't come out right, everything cold, waitress too busy walking around chatting with coworkers. Have to wait for extra plates/silverware, dressings. Whether you are eating in or taking out, Panini's is the go to good food. The overstuffed sandwiches are fit for a king, but lately it seems like you are forced to order double meat for the extra money. I don't want to request, can you put about 9 less fries between the bread and two more slices of meat, but I just might have to. I can't wait for the warmer months to go and sit outside and enjoy a good cold drink. Next time I am going to throw it out there and see what it takes to just cover my table in the pub chips. These are probably my favorite thing on the menu. Yes, I order a side of chips with a side of chips. Don't forget the side of ranch to either dump or dip. I am a dipper. Does that make you a dumper? Either way it works and it's tasteful. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because of the service sometimes isn't up to par. They offered to take his wings off his bill. I had to sit there for additional time while he finished up and they offered me NOTHING for my wait. Now, had they not took so long fixing his order, I wouldn't have been so upset, but the fact they seemed to think my time wasn't of value -- no. I was so upset, I didn't really feel in the mood to discuss this with management. I just needed to leave. The cheese sticks were cold. The wings weren't as described and you can just look for yourself how the tacos came out. It was all mediocre at best. Will not be back to this location! We went here after a viewing at the funeral home next door and I thought this might be a interesting place to eat and it wasn't that I ordered a BLT on toasted 9 grain an it was okay the bacon was a little overdone and the lettuce was crispy the tomato was fresh but very little mayo on the sandwich...I also got a side of macaroni which there was hardly any noodles in it...it was more like cheese sauce with a couple of noodles of lucky...it also looked as if it was put in a microwave but I might have been put through a salamander but it was not an impressive side for the price my girlfriend got the chicken club and it was gristlely and she thinks it might not have been completely cooked but it was not good...my parents got their version of a Big Mac which looked kinda sad....hardly a meat patty and not a lot of toppings....overall I was not happy with the food read more

Had to ask for silverware. 3. Had to ask for water. 4. When the food came we asked for napkins, she said, " I am!" then to prove a point put down a big stack of them without saying a word. 5. This restaurant is a local chain. There are many throughout northeast Ohio and they offer takeout. This location is a well maintained. They have a great summer patio with fresh local plants and flowers. The stone fireplace and patio surface add to the clean and cozy appeal. The windows are tinted in the front of the restaurant so you don't get distracted by car headlights or other road distractions. There are many televisions located throughout the dinning room so you never have to miss the game. The food is what you would expect from a sports bar. You can find all of your regular staples here. Since I dine here often, I would say the food "good". It leaves you satisfied but nothing more. The only negative thing I can find is the wait. Sometimes the place is crowded and it takes an eternity to get your food. The kitchen is very small and if the dinning room is full, it will be a long evening. I don't understand why the kitchen can never keep up with a full dining room. The same can be said about the servers. There never seems to be enough of them. Sometimes it appears that one server has the entire dining room. Just don't go here on warm spring/summer days or around holidays and you'll avoid the crowds and the slow downs. read more

During the summer months its like having 3 bars in one. I prefer the patio or the back bar but have nothing against any bar stool, anywhere. A couple of the bartenders came from the Mick's regime so that's nice to see them again. I enjoy their pizza and wings of course.
