I was introduced to Buffalo Wing Factory 5 year ago when I started dating my boyfriend. Over these five years I have dined in and carried out. This place is my favorite place to get wings. I haven't had wings that taste better than here. I prefer to get my wings plain and then pour the sauce over them. The thing that makes this place great is the quality anf vast selection of sauces for the wings. My favorite sauce is Eastern Shore. Buffalo Wing Factory also has the best white cheese pizza I have ever consumed. It is far superior than Manhattan Pizza's. All that being said. My boyfriend who has ate Buffalo Wing Factory wings for the past 10 years has said that the quality of their wings have gone down. In the past their wings have been a good size. Now he said their wings are tiny! He prefers the size of the Buffalo Wild Wings down the road. He said if he could buy the sauce seperate and put them on his own wings he would. I love this place. Although I wish they would've kept the old Flatliner flavor on the menu. It had a great flavor. The new Flatliner is just paste and bitter. It's really just bitter heat made for competition and not daily eating. The old Flatliner version I could eat 40 of them. Loved those things. Best place for winds though. Great staff and offerings and great atmosphere for wings, sports and friends. Used to bet a Ranger buddy of mine to a shooting competition and after the win we'd go to Buffalo Wing Factory for the wrap-up. Call the family and bask in the win. ;) read more

This review is based 100% on the service and not the food. We stopped in for a few beers after a work meeting, and the staff were AWESOME. Totally made us feel like welcomed guests. Jared @ the bar ran is through the specials and local selections. Casey, the manager, checked on us to see how we were doing about 3/4 of the way through our evening. Great selection of beers, happy hour specials, and amazing service. The menu was promising, and I will definitely give it a try next time that I am in Ashburn. read more

Update / Upgrade: Buffalo Wing Factory is A-OK. They have an okay selection of beers on tap. Although they have too many IPAs and not enough other choices like scotch ale, they still have a couple of beers I like on draft. The wings are pretty good. I particularly like the garlic wings. I have ordered to go from this place on two separate occasions and both times my order was messed up. The first time the young lady had ZERO customer service skills and it took her 10 minutes to take a simple wing order. The food was great! The second time once arriving, they could not find the order that I called in. Then it took them 10 minutes for them to find my order which they accidentally closed out. And then they had some bonesless wings and some bone in wings! I ordered two different flavors, but got all of one of the flavors. I also ordered a grilled chicken buffalo sandwich. The chicken on the sandwich was terrible pieces of dark meat like they used chicken thighs. Moral of the story, eat at the restaurant! read more

Came in tonight late about 30 minutes before closing. We felt bad when we realized they weren't open later and was concerned that we wouldn't get great food or service. I am a wing connoisseur. This is the best place in the WORLD for wings. They use a better grade of wing stock than most places. Wings are crispy, never under cooked. Placed 3 carryout orders of wings, along with celery and dressing. While the order fulfilled was fast, when I got home and unpacked, the celery was gray in color, so possibly out of date, and dressing containers were cracked as if dropped, and leaking, giving me concerns about cleaniness. Seems quality concerns are not a top priority with the staff. Guessing they push off the off-quality celery that wouldn'd pass muster in the restaurant to the unsuspecting pickup customers who dont see their order until they get home. Alot of people have been telling me come here for wings and man was I happy I listened! Last night you guys were busy and I'll admit I was nervous because I know how good wings take a minute so crossed my fingers. I ordered the 10pc Sweet Firecracker with bleu cheese. SO GOOD! You have a manager there that was killing it with the hustle going on. She helped run the bar food and everything got to us piping hot and perfect. She was wearing a purple shirt. Pros - Classic "locals only" wing place. Great wings and great bar food. Good for families and they have a side room with a handful of video games that can accommodate team parties. Very casual atmosphere - we go here after lacrosse games or basketball games in our sweats and don't get any second looks. Lots of TV's with a wide range of mans sports. Poplar with high school kids. Cons - They dont serve liquor. Be prepared to smell like grease when you leave. Hard to eat healthy....but thats probably true of most good sports bars and wing joints read more

Buffalo Wing Factory has been our go to wings place and take out/curbside pick up has been a great option during COVID-19. The website order system has improved as well. We enjoy extra sauce on the traditional and boneless wings. Pizza is good as well. We tried the savory pretzel and dessert pretzel which were delish! B-wings is our go to place for wings, beer, or a quick bite. The wings are really good, the selection of beer is also pretty good. It can get very crowded on Friday nights after Broad Run and Stone Bridge football games or when there are big games for the local pro teams. Cons: - Service isn't the best. - Pricey foods. - Dimly lit interior. I'm usually here for happy hour, and there are some appetizers and drinks, each for a good $3 or so. I've tried their garlic roasted mushrooms, mini corn dogs, onion rings and salsa and dip. They give pretty okay portions. Especially for the chips and dip. Also tried their boneless wings, since there's a deal for them on Tuesdays I believe. My favorite is the honey BBQ one, but that's it. Service is horrible, the servers need better training...they go missing and never comes back with your requests and have to ask again. Takes a long time for the food to come out and the wings are over cooked and dry. The sauces on their wings is not consistent, sometimes it soaking in sauce and sometimes you can barely see any sauce....needs some quality control. read more

So growing up in Ashburn, Bwings has been a place where myself, family and all our friends have been coming to eat for the last 10+ years. I can say that today's experience has been the worst I've ever had here. The service was extremely slow when there was probably a total of 6 other people in here when we were seated. The food came out at BEST room temperature. I ordered the wings which still tasted decent (only reason why I didn't rate it a one star). Also order some chicken tenders and they came out with an extremely nasty burnt odor. After talking to the manager and sending them back, they brought new ones with an even WORSE burnt odor. Pretty unreal. Also our drinks were super watered down. Also service was below average but I think the guy was new so that didn't help. I hope it was just an off day and a bad experience. read more

Worst experience ever at this location. Friend invited me to enjoy wing night and I was completely disappointed. Got our drinks in a good time but our food maybe a little to quick..... our wings were so cold and try like they've been just waiting on a basket for an hour waiting to get sauced up and sent out. The fries same thing. Cold and stale. Then when the tab came out we got charge for four 10 wing baskets..... when we got two 5 wing baskets. Manager came and tried to flip it on us like why didn't you complain and if we wanted to bring the other wings out, I think not. Never coming here ever again. They have ~20 beers on tap and ~20 different sauces to go with wings. Given its name I was expecting good wings. Our wings arrived in like 3 minutes after we ordered, and they were almost cold, and my tacky sauce (spicy bbq) was kinda just poured on top. They weren't very good. all i have to say is, dont order pizza here, its a WING place. if you want good pizza, go to manhattan or sal's. or take out next door at pizza hut. the chicken sandwiches are okay i guess, but i always order wings -- why? b-wing has got the best wings in nova. go to glory days, or the steakhouse order wings then come here and order wings. b-wings are SO much better. where else can you choose from a million different flavors? they also have a lot of beer on tap. one of my favorite fast-foodish places to go. i love the extra hot, spicy crab, and FIRE & ICE. flatliner is probably the grossest thing there is. you must order curly fries and a water (which is always huge). one night, we went on wing night -- thursday -- it gets very crowded. we sat at a high top table, and didnt have to wait, which was really nice considering the wait was over an hour. that was a fun night because they bring 7 wings and you can try every kind. they usually have good waitstaff, sometimes it can be off but thats okay. take-out for football games is a must, just make sure you order early. great big-screens to watch games, although i dont think ive ever gone because i am at school during football season. read more

All I have to say about this place is that it's the home of the "flatliner" aka the sauce that you have to sign a waiver for. I've never been brave enough to eat a wing dipped in this sauce before but I have tried a little bit of the sauce and let me just say it burns and just sits in your throat until you can't stand it anymore. I am not a fan of wings in general (I don't like foods I can't eat with a fork and knife... I'm weird, I know) but my friends all seem to enjoy it. There's a huge selection of sauces and the appetizers are really great. There are also other options like sandwhiches for people like me who aren't cool enough to eat messy foods. They have a pretty good selection of beers. I'd say it's a great place to come to watch the game with some friends. Pretty decent place. I've come here for lunch multiple times. I love the different flavors of the wings, but the only thing I don't like is how they cook the wings. Sometimes the skin is too hard and tough. Not sure if it's because it is overcooked or something, but other than that good. There is no doubt that the food here is great as my friends and I come here very often. However, last time we went, we had a very disappointing experience with the check. The dessert was put on a separate check and since this isn't a big deal, we simply paid back the person that paid for it. This same person had written the tip on his original check for food but when the cashier picked up his receipt, she said (in front of everybody), "This isn't a very big tip, you should try again." Please keep in mind, this wasn't even our waitress, but just the cashier swiping our card. Additionally, it was very rude for them to call this person out in front of everyone. Each person in the party had also already tipped extra on their own checks to cover the tip for the dessert so he did not have to tip for us. We will think twice before coming again. At the end of the day, each person's situation is different and you cannot guilt someone into increasing his or her tip. read more

Glad we have this place a try. We ordered the spicy chicken nachos as an appetizer, and it was delicious. Plenty for two adults and two kids. Then we ordered the chicken tenders, buffalo chicken sliders, kids' chicken bites and cheese quesadilla. It took a little while for the food to come out but it was well worth it. The chicken tenders are fried in a batter that was awesome. Couldn't eat all five tenders so took two home. Bring the kids, the place is spacious and has plenty of TVs to keep everyone entertained while waiting for the food. Staff was friendly and attentive. read more

I've never been one to actually write a review...I usually just read others....but I had such a good experience at this specific buffalo wing location I felt the need to write one. Food was DELICIOUS, as always, and our server was phenomenal. His name was Amar (not sure if that is the correct spelling). He was very patient and helped my wife and I choose a new wing sauce to try (his recommendations were on point). The restaurant was very busy and it took some time to get our food but we know that happens at places...he did a great job making sure we had everything we needed while we waited for our food. We even saw him helping out other servers. It's nice to be able to having a good dining experience beyond the food. My fiance and I love this place. The staff is always friendly even for college looking kids. Very attentive and they always get the order right even with multiple changes/additions. We always get our usual double basket of chicken fingers with a side of buffalo hot sauce and ranch. The chicken always comes out crispy on the outside and hot and juicy on the inside. We also love the loaded french fries which is one of the best I've ever had. The cheese is plentiful and well gooey and melty. Try dipping the cheese fries in the buffalo hot sauce... to die for! The hard cider I get always comes out in a cold glass and tastes great and refreshing with the meal. A definite favorite go to place for us! read more

There really isn't a lot to say about a wing place other than to talk about the quality of the wings. This is "The Place" in Ashburn for great wings. They are crispy but not battered, with a good variety of sauces. I have tried most everything on the menu, and would recommend that you stick to the wings. After all, it is a wing place.
