(fried sugar doughnuts tasted like bad oil) Some items had no flavor. Definitely the BEST Chinese food in central ark/ Little Rock area. They always have a fresh bar if not right then in a matter of minutes.. There was a fried fly in my sweet and sour chicken. Literally a fly was in my batter and then fried. Extremely lucky I bit exactly where I did and didn't eat the fly. Extremely disturbing and gross. What other behind the scenes practices happen when an insect gets cooked into food and doesn't get seen. Health department please inspect these people and other patrons do not eat here. The restaurant also smelled really bad. The booth in which we were seated smelled like urine. Everyone in my family has been a big fan of Buffet City for several years. We go there often and love all the dishes they serve. The food is always hot and fresh, and the service is excellent. I'm a big fan of their frog legs, General Tsao's chicken, pepper shrimp and baby clams on the half shell. The food is always filling, and the price is right too.
