This is the 2nd Sunday I have visited Panda Express with the same problem. The first Sunday was a few weeks ago. I feel like there is an issue that needs to be addressed. I drive 30 minutes to get Beijing Beef and they were sold out. Other menu items were also limited. The food is okay. I have visited a few Panda Express before and this one is missing something! It is missing the need to have more protein, seasoning and less Vegetables. Why are we not putting some seasoning in the food ? And why is it there are more onions, green peppers in the bowls of noodles? I've been to this location a few times since it's opened. My experiences here thus far have been 5 stars. Tonight, however, I got a plate with orange chicken (which is the main reason I eat at Panda Express) and it was harder than a rock. Love it, even though they mess up my order sometimes I love it. When me and my dad come back from baseball games and football games it is the very first thing we eat. Now they do have flaws, me and my friends once went to panda and when we got home we learned we had gotten food poisoning, so I do recommend but it isn't always the best choice for a lunch or dinner. read more

So this was my first experience at Panda Express. I was excited to try it. It's getting 2 stars cause my egg roll was good. The noodles were so dry I could not wrap them around my fork and had no flavor ... my first thought was these were sitting under a heat lamp. The beef as you can see below looks nothing even remotely like the picture they put on display. The chicken and the beef both tasted like it had been reheated from yesterday. It looked like it too. I am beyond upset!! The only thing that kept me coming was the food was good and I would just deal with the horrible customer service... I came tonight to get a plate; chow mein, Beijing Beef and Orange Chicken. I was supposed to get a sprite but I got freaking water. We were in town today so we decided to try something new. Honestly we were kinda skeptical about the whole fast food Chinese thing. But it was better than any hibachi I have ever eaten. They get you in and out very quick. And the little girl working the window, bless her heart, she forgot to add one of our drinks on our order, so I was just gonna pay for another. I sat in the drive thru with only 5 cars in front of me for 15 minutes before I got to the window. Then they asked me to drive around to wait for my super greens that I ordered. I'd been sitting in the handicap spot they asked me to park in for 8 minutes when they brought me my food. Their food is good and the staff is kind. I really like the teriyaki chicken and the orange chicken with super greens. But I feel like they're either understaffed or just lazy. I LOVE PANDA EXPRESS. Anytime we're in town, that's what we get. It completes me. Lol however, the service is terrible. For one it takes forever. And two, the other day I got it and I asked for the largest Dr.Pepper they had and they gave me a water cup full. Which is very very small. But, the food is absolutely amazing. I'm not sure if some the works didn't know what they were doing but very poor customer service, I tried to call in my order I was told they don't take to go orders over the phone and I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes once I ordered they told me they were out of fried rice that it would be about 5-10 more minutes which I didn't have time to wait because I was on my lunch break and I ordered teriyaki chicken I asked for the teriyaki sauce that comes with it because the last couple times they have forgotten it they told me they couldn't give that to me through the drive thru but they could give me the packets which is the same exact thing. read more

Never had issues at any other Panda across the country from East Coast to West. Avoid the one in Benton, AR, open several months and the service is still poor. Never once have they provided the teriyaki sauce, or any that should come with items. Forget fortune cookies or chop sticks. Be prepared to substitute one of their major entrees or even rice.
