I've eaten here several times before but this might be the worst experience I've ever had here. Not many choices, and the food just tasted off. I thought maybe I just made bad choices on my first plate so I pushed aside my first attempt and tried again.. The green beans were woody and greasy, honey chicken tasted like chemicals. My fiance went to the bathroom and "lost her cookies" after eating the broccoli casserole which pretty much ended the meal for the both of us.. we'll just say we've learned our lesson and will not be back. read more

II had heard good things about this place, but sadly, they were not true. The food is unbelievably low-grade. I tried almost everything, and it was all cold to barely warm, poor quality, cheap "food" to start with, and then it was not prepared well. I have never eaten somewhere before where I spit out more of the food into a napkin than I ate. A lot of the food tasted like they threw it from the freezer right into a fryer. The sesame chicken (usually my favorite) was 10% "chicken" (I hope) and 90% filler? dough? Fiberfill from a pillow? I am not sure what it was. The pieces looked huge, but had almost nothing in them. Chicken on a stick was almost jerky, it was so dried out and hard. "Beef"dishes were so tough and chewy, you couldn't swallow them. Rice was so dried out soy sauce could not save it.. Fish had poor consistency and funny taste. I checked out the "Hibachi grill" area and it was slim pickins there too. The meat was razor thin, looked like it was partially frozen still and had a LOT of fat in it. You could not have paid me to try the sushi by this point. But whoa boy - you can get hot dogs in batter! Ancient Chinese secret, huh? The ice cream was a weird combination of soft serve and whipped cream I had never seen before. The only things I could stomach at all were the hot & sour soup and the "Bourbon Chicken" which wasn't great (I sure didn't taste where the "Bourbon" part was)- it was just thigh pieces with a lot of fat on them - but it did have an OK grilled flavor. Unfortunately, everyone else must have thought so too, because they were out of it most of the time. The funniest thing I saw there was this guy loading up his plate with lime jello. My personal buffet philosophy is to get stuff I normally can't make at home for 50 cents, but that's just me. After eating this stuff, I began to see where he was coming from. Then there was this one woman who had loaded up one plate with a ton of "hot" food, then went to the salad bar for her 2nd plate before she sat down! So the barely warm food would have been colder than her salad by the time she got to it. Made no sense. I think she thought she was only allowed one trip. I expected my fortune to say "Seek medical assistance soon". In any case, please learn from my mistake and avoid this disaster. read more

Not good at all. Do not waste you or your children's time. Sushi was meh. Tempura cold. The peel and eat shrimp is not kept on ice and therfore the shrimp has a weird consistency. My son tried the jello.. spit it out. Same with the pizza. He ended up not eating a bite. I kept thinking "I'll get _____. It's hard to mess that up." Boy, was I wrong. Lo mein. Banana pudding. Food variety is average, but the taste of the food are below average. Service here is also below average. Drinks are fine, but hot tea taste more like just hot water. Dessert isn't much either and ice cream doesn't have much of a taste but the texture was smooth and perfect. I had just gotten off of work and I was starving to eat some Chinese food. So me and my girlfriend went into buffet palace to eat a buffet that includes sushi as well. Well the sushi was rock hard and made us sick to our stomachs, when we told the waitress that it was awful and hinting that a new batch be made, she said sorry and walked off. Rude staff and the chicken was so dry and made me want to vomit, the ice cream even made me want to die to be completely honest. I want this place to shut down, they don't deserve business. My family and I went to this restaurant about one and a half hours before close. At first glance, it wasn't bad. The server was polite and very responsive, but the food was lackluster at best. Most of the food was extremely bland, and the seafood did not seem safe to eat; we overheard another customer stating that the crawfish was not safe to eat, and we had some shrimp which had not been cleaned thoroughly at all (still had shrimp feces in it) so we did not eat it. Much of the food must have been sitting there for awhile as it tasted dry and generally overcooked. We definitely will not be returning to this restaurant and I would not recommend it to anyone. read more

For Tulsa, this is as good as a buffet is going to get. The atmosphere is lovely, and the servers were on the ball and quite friendly. I've hit up many buffets here in Tulsa, and while each has had its endearing qualities, this buffet was outstanding amongst them. Don't go there thinking this is a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, but it is actually very impressive for Tulsa. Mother's day special - 2ppl for 30$ . Too expensive for a buffet for my taste but I was craving fried rice and it was close to work. The fried rice was basically cheap minute rice. . . Many dishes with shrimp were soggy and the shrimp was very watery and smushy. Every bar was very messy and food was flooding out into other dishes . The employees weren't very friendly and they just stood around talking with each other right in front of food that people wanted .. The Mongolian grill they had seemed okay but the chicken and meat were just sitting there on the bar without anything to cover it. It looked really watery but I decided to still go for it. I really was craving fried rice so I put together rice, 2 eggs, chicken and shrimp with soy sauce and garlic sauce .. the man grilled it. I took it to my table and ate some and the chicken tasted very old. Like it was starting to go bad. I kept eating everything else but the chicken and shrimp. I then threw up in the restroom because my stomach could not handle it. They gave me back 10$ . . . Asian buffet with basic sushi, hibachi, and standard fare. Diverse clientele eating peacefully together. Filling a need for this section of town. Funniest part is the sign that says "Children 10 and under should be accompanied by an adult at all times" while a little boy was scooping jello into a plate. Just makes ya chuckle. read more

For a buffet, my family and I were quite impressed. We only had 45 minutes to eat, but we were able to get seated, get our food, and get it eaten in the amount of time we had with two small kids. The place was clean from what we could tell, women's bathroom was clean as well. We didn't go to the men's, so I can't comment on that. The waiters brought us drinks without us having to flag them down and the food was above average for a buffet. They also have a wide assortment of sushi compared to most buffet restaurants. We didn't order anything on the menu though. The only down side is I didn't see an ice cream machine. They did have a freezer with individual cups, but they were out. That was grease on the go. Horrible fried, non fried grease dipped rice, and no flavor even in the flavored jello. You screwed up jello, come on!!! It was all just that bad. Good Chinese food. Better than other buffets we've tried in the Tulsa area. Loved the bourbon chicken, rice and noodles. Also loved the hibachi shrimp and veggies. I used to go here every day for lunch. I would get the buffet to go. They give you a styrofoam box and weigh it when you pay. I got the same thing for weeks, Black Pepper Chicken and Cheese Wontons. The last couple times I went the lady at check out charged me sushi price for the cheese wontons. She said that they are Crab Rangoons and her boss said to charge sushi price! Reg is $4.85 per lb, Sushi is $9.00! The sign above the wantons says "Cheese Wonton". Nowhere does is say you pay sushi price for them! So instead of my usual $7.00 lunch she tried to charge.me.$13.00! It's only her though. If a different person is checking you out it's $7.00. I havent been back since. read more

I went to the Buffet Palace on Memorial Day with my son and his friends. After we finished eating I went up front to pay with my debit card. For some reason my card kept declining. I asked the lady can she try my card again and she said no. I then asked is there a BofA in the mall and she said no so nasty, so I checked the BofA app on my phone because I know I have money in my account, I just paid for my son and his friends at the movie theater. I then told this lady I have to go to the BofA across the parking lot, she had the nerve to tell me no. I told her if you want to get paid that's the only way it's going to happen is if I go to the ATM to take the money out. She had the nerve to tell me I had to leave my iPhone with her. I told her I wasn't going to nothing with her. My son and his friends said they'll stay there until I came back so this woman don't think I'm trying to stiff her. So I go across the parking lot to the ATM I take the money out and then I come back, she had the nerve to ask me do you have money? and I said to her what the hell does that mean? of course I have money, I don't eat at places and stiff people for the money. Then she had the nerve to ask me after she swiped my card if I wanted to leave a tip? I told her absolutely not, I do not want to leave a tip. My husband and I were in the area of 41st & Yale on a Saturday around noon and in the mood for a Chinese buffet, so we looked on Yelp. This place was close, had fairly recently reviews and seemed like the most promising. Upon arrival I was a bit annoyed with their system. You have to get in line and pay first and then wait to be seated. This was a very slow process. After we were seated and made our first trips to the buffet, we still did not have our drinks. About halfway through our first plates, the waitress finally served us and apologized for ignoring us. They have a pretty good variety of food and it was pretty fresh. They had a good selection of sushi and also have a hibachi. Although I didn't have enough room to try either of these, they both looked appetizing. The building looked like it used to be a buffet restaurant like Golden Corral and was dark and a bit dreary. My mother and I dined there on 10/31/17. Entering, there was a definite mildew odor in the door. Should have left at that time. Made selections off of the hot food bar. ALL the hot food was less than lukewarm. Fried okra was so hard that you could not pierce it with a fork. Fried and battered meats were hard and difficult to chew. Again, there was NOTHING hot. The sushi was dry; specifically rice was very dry. My soft drink was definitely the highlight of my meal. Way over priced for what they provide. Spoke to manager: That was a waste of time. There was no offer to comp food or apology. The service was almost none.
