After receiving an appointment reminder, I confirmed and requested that the technician bring shoe covers for the indoor service. My message was ignored for hours. When I followed up multiple times, the owner finally replied but offered nothing but excuses when I pointed out the lack of communication. This is a recurring issue. The exact same thing happened last month: my messages were ignored, and the technician showed up without shoe covers. When I presented screenshot proof of this pattern, the owner continued to make excuses instead of taking accountability. I immediately canceled my appointment. I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs.
