This is the second time we've used Bugco and will definitely continue to use them for our pest control needs. Corey came out both times and was courteous, professional, and efficient. We had just the usual minor bug problems - ants in the yard and the occasional roach and small spider coming to visit - but since we've had Bugco come that has diminished considerably. The only issue we saw were a couple silverfish in the bathroom area when the spray wore off. And they are very reasonably priced! Although there was a snafu with scheduling for my initial appointment, they were very flexible and highly motivated to make things right - yay for well-managed businesses! I had them treat my house prior to moving in so it was easier for them to get around the inside and the garage.Tech showed up right on time and explained what he would be doing and asked if I had seen any bug activity thus far. I told him what I had seen inside and out and then he went to work. If he came upon an area that he thought could cause problems, he made sure to bring me to the area and explain what was wrong with the existing setup and what I could do to fix it.Tech was in and out quickly and signed me up for quarterly service on the spot.The $10 fo $20 Yelp deal definitely doesn't hurt. We have been using BugCo regularly (for general pest prevention service) since we moved into our townhouse in Montrose 2.5 years ago. Truthfully, I believe we have only had an annual service each year (this was the third time) - which is a testament to their work as we do not need them to keep coming back more regularly than that! This time I had some specific concerns as I had seen a tick fall off my dog - Justin came and answered all of my questions (even though I felt like a crazy person afraid of insects!). He was friendly, and professional, just as everyone from BugCo always has been both on the phone and during their treatments. I truly appreciate that they were able to squeeze me in 2 days after I called - also, BugCo came at the very beginning of the window they had provided me which I much appreciated. I also appreciated that it was a 2 hour window instead of 4! Justin explained everything that he was doing to me and the reason for all of it (the way he inspected, the chemicals he was using, etc.). We use Bugco on 3 homes in Harris County. Today Rachel did a fantastic job at my father in laws house in Meyerland and Chris was great yesterday at our home. Our experience in the last year is that they are extremely professional. They call in advance to schedule quarterly and they call when they are on the way, so your time is respected. And they talk to you to see what issues may have popped up and recommend preventative measures. They are quick and thorough. This company has been great to me since moving to Houston. I wanted one company to complete all of my services and needed services for a 100 year old pier and beam home. Every technician that has come to the house has been on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have termite, flea and routine pest control with the company. Dry termites and fleas were a complete surprise, but they were handled! I rely for the team for advice and Danny goes out of his way to provide me education and piece of mind that the situation is handled. Customer Service: I have dealt with Bucgo on numerous occasions, both with the owner, operator, and technicians. Every time they have shown courtesy in dealing with me and listened to my problem and provided a solution. Product: When I first discovered my German roach problem, I attempted to solve it myself with treatments from the hardware store as well as to ensure that my residence was cleaned daily (sweep, mop, and wipe down). After this did not work, I pursued online offerings that promised to be stronger than local hardware store. After both of these measures did not work, I paid two other companies to come out and treat and they failed. Then, I pursued Bucgo and they fixed the problem. Technicians: I have had Joe and Corey and both were very nice, friendly and took due care to not overspray to areas that did not require treatment and were careful around my belongings. He would come to the office unannounced expecting to get immediate attention. These guys are great! They were helpful and courteous on the phone. Chris came to the house at the stated time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He spent an hour knocking down wasp nests and spraying the wasps. He also found some spaces in the mortar that need repair and painted them out, as well as giving some general advice. My sister referred Bugco to me and I'm so happy she did! I called them on Friday and they picked up immediately and worked with me to schedule me on Monday afternoon to come out to my new house to do pest control. They quoted a very reasonable price (make sure to use yelp coupon!) and there were no hidden fees. My appointment was at 2:30 but Robie came out at 1:15, which I didn't mind since it's better to be early than late. He explained the service and what he was going to do.
