I specifically communicated that there were ants on my walkway in the front of my house prior to the last visit. I wasn't home to see where/if they sprayed anything. The ants were still there about a week later but I just thought it would take time for them to die. Well a month later and there are ants and spiders everywhere. Not sure if they changed the chemicals they used or if the last tech just didn't spray anything but super disappointed to have to get a new company.

I admit I was excited about using lawn doctor for our lawn based on the reviews. I prepaid for a…read morefull year of fertilization as well as soil samples, sulphuric treatments and fungicide treatments. The lawn looked great in the spring but started to suffer from the prolonged hot summer dry period. The lawn developed multiple dead patches and fungus. I did have fungicide treatments done in the Spring, but these didn't fully stop the dead patches. Lawn Doctor promptly came to my house to inspect the condition of the lawn and said that the lawn needed an aeration and overseeding service to fix the dead patches. Given the investment I had already made in fungicide treatments, they are doing both services at no additional cost. I do appreciate them being responsive and making this right with me and I am not sure many other lawn service companies would necessarily do that.
