Wonderful and kind man named Ray came out early to do the assessment broke everything down for me; no pressure and said if I was interested to call the office. I called the office told them I was interested in the treatment and gave 20% deposit to schedule a date. On the day of the actual treatment for termites had two wonderful young men come out to our home, explained everything and we're extremely professional and even covered some of our items in the attic to protect them. They got everything done in a matter of 1-2 hours and off they went. A few weeks later, I spotted some termite droppings. Gave them a call and someone came back out and treated it. No attitude, no fuss and very polite and professional. They said if we have any problems, we have a three-year warranty. Thank you. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I did the inevitable tedious job of checking reviews, making calls and answering the same questions over and over. I was dreading the cost and the inconvenience of how long I thought the tenting process would take...so I thought. When I called Speedy's Termite Control, I spoke with Robert. Immediately, I was put at ease. His passion for his work and his business was beyond evident. After receiving some preliminary information about my concern and the size of my houses (front house had termites and back house for precaution), he explained the tenting process from start to finish - he personally would make a visit to verify the termites and assess the damage, explained the gases that would be used and how they worked, his warranty, the length of time I would need to be out of the house, the process involving the gas company, and requirements for pre and post tenting which included how to protect my food. I was even privileged to hear why Robert established his termite business. Makes sense to me! You're hired. I wish I personally knew more people that need termite tenting service. Calvin texted to let us know he was on the way, show up right in the window they promised, and was kind, informative, and efficient. We have little dogs and I was concerned about them but Calvin gave clear instructions on how long to wait for the spray to dry outside. Hopefully we don't see any more ants but if we do, we have 10 days to let them know and they'll come back out to troubleshoot.

He was charged $2800 for a full fumigation. We then got the referral from him to use this company and they came and measured our house and told us $3800. I called and asked why it's 33% more $ just 7 months later and they said "he has been a long standing customer" huh? You scam new customers and only give good deals to repeat customers? I think he has used them maybe 2 or 3 times total, ever. Additionally they used the "costs go up every year" which is of course true, but they don't go up 33%. I actually have gotten several quotes because I know how scammy these types of companies can be and this company was THE HIGHEST by far. Avoid at all costs, just call a few other companies someone will charge 15-20% less than this company does with ease. I have already gotten quotes for 3k, 2900. We will be using the 2900 company.

After hearing my fright, he explained the nature of the bug/M.O. Alonso went to the curb lifted the concrete cover sprayed the main water supply. After further questioning Alonso, sprayed all areas where their maybe moisture. Put on clean shoe covers, entered the home and did the same thing. Alonso comes every other month. Some years the bugs returned other years they did not, so we focused on spider webs and termites. The outcome for ARA A. likely an anomaly. After all these years Alonso is what makes the plan work. I'm embarrassed to ask my neighbors to write a review because it took me so long to share my experiences.

After calling a few pros, we decided to go with Pal Pro pest control because of their honesty and professionalism during inspection. As an engineer, I am very keen to know technical details and the inspector was able to respond to my questions with confidence and a deep understanding of the problems. The treatment that we got at the time involved injection of termite stuff (likely termidor) around perimeter of home into the soil. This involved some drilling and injecting in areas near the perimeter of the foundation. About 1 year after treatment we saw some new subterranean termite activity. We called pal pest pro and they came out under warranty and reassessed the situation. We did some spot treatment but had some discussions about how we thought the problem may be deeper than anticipated. We decided to remove some of our LVP to investigate and we discovered some massive termite activity in our original hardwood flooring that was below the vinyl planks. We decided to remove all of our hardwood flooring and get the areas treated. It was a painful process but our termite team really helped make the treatment part easier. It's been a few months and we haven't seen any new activity. Only time will tell but I feel like we got to the root of the problem! I would recommend this company to my family and friends. They care about solving the problems and will honor their warranty in the event of any future issues. The treatment of subterranean termites is part technical approach, part dark arts and I feel like these guys got it all!

Unfortunately, no one showed up and when I called the next day, the receptionist just simply told me that she moved the day to 7/29 without my consent. On top of that, she didn't apologize at all. I don't feel valued by them and when I canceled their service, they didn't even try to save the customers. Very disappointed.
