Best price for rat trapping and proofing service in town! Their customer service is great. Their traps didn't catch anything but in the month since they started I haven't heard anything in my attic. They did have to cancel their follow up appointment and dropped their tar proofing material on my bedroom floor and backyard. I cleaned it because I wasn't going to wait for our next follow up appointment in a week to have them clean it ,Is the only knock , but everything else offset those mistakes. Would not recommend. Shady business. If I could , I'd give zero stars . Invitation homes sent Luis out in October (the 28th i believe) , he set traps , took pictures of the property and collected the traps i had already set and caught mice on. A week later , he came back and had not caught anything on the traps he set . He did however close off spaces that he believed mice were coming in from. I was told to put my dogs on an eating schedule so their food doesn't sit out because it can attract mice and to keep our doors closed because the door doesn't meet the door frame and leaves small cracks , in which mice can come in through . I was also told the gate to get under the house was left open , another area mice can get in and also an area WE DO NOT ACCESS. Luis also pulled , what looks like some kind of trailer hitch , from against the house , which exposed the framing of the house. I've been in this house for 4 years and never had an issue with mice . I didn't start having this issue until invitation homes did work in our bathroom , in which a technician left the gate to get under the house open. And I believe that's where the issue started . However , Luis told them it was our fault, because of the brush/grass/weeds around the house and leaving dog food out . Everything Luis did, either I had already done it (setting sticky traps) or I could have done it. A couple sticky traps with peanut butter and some caulking was $375. And I still caught one more mouse after his final visit . read more

Edgar is AWSEOME! I had a really bad bed bug infestation, he came down the day I called and took a look at everything. I could tell that he was knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He was able to treat my apartment right away, and answered all of my texts, which I had a LOT of! He was patient and answered all of them in a timely manner. Let me start by saying I hate bugs & critters tremendously. In the summer months my home finds itself in the middle of a colony of ants, water bugs from the outside near by abandoned houses,and rats from the neighbors fruits trees. (Yeah, it's NOT fun) Edgar is exceptionally professional and extremely detailed on all aspects of his work. Not only does he get rid of your creepy crawler problems, but he is extremely knowledgeable, and advises on the how to keep them away, or avoiding these situations. All his products are pet and eco friendly. He is very thorough when getting down to the root of where the ants/ water bugs are coming from, as well as the ability to "take out" the rodent problems by setting out well baited traps, and not to mention Edgar and ace pest control are reasonably priced! He assessed the situation and took care of it promptly. The job required two days of work. He came back the second day again on time and took care of everything. I had an intense beehive situation that got out of control and needed immediate taking care of since I did become severoy allergic. I reached out Sunday early afternoon, they were out here early morning the next day. I was told the bees wouldn't 100% be gone that day since they tend to linger around looking for their queen. Nope. 2 hours after the job was done, never saw a bee again. I can't even begin to explain how great full I am that this is who I chose to help me with such project. I am truly disappointed in the service. My property has been virtually bug free for 2 years so I decided to switch to this company as recommended by my property manager for occasional services. Within one month if switching to this company and having them service my home 3 times for common pests, I have seen more roaches, spiders, spiderwebs and other things that this company informed me they were experts at handling. Each time this company came out they left spiderwebs and I saw a roach inside the home within the first week after the first service after not one bug in 2 years. I've reached out to the owner & sent videos /pictures and it's been over 2 weeks with no response, no offer for lasting rectification, no offer for a refund and this company clearly does not offer any guarantees in service. I love supporting independent companies but I also need to receive what I pay for as a customer, so I realize not all independent companies =quality companies. I received a complaint from an Airbnb guest stating that they were bitten by bed bugs at our property.
