Anyways, if you look at my profile you can see that I when I rate & review, I rate & review. First off this is the only Cici's pizza in Augusta I believe. The location is alright, to be honest for what Cici's pizza is, this needs to be in Evans/Martinez area. All you can eat pizza is perfect for after school, post-game days & such. Don't get me wrong, this location gets PACKED. Second, the food. The pizza was actually pretty good! To me to seemed undercooked & even if it was, I needed to taste what the pizza actually tasted like. Nope. Not undercooked, I'd say it might be an oven issue as to why it may not have toasted it correctly from a visual perspective. Third, employees weren't so bad, honestly though if they added a "Walter White" of a pizza chef, the quality would be incredible, more demand, the lines will turn into First Watch's breakfast line & more jobs to handle quality & demand. read more

CiCi's is getting to be one of the worse. No noodles in the chicken soup and limited pizzas and desserts. We did ask for a specialty pizza which they brought out. They called it a personal pan pizza, even though my daughter didn't eat much of it. Of course Cici's would have thrown it away. They charged 3.00 for a box to call it a personal pan pizza. So I asked the manager on duty Kenley why we were being charged 3.00 for a box. She tried to explain it but couldn't, said they charged by the slice. I said I had paid for it when I came in to eat. Went there this past week for Pi Day (3/14) and not impressed. It was better than last year cause they actually don't charge for your water now (they don't have a water option on the fountain drinks so previously charged you for water bottles). The salad bar remained stocked well. HOWEVER, the pizzas were slow to come out and almost no variety. Saw the same 3 pizzas most of the time (cheese, pepperoni, and BBQ chicken) along with their flat cheese pizza. Long wait times for pizzas when requested. The did keep the dessert coming at a good pace (cinnamon rolls, brownies, and Bavarian/Apple Streusel Pizza). Overall good cleanliness: tables, drink station, restrooms, and arcade all clean or cleaned as spills were created. read more

Very clean restaurant. Deep dish cheese pizza had only a sprinkle of cheese on it. The sauce was good. It's could have been a 5 star pizza.

The entire store was dirty as heck and they were using paper plates, instead of actual plates, to give us to serve ourselves, as well as there was little to zero choices, and the desserts were very slow as well as the cheese bread, and all the other pizzas that were on the layout were very old. I had to actually ask for the pizzas that are expected to be there like the buffalo chicken pizza and they didn't have the stuffed crust pizza like they said they would on the website. Very misleading ads on their website and they need to learn how to keep the food fresh because it was very old. I will literally never return again and I love Cicis, but the Cicis I used to go to in Texas was amazing and this one was extremely disappointing read more

I ate at this location last evening and the pizza was absolutely horrible. The crust on the pizza was not cooked thoroughly and it had no flavor . There was almost no sauce on any of the pizzas except the barbeque flavor which obviously had barbeque sauce on it. There were minimal toppings and they were bland . I ordered a specialty pizza which was served to someone else. The manager apologized and eventually I got what I ordered . This was cheesy but still bland . The salad appeared to be fresh but the salad bar was dismantled and cleaned just after 7PM . Everything tasted the same and overall it was very tasteless and a waste of money . I am not sure when CiCis went downhill but it certainly is not what it use to be many years ago. read more

First time at this new location. It will be the last. Pizza was dry and tasted like decorated cardboard. Same pizzas were coming out of the kitchen, nothing special. Hard to reach salad bar toppings on the back row. Dressings seemed to be watered down. VERY poor set up... tables are extremely close together, like you are sitting on top of one another. The drink station was pure chaos, you would think they would have an additional station on the other side of the restaurant. Extremely loud also, nothing to absorb the sound. Disappointing all the way around. Props to Cantrell for trying to keep the dining area clean by himself and filling the drink station. I definitely would not recommend. My wife and I went there today July 18th 2020 at around 1:30 and were very disappointed. We went inside and my wife decided on a salad which had to be served by the young girl. The lettuce was wilted and the rest of the salad was in large pieces and the cheap plastic knife broke trying to cut up the vegetables. I decided to get pizza which was not only tasteless but mostly crust and barely warm. Then we went to find a table, and they were all dirty. That's the problem with a sorry manager, and irresponsible teens that have other things on their minds but helping customers. I totally agree with some of these reviews. The set up was a disaster! There was not a good selection of pizza, they just couldn't keep up with the demand, very limited space to even hold a good selection of pizza. They were letting people in when there were no more tables available. I had my 4 person family and the family behind me couldn't use two of their chairs because the tables are so close together. We could hardly get around in this place!! The drink machine is terribly placed and hard to get to with so many people packed into one place. I usually don't do reviews but I felt I needed to say something so hopefully they will do something about the fiasco that is this cicis. I have never had this problem with the one off Columbia road, so I was very surprised that this one is so poorly put together. We will not be returning here unless improvements are made. read more

Visited the Cici's after much anticipation. I ordered 2 adult buffets and 2 waters. The employees were very nice but said their soda machine didn't have a water tab (weird?). I found this strange and unlike anything I've seen before. The food was good; Hot, fresh pizza. The only problem was there wasn't enough of it. At approx 8:30 pm the restaurant was half full and the pizza selection was also about 1/2 full of picked through pizzas. I asked for an Alfredo pizza to be put on the line, and the employee said they were out of Alfredo. Seems weird for the first and only day they were open. Later I went back and saw Alfredo pizza out..guess they weren't out of it. I would love to see the chocolate chip dessert pizza, hot desserts, and soft serve to go with it. Pizza was good. The variety was pretty decent. No buffalo pizza though at the time I was in there. But of course you can always ask them to make anything you want which is nice.
