On top of that, I owed $21 for an inspection fee that nobody warned me about! I asked how they came to the conclusion that it needed a carb kit, and the guy just said "process of elimination I guess". If the saw doesn't have a choke lever, it's obviously not going to start, so how the hell could they determine it needed a carb kit? I was then pressured into buying one of their used chainsaws in order to avoid the $21 inspection fee. These guys thought I didn't know anything about engines and they took advantage of me. I will not be back.

After delivery, I received a message that my credit card was on the way. After two customer service calls, the card was canceled. I try to support local businesses, but this is the third strike on customer service under current ownership. Sears homestores offered no matching or coordination with website purchasing. They bait-and-switch to get credit card applications. I have been treaty rudely more than once there. I will not be back.

The custom nature of these orders means there is a wait time, but we were in no rush and were very happy with the products we got. I will highlight that we specifically asked about low VOC finishes and were assured that's what they use. When our bed arrived, it had no smell. Our dresser does have a very strong smell and it does transfer onto clothes still, even though we aired out of room for a day after it arrived, wiped it down, and it's been 4 weeks now. White glove delivery was also included and both times (it was two separate orders, months apart) the delivery people were professional and were careful about placing items where we wanted, and not damaging anything while entering our home / navigating stairs and tight corners.

I purchased a shower conversion from Kohler/Pacific Bath in early 2023 replacing a 35 year old bath…read moretub. The installers arrived on time, had all of the equipment he needed and did the demo. Unfortunately, we found I had water damage due to years of leakage. This needed to be repaired and it stopped work. The repairs were done that weekend and they came out a couple of days later and did a good job getting the done quickly. This included sending out someone to retexture the walls and ceiling where they worked to ensure it was seamless. I haven't had any major problems at all but noticed after a year or so that some of the hand rails were getting loose. I called Pacific bath and they sent a person out quickly who tuned everything up. While there he noticed a small issue at the top of the shower that we had not seen. He reported it and Pacific Bath sent someone out today to replace the entire wall! They could have short cut the repair with caulking but no, the installer said they wanted to do it right. I am very impressed with their customer service and appreciate the extra steps they took to ensure I won't have future problems. I highly recommend them if you are considering a conversion.

They offered me a gift basket, which mostly consisted of crummy items from Kohler that they probably got for free from the company. If I could give a 1/2 credit, I would add it for their installers, who were great, but their management team was worthless. Once they had their money they didn't give a damn.

Their installers were so fast and so efficient. It only took two days to demolish and install the new cabinets and countertops. Their work was outstanding. Our kitchen is so beautiful!
