This is NOT a good place to buy anything that your life depends on... like lifts, jack stands, ramps and so on. Also not a good place to buy if you are looking for professional grade, precision items. I've been wrenching since I was a wiener so I know the value of tools that can be dual-purposed as pry-bars and sledge hammers. I have a fair number of crappy tools that have served me well for the purposes that I needed them to. I also have a fair number of tools that came from Snap-on, Craftsman and suppliers like those. A cheapo socket set? A set of drift pins? Yep, this is the place. A precision torque wrench that will get a lot of use? Maybe not so much. The employees at these places are usually low quality just like the merchandise. I don't mean this as a slam. You're going there to save money right? Not to have a great customer experience, get great advice and walk out with high quality tools at prices that are in the stratosphere. If the cashier even looks at you and acknowledges your presence you should feel lucky. Most of the time the employees are so totally indifferent to you that they will actually turn around and walk the other way if you look like you are going to ask them a question. I've been to this particular store many (MANY) times and this is one reliable constant here. They typically have on one cashier on duty and a line of many customers. And that one cashier has only one speed.... s-l-o-w! I'm going to guess that HF doesn't pay very well so attracting good employees probably isn't on the corporate radar. Not every project requires top-of-the-line tools to accomplish. I do a lot of repairs that only require a tool that works, not necessarily a tool that would work well in daily use. So in that regard, HF fulfills it's purpose and most of us don't have the disposable funds to be buying the best possible tool if it's only going to be used rarely. HF is popular with professional mechanics so perfectly serviceable equipment can be had here at low prices. You just need to know how to spot quality vs junk. Hence the 4 stars for fulfilling a needed service. If I was to grade the staff, it would be a solid one star and that would be generous.

I think if I'm paying for premium lumber, I expect premium lumber. I think their problem is with the mills they're working with. If the mills are send in them lumber with warps, twists, shakes, cracks, and so on and charging for all first quality, that is not my problem. At least put it aside and give a discount. They purchased their couple sets back 30+ years ago in San Francisco. That brand was really awesome. But to me, it was not easy to find. Today came and decided to walk in and I saw it right at the entrance. I was too excited!!! I had to call home about it. Mom was too excited. We ended up getting a set of 10 and very likely will be back to get more. I took a quick glance around and I realized that lots of things I have at home can all be found here. Corelle plates and Corning ware and yes Revere pots and pans. I was too excited when I walked out the store. Back when my parents got married and bought their kitchen stuff it all came from the store Corning ware but they just didn't realize it. This is not my first time in this outlet but first time walking in here. Now thinking about it, my mom loves buying corningware. I should have figured out. Spent 30 minutes driving down from Portland exclusively to pick up some replacement pieces. Arrived at 12:45pm on Sunday. The sign on the door listed their open hours which included 12:45pm Sunday. But no. Doors locked. Took a walk around and tried again at 1:15pm. Still not open. Tried calling. Rang no answer. Went home. Waste of gas. Wasted my time.

It took me a long time to explore each aisle and it was fun to see the variety of haircare, makeup, snacks, car-related things, fragrances, toys, plushies, kitchenware, snacks, sweets, and more! There was a lot of stuff but it didn't feel too crowded and the aisles were not too narrow. I can't wait to go back and explore! You can get points for every purchase and they do not have any birthday deals.

Knick knacks. This store has a lot of various items. From the back area selling makeup, face mask, and hand creams to laundry supplies. Quite fun to walk down each aisles and peruse. There were many staff members there to help you out and the cash registers were fully staffed. You might find items that are not available at other stores. And the prices are not too bad. This store is in a strip mall between many restaurants and an Asian Market store. You will find many things here for daily life. It's a great store to just check it out

We live in a cul de sac, and there were a couple of landscaper vehicles partially blocking his approach to our driveway. He managed to drive that huge truck right up to our house and off load his lift truck with ease. Then he maneuvered it into our front yard, between our basketball hoop and front light post like the professional that he is, placing the load exactly where we wanted it. He was courteous and helpful in his delivery instructions and in his checking the inventory against the load slip, advising what had been back ordered and what was missing. His ease and expertise in using that lift truck was impressive and appreciated. Please let him know that we were pleased with his delivery and his customer service to us. Kinda crazy that they couldn't do a fill at that point. Maybe they don't have that sort of equipment on site? Ended up finding an exchange at a nearby store that sold kegs. Would still like to do my exchanges here as they are cheaper but will definitely call first to see if they have any in stock.
