She mentioned that she treats her mom to bouquets from here every so often. Today, Thanksgiving 2025, is also one of my dearest girlfriend's birthday. She gives so much of herself, at work, at school, in every day life... She is also, unfortunately, under the weather on her staycation. So flowers have to be one of the things to lift her spirits, right? Enter Hanadai Florist. I saw that I could get ahold of them thru text message, and that made my weird introverted heart so happy! I honestly wasn't expecting much, being that it was Thanksgiving morning. I'd even messaged a more local florist on IG as a backup. I was *overjoyed* when Hiromi texted me back! It was all uphill from there! I was shown examples of bouquets, I was asked how much I wanted to spend, what color flowers I wanted, and if I wanted the flowers to be in a vase or not. And then the more formal questions were asked of who and where I wanted the flowers to be delivered to, and my info for billing purposes. I was able to complete my Thanksgiving cooking, all whilst conversing with Hiromi via text about my friend's bouquet. The finished bouquet was **GORGEOUS**!! Hiromi is a true artist, and I'm so, so appreciative of the whole experience! Customer service, flower selection, pricing, availability, delivery service, ease of billing via email, clear communication... HR ordered the premium sized Treasured & Beloved Bouquet. What was delivered looked nothing like what was online nor did it look like a premium sized arrangement. Huge lilies which weren't listed as flowers in the arrangement were used, lack of hydrangea, roses & greenery. When Walteria was called they said it was made to specifications which when order was placed, there were NO special instructions nor request made. Order was placed for arrangement as is online. Walteria sent driver back to pick up so they could fix. I was told driver was very rude to the women at the church front office when he returned to pick up the flowers. She is my favorite florist on La Venta Inn's preferred vendor list - but can also guarantee she is familiar with many other venues as well. She is professional, reasonably priced, and just a dream to work with! The florals are always stunning, healthy, lush, and of high-quality. They last the entire day and long after the wedding. She has gone above and beyond in the past to help solve last-minute problems because she understands the business and wedding industry (and customer service!) in a way that many vendors do not! The ability to work as a team with other vendors is a crucial part of being successful in this industry, along with going the extra mile for clients - and Casey does both! I can vouch that she is a knowledgeable florist (she's taught me things I didn't know before). She always works quickly and efficiently on wedding day and makes vendor setup an absolute breeze. She is always on time and goes in and out. I've never had to worry about a messy install, her getting in the way of other vendors, things not being presentable for guests, late arrival, or a delayed pickup time. I appreciate that her vases and containers are always included (and not rentals) so guests and hosts can easily take the florals home.
