At least they will put new wheel covers on for me. (Something a 6 year old could do.) Now they are telling they don't have the personnel to go get the tires or someone to deliver them to shop. While I understand friendly conversation is part of customer service, the amount of personal questioning felt excessive and invasive. I was also subjected to repeated sales pitches throughout the visit. In addition to being offered various store services, I was encouraged to consider a ceramic coating service for my vehicle that was apparently part of the employee's personal detailing business. I came in for a tire repair and felt like I spent more time being sold additional products and services than discussing the repair itself. The final checkout process was particularly frustrating. The tire certificates were initially presented in a way that made them sound like they were included with the service, only for the additional cost to be explained later. By that point, I was ready to pay and leave, but the sales discussion continued longer than necessary. Overall, the staff was courteous, and the repair was completed, but the combination of invasive personal questions and persistent upselling made what should have been a straightforward tire repair feel uncomfortable and unnecessarily stressful.
