Left me standing in the drive up for 15 minutes, after walking inside, was told you need to wait outside in 100's. The guy was literally peering at me every 2 minutes , and just neglected walking over. Just shows how inconsiderate. Guy comes out, and apparently the appointment I made online was not in the system. So, instead of being accommodating, the guy is being stand-off ish. Let's be solution oriented? This is not an unsolvable problem. There's no line and no wait time. Instead looking all confused, and possibly judgmental, brings his supervisor over. Just odd to not have accommodating and easy going people, over tire service. I am not making an appointment at the Ritz Carlton. Seemed like they wanted to make a fuss over it. Just get the service and tire mounted pronto, promptly, politely, by all means, and make the customer happy. Cannot say they came even close. Delusional staff members say they have no connection to the Walmart.com So, when I brought in my own tires after I had tried to purchase the same exact tires through them, and had two unexpected cancelations on their end, I THOGHT, it would be a simple courtesy for them to offer the 18 dollar installation, instead of the 28 dollar, non Walmart tire price. Considering the extenuating circumstances, I believed this would be appropriate. I in fact tried to get the very same tire through them. At one point I had explained this and it seemed like the guy understood, and recognized the inconvenience. I was under the impression they were extending the $18 price. After signing and waiting an hour and a half, I went to pay. I found out they did not. In addition there were scratches from where they carelessly pulled, and slid, the flat tire from the trunk of the car across the plastic. As if all of this was not enough, I found another pool of gunk left in a puddle of the trunk. WTF? I hope these people have a good job lined up, because they are asking for a lawsuit. At the very least they are looking for a disciplinary action. They need to learn Walmarts courtesy policy. They need to learn how to use particle wisdom. They need to learn respect for people's property. What a violation to abuse the trust we have , with auto people, who handle our cars. Should be severe consequences. I am not sure if Walmart has cameras, but they should be able to review the repair. All around very unpleasant , and irritating experience.

They also fabricated side exits through the rear quarters just behind the rear wheels. Overall, the quality of the work is good, and I'm happy with how the exhaust turned out. The only minor issue was that they left more of the exhaust hanger material than necessary, but they were trying to finish the job at the end of the day so I could pick the car up before they closed. I was able to trim it myself without any issues. They are definitely on the pricier side, but the workmanship, customer service, and overall experience were worth it.

I was in and out in under two hours. While they had it up on the lift, they replaced four hangers and made sure the 3" exhaust pipes in my 66 GTO were still positioned correctly. No noises from suspension travel, and sounds perfect. It's good to see the next generation performing great work.

I know this, because I had to go under my own vehicle and torque the nuts to spec after driving 500 miles, which is recommended. I mentioned this at the time of install and the guy told me that they would be able to handle it for me for FREE when the time came, which I think should be expected considering that every new exhaust should have this treatment. Instead, when I called back they told me that I would have to pay, and then couldn't even give me a straight quote. I was only able to reach two of the nuts on the exhaust, but they didn't need any tightening luckily. Here's to hoping that any other nuts are torqued to spec, because I can't afford to be overcharged at this point in my life.

I recently brought my daughter's Toyota in for a scheduled 1:00 p.m. oil change and routine maintenance. In the past, even with an appointment, a simple oil change could take nearly three hours. This visit was a completely different experience. The service was completed in just over an hour, and I received text updates throughout the appointment letting me know the progress. It's easy to write a negative review when things go wrong, but it's just as important to recognize when a business takes customer feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements. I truly appreciate the efforts of the Service Department Manager and his team for turning around what had been a disappointing experience. They've earned this five-star review, and I hope they continue providing this level of service to all of their customers. Thank you!

When I asked when the parts might be available, I was told to call back the following week. I also asked if they could reach out to me once the parts came in since they already had my information, but initially they said they couldn't do that or schedule anything. After insisting, I was told they would call me when parts became available, but the overall experience felt unhelpful and lacking in communication--especially for something as important as a recall that already has an official fix released. I hope they improve their process for handling recall appointments and customer follow-up.

What more can I say? I ordered the 4 phase FICM around 7pm Tuesday night, received a call from John in customer service the next morning to verify my order. It arrived at a Fed-Ex location around the corner from the house at 8:30 this morning (Thursday). I was at work counting the minutes so I could go get it and install it. Picked it up around 5:20 this afternoon. Slapped it in in around 45 minutes, turned the key.......ba-booooooom! fired straight up as if it was starting for the first time off the assembly line! Power was there in all spades! Needless to say I have already burned up a quarter tank of fuel LOL! The FICM did everything they said it would do. I doubt I'll get better mileage initially because I'm gonna be drivin it like I stole it! read more

I knew where to take my car. Joe takes care of mechanical work and his brother Mike takes care of the body shop side. Once again, wow. Mike took care of making arrangements for payment from the other guy's insurance and after dropping off my car, even drove me to the rental car agency. They did amazing work. The car looks great. Later I thought I found some small nicks (I love this car so I'm trying to keep it in great shape) on a hood decal that MIGHT not have been there before. I wasn't sure and asked what he thought. Since I wasn't sure I offered to pay for the replacement decals and installation. He wouldn't let me, not even half. He decided to just take care of it for free. Wow. Now I felt bad since I really wasn't 100% sure that it was from them and no matter how many times I offered to pay in full or half it didn't matter. So yes, everything from the guy backing into me turned out great. Then, months later I hit a curb pretty hard and damaged my front splitter. It's carbon fiber and it was cracked beyond repair. Well, I knew where to go. This time there was no insurance involved and once again, great work and again he was just a nice guy. And he gave me a smoking price. I am so happy with this shop I'm now trying to think of other things I need painted. I have a motorcycle helmet that I dropped and am going to bring them to clean up the scuff and my wife's fender has a pretty big ding on it. I can't recommend this shop enough. It makes you feel a bit better about this sometimes messed up world when you find an honest shop that does great work. So, guys, I'll be back!
