Stay Away from this business . You've been warned. Mike has…read moresome serious Shady business practices. I was warned by others, I didn't listen now I'm 1 gun short. Today 1/7/24, I was going to pick up my HPA fully upgrade AK only to find out that it's missing, also my redline regulator for Daytona and a aeg battery. The explanation Mike gave me is that if a job he worked on has been there for over at least a couple years, he discards/boneyards it after making multiple attempts to contact owner. First, this was never disclosed to me when I brought in 4 items for repairs, he "victims blames" me by laying the fault on me for leaving the gun too long. The person who told me not to go to him says he takes his time with the repairs, I was in the impression that this is normal and same reason I haven't heard from them. Airsoft was in a hiatus since Warped OPs burned down 18 months ago, I get his point but I'm not unreasonable, I was expecting to pay storage fee or whatever he wants to charge me for that. There was never an attempt to contact me about my items, I never changed my number and have the same number for years and I work in healthcare working with multiple health care professionals. I simply don't miss phone calls. The job is not over 2 years ago, see tag, he keeps on changing on how long he keeps an item in storage, started from 6 years and worked his way down to 2 years. Lastly, the only item I got back today is my krytac drum mag that he deems "beyond repair". Mike's reasoning is extremely faulty because of all the items, the drum mag would be the perfect candidate for trash/boneyard. He claims that once his shop contacts the owner, they right something behind the back of the tag. Mine is blank. I wouldn't be surprised if Mike sold my items. It just doesn't make sense to throw the "repaired" items and keep the boneyard ones, plus it's a quick sell. Stay away, do yourself a favor. Learn from my mistake, this guy is a scum and this is the confirmation.i

Once you see the first sign, pass it and at the next sign turn in where there's an open fence (driveway looks like an abandoned area). Stay to the left and continue on the narrow road and you'll see the parking lot and field. Tip: Be sure to pack a big cooler of ice, water, bottles, and snacks in your trunk. I packed one veggie and one slime and crackers party tray along with a couple bags of chips, Gatorade's, grapes, berries, hand sanitizer and a roll of paper towels. Everyone in the group enjoyed the goodies. The outdoor venue is spacious, and they have wooden picnic tables under covered awnings where you can park your car right next to. Service: they have everything you need -masks, pellets/paintballs, and guns, and you can rent, and you can play all day until they close. The only negative remarks based on my group's feedback is that some people played unfairly and didn't call their shots when they got hit and continued to play. In addition the referee, Gavin, although he was super nice and cool, he let a lot of things slide so the people in my group got upset about that. The smell in other people's review is true- it is STRONG and hard to get away from if you are trying to watch people. Not sure what is but I could only take so much - and since my step daughter and I didn't play, we ended up going to the Janns Mall and watched a movie while the rest of the group played. Btw- they have port-a potties right next to where you enter and exit the playing fields. For those reasons, I'm giving 3 stars. Overall, it's nice to have something different nearby that's outdoors for the kids, teens and adults.

REVIEW: Per usual, my shopping experiences at retail stores are ^always hit and miss. I've been to several Big 5's in the area and not one of my experiences has been better/worse than the others. Exactly. The. Same. I seem to interact with (at least) one great customer service employee, usually working in the shoe department. Most times I can find what I need in shoe, color, and size. When I ask a few questions about coupons and the like, the response is "you'll have to check up front". OK, no problama. When I spoke with the young employee about any coupon offers, it was as if i was pulling teeth from her. I also asked for a price check on an item I was interested in purchasing, and when I pressed further for it, she had an absolute flat affect that I wondered if she was was OK. (Literally). The price check inquiry ended up opening a huge can of worms as it wasn't in the system at all, etc. etc. The young manager came up and gave it his best shot, but to no avail. We are living in different times. However, if customer service isn't a deal breaker for you, I would recommend stopping by here. They seem to have a lot of items on the floor, but IMO finding your item still might be a hit/miss.
