UPDATE: After posting my review, I received an unexpected phone call from someone named Katie in higher management, which was extremely appreciated. She did acknowledge that they dropped the ball and would use this situation to implement more safety measures moving forward. Unfortunately we will have to pay to get our own vehicle fixed but I'm hoping that this won't happen with anyone else & in good faith, hopefully nobody else has to deal with this since Bullwinkles will be updating their safety measures & policies. * * * Before you consider spending money here, these people will not take responsibility for injuries/property damage. On Saturday, March 22, my partner and I drove out to Upland from Pasadena to hangout with some friends at this establishment. We got to the location around 9:30pm. Keep in mind, between the eight of us, we spent about $4-500 JUST IN GAME CARDS alone. The establishment closed at 11, so we left around 10:50 ish. Got to our car to a huge scratch and a damaged fender on the passenger right side of our vehicle. (photos attached) Please keep in mind that our vehicle was parked in the front of Bullwinkle's in direct view of multiple cameras - this is important to note. After going back into the establishment, to speak with the manager on duty (Mohammed A.), the security guard's (E. Esquivel) initial response to me was "Fuuuuck" when I informed him that someone hit our vehicle in the parking lot. I was then informed by both the manager and security guard that MULTIPLE witnesses came inside and informed them that an individual in a black Dodge Ram hit our car and left the scene, to which nobody on Bullwinkle's team informed us. We contacted UPD, they came out and this is where the lack of accountability sets in. Stacy Rachford, the general manager, finally reaches back out on Monday, March 24 to inform us that she will provide any video footage from the parking lot and cooperate fully with the police. Today, Saturday, March 29, Stacy follows up to inform us that "Unfortunately, the cameras do not capture the area where their vehicle was parked. I do not have footage of the incident." Again, our vehicle was parked in the front of the establishment in direct view of multiple cameras that Bullwinkle's employees (a manager, security guard and two supervisors that were on duty Sunday - one named Alondra), pointed out to us. The concern here is not the vehicle. A car can be fixed/replaced. The concern is that this is an establishment with a lot of foot traffic. Bullwinkle's was informed by MULTIPLE witnesses, to the point that both staff members were able to give me an ID of the vehicle, that someone hit our car. Not once did they come on the intercom to say "someone in a white dodge charger please come to the front" - NOTHING! The lack of accountability, the lack of transparency and the safety concern that this raises for me are huge red flags. So, if you read this in its entirety, with an establishment like this, God forbid you get hurt or your car is damaged, or insert whatever potential hazard, this establishment will not accept responsibility for the negligence on their part. Had a great time at Bullwinkle's! It's recently renovated and everything look so improved! We tried the go carts, mini golf, laser tag, and the VR game with zombies. Weekends are packed but weekdays is idea if you want a more relaxed visit. They have a lot of room for birthday parties and celebrations. Make sure you get your tickets when you first walk in. First, the curb appeal was nice! When walking in for the first time, it was super confusing to figure out which line to head to. Turns out, you order the food and the attraction tickets in one line. We came on a Sunday night and the wait to get attraction tickets was about 30 mins. First attraction we was the go kart. Got in line at 645 pm and waited in line for 1.5 hours. Once on it was super fun. There was a lot of security around. After the go kart, we went to the arcade which was smaller than expected. Saved our cards to do the other attractions another day. They do have quite a variety. Bowling, axe throwing are not included in the package. Overall was a good experience. Recommendations for improvement - separate the attraction ticket line from the food/drinks for less confusion and smoother, fast flowing lines. Security should also monitor the attraction lines. About 7 other people hopped in line with a couple a few heads in front of us. If you come, plan to spend a decent amount of money. Kinda pricey but the adventure is worth it. read more

So this was the first time I've ever been here. We wanted to play miniature golf so we paid for the one Called Story Book tales. It's 15$ a person and 18 holes. It was so ridiculous . First of all it's old and under construction so why didn't anyone bother to tell us that?! And things were broken, missing parts, unfinished parts of the course. WTF I'm very disappointed they should of told us this we would of done the other courses. The staff sucks and they should close this part of Bullwinkle's it's unfinished, it has storage for things so it's like a junk closet for there CRAP they don't know what to do with?;! I won't recommend this place because I went 4/23/26 late night passing 6pm and the manager young skinny Latina long hair, won't help costumers with the situation that I was having with my bummers cards, my son had 2 rides left on the go carts and we wanted to use both in 1 ride , she said that we can't use both at the same time, my son had to ride alone both times , my son was sad because he was looking forward for us riding together! We had a birthday party, it was okay from a party package perspective. The kids do like the activities, laser tag is fun, miniature golf has long wait, it was on the weekend, so most skip it. i remember when we had same type of kids birthday parties in other places, the "host" was more involved. And the activities are more group friendly. Here I feel we pay extra + tips for a room with tables & covers, free plates and cups, and the "host" just brings out the food and paper plates, no other involvement at all. Though they are friendly. The kids then got the game card at the end of eating (that's all we do in the room, pizza and cake) and off they go to do their own activities. Parents have to act as the host to entertain the kids during those 2hours in the room. It will be better if the party program adds some group activities and bring some excitements from the party host's involvement. read more

Went on a rainy Sunday and the place was packed out. They had the football playoff games playing on all the screens which was cool. Bowling was fun, just recommend not playing a themed game because it's not the same as bowling. Pizza, wings and sodas for 9 was $130. First time out here and hearing all the hype nice to see how it is after they reopened, bringing my family to have nice outing, seems ok prices are a bit high but all for the family. The food I can say was ok the pizza looks good but the sauce needs taste, wings are dry with no flavor, the burger was very impressive it was nice and cheesy. The downside certain employees with bad customer service especially in the family dining room all you see is a group of employees talking and not working they don't clean up right away or assist in utensils. read more

We celebrated my sons birthday party here and had a blast. The only issue I had trying to book the party was getting in touch with someone over the phone. So I just did an old school Walk-In. The pizza was surprisingly really good lol! The games, rides and especially the bowling was fun. I invited about 20-25 guest so the bill wasn't fun lol! This place just reopened but the mini golf is still under renovations. No big deal to me if anything I've gone purposely to play the course before they renovate it. There are a bunch of kids working here so be patient. My only gripe is that there was no trash can in the women's bathroom or changing table. Odd but maybe because they have a family restroom. Amazing family fun! We stopped on our way home to wait for traffic on the freeway to clear. We had a BLAST!! Really cool mini golf courses, the go karts were awesome, laser tag was a blast, bumper boats was sooo much fun! The staff was friendly and the food was also really good. I finally checked out Bullwinkle's for the first time a few days ago and was impressed with their renovation. There are many activities including go-karts, bumper cars, mini golf, bowling, arcade games, and many more! I was with one other adult, one 7-year-old, and one 12-year-old, and we all had a great time! We did a round of Go-Karts and played several games of air hockey. The Go-Kart track was nice and it was pretty cool that it's outdoors, alongside the freeway. The only thing that could have been improved was that they charged full price for the 7-year-old to ride the car as just a passenger (she wasn't tall enough to get her own car); why not charge a little less for the little ones when they can only be passengers? The place is nice and clean, and I definitely plan to be back when needing to entertain kids! read more

I've been waiting for the perfect night to come here to try the new go kart track and last night we all had the night off and it was beautiful weather for a go kart race and some mini golf. I can't wait to come back, the employees said the other side should reopen by February and will have laser tag, axe throwing and bowling, in addition to a full bar and restaurant. Had a great time, came here during the week so probably not as crowded. My daughter was able to have some fun in the arcade area. Almost all the games worked which is a plus. We did have one that failed but the staff was quick to get us back our credit which was great. Really enjoyed the food, the sliders were so good, my wife had the burger which she said was . We came to Bullwinkle's for my nephew's birthday and had a great time overall. The facility is spacious, very clean, and well maintained. Customer service was decent. We played several rounds of bowling, which was a lot of fun, followed by laser tag, which was equally enjoyable. We're very interested in coming back to try the go-karts for the kids but I have some hesitation after reading a previous review about a car related incident. Hubby & I had a day date at Bullwinkle's this past weekend and we both had such a blast! Started off with ax throwing - the cost is separate than the other attractions (bowling as well). We paid $50 for 30 minutes. Once we finished, we decided to do the "Pick 3" package which came out to about $36 per person. We chose the Western themed miniature golf course, go karts & laser tag which was all so much fun! I kept saying how much fun it would be to take our kids when they're a bit older. Visited for the first time. We did the 3 attractions for $36 (per person). There were 5 of us, so it added up quick. We did the Western Golf course, which is indoors, and themed like the old west. It was fun and had 18(?) Holes, but it is already looking pretty beat up with wear and tear. We did the outdoor gold course next, which was fun and your typical mini golf. Last attraction was the go karts. The course and karts looked fairly new, but the karts had a maximum speed of like 5 miles per hour. You only get to go around the track 3 times. It was fun but expensive without doing arcade or eating. The crowd midweek afternoon was light, but I can imagine weekends and nights, it gets ridiculously full. read more

I really wanted to like this place. I really did. After passing this place over and over throughout the years, growing up in SGV and now living in Ontario, I finally decided to plan a day to visit after the reopening. I brought my son for his birthday and some family here on a hot Saturday. When we arrived, first impression was good. I love the look of everything. They had lots of staff and things seemed to be going well. My wife got our game cards and began to play in the arcade to cool down a bit from the sun before we hit the carts. Here's where things go south... We make our way outside and we're excited to try the carts. My son barely made the height requirement. We were good to go. The cart attendant then scanned my card and said it's the wrong card.. I need an attraction card... kind of a let down but ok, I walk back inside and to get an attraction card. They have a few options of 3,5&7 attractions. I wanted to get 5 then was realizing that everyone in the lobby were having trouble purchasing cards from the kiosk. The network goes down. I know sometimes we don't have control over that in a business. Another let down but I had some cash. I bought a 3 attractions card just to ride the carts since it was hot outside. Now I'm excited to have this experience with my son. He's excited. We're good to go. We go back to the attendant just to be told that my son needs his own child attraction card. Here's where I'm already done with this place and proceed to ask if my card can be scanned twice to allow for me and my son to go on. It was denied. I needed to go back inside and get him a child attraction card. I'm already upset.. my wife took my son into the arcade and between me and my brother in laws we took a lap on the carts. Track could be slicker for slight drifting but it was nice. Why it was ok for me to use my card on myself and my brother in law but not for me and my son is odd.. We met in the lobby and there were many families wondering why the kiosk wasn't taking their cards. The card readers all said disconnected. Which is how I realized it was a network issue. We ended up finishing our experience at a pizza place up the street that my son likes. After reopening, I would've thought customer experience and overall packages would be more inclusive of every experience in the park. You can call the attractions moose coins and the arcade squirrel coins or something and have all you packages include a tier of each available in one card. Wether it be individual family or group packages. But have arcade and experience cards be one card. This kids card idea just makes it unnecessary. If you want to scan my card twice for me and my kid, I wouldn't mind that. Even a build my own package on one card is great too. Anyway, I don't think I'll be returning any time soon. I hope you get your network issue upgraded since I read it happens often. Another note would be to have the arcade card work for attractions but have attractions charge more credits to avoid the unnecessary stuff read more

I took my 19yo son to Bullwinkles to celebrate his bday along with my brother and two teen nephews. We ordered a cheese pizza, three burgers and mozzarella sticks. At first glance, the prices seem a tad high BUT the food was delicious and the portions were large. Definitely worth the price. Also, Jordan helped us at the table with service and she was super nice! We played mini golf and arcade games. It was a wonderful day. We'll definitely be back! Fun place for the whole family. Can get crowded during weekends. This place has all sorts of things to do from outdoor gokart to games and bowling. Only downside was the line. There is one line for both food and purchasing play cards which made it extrememly long. Tried to buy ice cream at the end but the line was just too long so gave up. Overall okay. read more

It was $35 for the pick 3 and we got 80 points for $20 at the arcade. The pizza was $18.99 and the jalapeño poppers were $12. Very fun time with the family! Place is super clean and modern. Video games are all new. Bowling alley looks awesome. I wasn't a fan of the pizza. It was doughy. Both 55-65mph and 65-75mph cages don't reload on time. You end up waiting several minutes minutes per pitch, sometimes even 5minutes. The Problem continues even after maintenance helps you. read more
