I decided to give Big Al's another try 6 yrs later. My Children and I attended this time and we had…read morea much more pleasant experience. We went bowling, bought snacks, shoe rental and spent an additional $132 on 4 game cards with convenience fee. Bowling was fun although we had to ask an attendant to remove the bumpers. They appeared to be on all lanes and was a very intense process to get them off. Also we had a wonderful snack attendant who served us initially when we got there. I did not catch her name but she had long braids and suggested a pitcher of soda for our family as a better value than 4 standard drinks. I do want to stress that this is a cashless business and I do not support digital only businesses. I purchased summer bowling passes for my teenagers for a killer deal but am concerned on how they will be able to purchase snacks if I'm not there with my credit card but I believe there's a machine that converts cash into card. I'm not certain if that's what I heard. They had a lot of fun games for all ages to play. Beware as per usual to most Arcades with the exception of D&B's in my opinion it's going to take several $100's if not $1000's of dollars to obtain a decent prize. Unless you win jackpots. My boy's plan to save their tickets until they can get Something they want. There were a-lot Of teenage congregant's as usual to any arcade. One group threw an empty game card at my shoulder and were laughing when I looked up. Nevertheless it was a fun time.

I've now been here twice to bowl, and unfortunately both experiences were frustrating enough that I…read morewon't be bowling here again. Both visits had the same issue: the group next to us had no sense of bowling etiquette, and it was never addressed by staff. Their parties were oversized and ended up spilling into our space sitting in our seats, placing drinks on our table, and generally taking over the shared area. On top of that, their kids repeatedly came over to our lane, touching our tablet and interfering with our game. It made it really hard to enjoy what we paid for. What made it worse is that both times, the groups next to us were visibly drunk. That kind of environment might be expected at a bar, but when it starts impacting other guests' experience especially families it becomes a problem. There didn't seem to be any staff intervention to manage the situation or maintain a respectful atmosphere. Another frustrating point was the check-in process. I brought my own Brunswick bowling shoes, but I was still told I had to rent a pair anyway. The employee even said I could "just do whatever with them," which honestly makes no sense and feels like an unnecessary charge. Policies like that don't feel customer-friendly. To be fair, Big Al's is a fun place overall. The arcade games and general hangout vibe are great, and I'd still come back for that. But the bowling experience itself just isn't worth it based on what I've experienced. There's definitely room for improvement staff should be more proactive about enforcing basic bowling etiquette, making sure groups stay within their assigned seating areas and respect neighboring lanes. Better monitoring, especially when alcohol is involved, could help prevent disruptive behavior. Clear limits on group sizes per lane, ensuring kids stay within their own lane, and revisiting the shoe rental policy for guests who bring their own equipment would all go a long way in improving the experience. There's definitely potential here, but the bowling side needs better structure and oversight.

Deanna, the owner, was wonderful and made sure everything ran smoothly and that we were well taken care of from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always available when we needed something. The kids had an absolute blast with two rounds of laser tag and loved spending time in the arcade afterward. We were also pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza was! The facility was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a group of energetic kids. We couldn't have asked for a better party experience. Highly recommend for birthday parties, class celebrations, or just a fun outing!

We recently held our annual employee meeting, training and celebration at Infuzion Zone, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The owner was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure we had a safe and welcoming space for our team to reflect on last year's accomplishments and plan for the coming year. The facility was spotless and having access to a private room made our meeting both comfortable and productive. After our meeting, we were able to unwind and celebrate together by playing some classic arcade games, which was a fun and unique perk. We didn't have enough time to play a game of Laser Tag, but we will plan another outing to get our game on. The combination of a clean, well-maintained space and the thoughtful support from the staff made Infuzion Zone the perfect venue for our event. Highly recommend for company gatherings, team-building, or any group celebration. Thank you Infuzion Zone!

The place was absolutely packed by game time. When we arrived, our reserved table was ready and located right in front of one of the large screens, which made for a great viewing experience. Walk-ins were still welcomed, but they were seated in other areas. I also noticed that some people who had reservations but arrived late ended up standing by the bar to watch the game. If you're planning to watch a major sporting event here, definitely show up early even if you have a reservation. Food was decent. Drinks were decent. Nothing really stood out, but everything was solid enough for game day. The atmosphere was great and it was a fun place to watch the match with friends. My biggest issue was the automatic 20% gratuity. Yes, they were able to split our party of 14+ into five separate checks, which was appreciated. But automatically charging 20% on every bill felt ridiculous considering how packed the place was and how mediocre the service was throughout the night. The staff was clearly overwhelmed, service was slow, and getting attention from a server wasn't always easy. It felt like they were operating beyond a comfortable capacity (well over maximum capacity). I don't mind tipping well for great service. In fact, I usually do. But an automatic 20% gratuity for average-at-best service felt excessive and took away from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Overall, we had a great time. The game-day atmosphere, large screens, and reserved seating made for a memorable experience. I'd definitely come back to watch another big match.

Long story short, there was a network issue nationwide at DnB yesterday, and the best the manager did was give us a $10 credit. Keep in mind, I had an unlimited card that I paid for and yesterday was the last day to use it. I planned on staying there with my daughter for at least 2 hours, but that was cut short because all we got was a $10 credit which was done in less than 10 min. However, Adam, was able to make things right and even though my unlimited card expired today, he was able to get me an all day card to use. Excellent customer service!! Give that man a raise and because of him, we will continue to spend money here at Dnb!
