My dishwasher of 15 years began overflowing with soap 3 weekend ago and I got scared since my house had flooded due to a bad contractor and it had something to do with the same appliance. A plumber with a different company came out for FREE and said it was the appliance so I decided to replace it. After I ordered one I thought it would be best to get a licensed and insured company but omg I didn't know how hard that was to find in AZ. It's a simple install but finally Bubblebee said they would charge me $69 and then would give me $25 off since they had to reschedule with me. Once they got here I was thrilled but that soon was over with once they told me they were going to charge me $650!!!! To install a dishwasher, are u kidding me??!! Immediately they called me and I let the dispatcher lady have it. I let her know that giving false pricing is misleading and they said I was paying for the "license bonded and Insured part" I spoke to the manager and they dropped the price to $350 and even though that is still outrageous I just decided to go ahead because they would discard the old appliance and clean up with a warranty attached. The gentleman I would give them 5 stars but unfortunately the pricing I had to give 3 stars. I'm very fortunate that they were willing to eat some profit instead of lose a customer so I appreciate that Bubblebee I give that part 5 stars. It's a great company I just would adjust the pricing because most people are living paycheck to paycheck. Plus other plumbers come out for free while u were gunna charge me $69 just to look around. I had received a call from my cousin that the drains in the house were all backing up every time a faucet was turned on. I was at work at the time and couldn't make it there so I used Yelp and found Bumble Bee. Not only did they have a great rating but they also had a deal so I thought "what the hell, let's give it a shot". They came within the hour and used a camera to figure out there was a blockage in the pipes going out to he main sewer lines, it turned out to be to big to handle so they suggested I call the city. I made the call right away and it was almost 5pm already, luckily the city was going to dispatch someone. Now the plumber didn't have to stay, he could've just left and said "good luck", but he didn't. Not only did he stay behind and wait but also gave plumbing tips to my cousin and and another. When the city came they looked at his camera footage and it was decided that the city would be responsible for the major repairs and hat saved me a ton of money. If it weren't for Bumble Bee and their amazing work ethic and promptness, I'd be knee deep in sewage, and that'd be a shitty situation. read more

Bumbl bee stafff was very prompt & professional. They got out to property right away which was awesome as it was late on Sat. A pipe in front yard was leaking by water meter. The plumber recomended either to spot fix the pipe estimated at $1400 or better yet, he would strongly reccomend replacing the pipe going from main to meter which is very likely the concrete walkway for $5800. The plumber was a bit taken back as we wanted a 2nd opinion. At $1k or less to fix a small leak lets do it please but those prices tearing up yard, concrete, and you think after all that we have a 70% chance of fixing the problem? That is not much of a plan & secondary estimate is neccessary. A different company recomended get leak locator service out first to find out where the leak or leaks are then repair. They estimated the cost might $600 to fix plus $200 leak detector service. This seemed much more reasonable and a better plan. I decided dig small hole by water meter where the ground was wet and found pin hole leak in pipe. Cancelled leak detection service. Called the 2nd plumber to fix copper pipe and $280 total cost. I am very satisfied with repair but feel we were dangerously close to incurring a huge unnecessary expense. Bumble Bee has a very good reputation and from what I hear does excellent work, but I would not reccomend them after this experience. read more

This is my second review and since Bumblebee did SUCH a great job again, I really want to share with everyone. Today, Jae was the tech. He could have told me to replace my dishwasher hose which is actually what I called them to do. Instead, he adjusted the hose in hopes that it would save me $. Before he left, he gave me a quote to replace the hose if this doesn't do the trick and he gave me other suggestions as well. I can't ask for anything more than this friendly man and top-notch service...these guys NEVER disappoint and neither does the administration in the office....so on point....so prompt...so organized. Never will I ever go with any other plumbing service, EVER. By the way, my home warranty company DID send another company out (a while back) to look at a separate dishwasher problem and when I asked that guy about the dishwasher smell, he claimed the hose looked just fine (even though all "clean" dishes smelled like rotting food). Jae, however, from Bumblebee Plumbing knew right away that the hose was not assembled correctly and it could VERY much have something to do with the horrible smell AND dumped out rotting food from the hose! My water heater decided to spring a leak last Monday night, That evening after cleaning up the mess, I looked up Bumble Bee Plumbing on Google. They have an 4.7 stars and I opened their website. They have a section to request an estimate and schedule the service call. Nice and easy! First thing Tuesday morning I received a call from their dispatcher! They will call me when a plumber would be on their way! 2 hours later, Adrian called and said he was on his way. He arrived within 45 minutes. Adrian was with Miguel, another plumber. Both plumbers listened to the problem I had experienced. They checked the water heater, and indeed, the leak came from the bottom of the water heater. Luckily, the water heater was still under warranty! It was a Rheem water heater bought from Home Depot. They exchanged the unit and Adrian /Miguel installed it. Bumble Bee's charge for installation was a fair price. I joined their club for $9 a month, I get an annual check of my complete plumbing, no service charge, and a 10% discount of future jobs. BBP office personnel called several times to ask questions and insure that I understood their service. I called Bumble Bee Plumbing and was able to get an appointment at my earliest convince. I had an appointment set and they even came early. I originally had wanted to have a plumbing leak detection test done, as well as, inspect a slow draining bathroom sink and tub. Mike was able to inspect all our plumbing, determine we did not have a leak, fixed our slow drain, and even did other repairs that my 20 year old house needed. We had a water line leak in an exterior wall. Called BB on Friday afternoon and they said they could do it on Saturday which was great given the water was shut off. Robert was the tech who came. Took his time looking at all options for doing the repair. Decided best way was to do the repair through the outside wall. Allowed him to make the repair with minimal damage which was much better than doing from inside the house. He is a true craftsman and very professional. read more

Mike P and Cody were fantastic. They were professional and very efficient. They made sure I had water the first day, since I had been dealing with water off and on for 2 weeks. They explained all that they were doing and how and why. They had the huge job of repiping the entire house along with new Plex lines under the trailer, up to the showers and sinks and new valves and also replaced copper and the old hose bibs, plus added a new one to my back yard. Along with a few extras that needed to be up to code without the extra cost. I also got a discount on the new larger hot water tank. The customer service was top notch, from the emails and texts reminding me of the appointments, to the phone calls and follow ups after the job was done. Bumblebee did a lot of work to get an old home I just purchased up to date and safe. They did a great job and were very efficient. Two plumbers knocked out a days worth of work in about 3 and a half hours. On top of doing great work, there was some confusion on pricing with my wife and I called Mike (the owner I believe or manager) and his customer service was outstanding. Super disappointed in the integrity of this company. A few months back we had them check out a rattling in our pipes when we flushed our toilets or ran water. After giving them a heads up our plumbing is ran through the attic and that the space is a very tight squeeze to get up to they sent a large guy, he could not get up to even see the pipes/issue. They then sent out a smaller guy, he was able to get up and said the pipes needed to be insulated. We went through with having them insulate everything at a pretty hefty price and then asked about a small leak on our kitchen faucet. They said there was no saving the faucet it would need to completely be replaced at a significant cost. We decided to get a second opinion and $40 later it was a very simple fix that has held up although the rattle in our pipes is yet again back. They also tried to bill us for two trips although the first guy took one look at our attic opening and said "nope, not happening" despite my forewarning. I pushed back and they did wave the second trip fee reluctantly. read more

I had a broken gate valve on the water service line entrance to my home. I contacted this company, based on their assurance to provide "no surprise pricing.". Their service tech, Mike, arrived on time and was extremely professional. He explained the options and work and gave me a price to replace the entire assembly. While a bit higher than what I would have paid an independent plumber, the workmanship was excellent. The company called me to ask for my feedback on their service, and actually called me a few times to be sure that I responded. The service manager explained to me the value added from their service. Everyone wants and hopes that their renovation goes smoothly. Reality shows that isn't always the case. We have hired Bumble Bee plumbing to help with remodeling 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. Everything went well until the final bathroom. We had a leak with the shower valve that we couldn't get to stop. Mike and his team came out several times, worked with the manufacturer of the valve to get and replace several parts before it was determined that we needed a new valve installed. This meant tearing out some of the tile and cutting a hole in the wall. Nobody want to hear the news that their newly tiled shower needs to have a hole cut into it. The Bumble Bee team was there for us every step of the way. They worked tirelessly on our behalf to make sure that the shower was perfect, and that we were satisfied with their service. Some of the problems with my plumbing needs were a bit of a challenge but Jim had a great attitude remained on the job until everything was in good working order. Mike and James came out and installed 2 vanities in our master bathroom. I realize people want to pay as little money as possible BUT you get what you pay for. In my experience, Bumble Bee has lived up to all my expectations and beyond. I checked around and could have hired a handyman for less BUT I worried he would take longer, scuff up my floor as he tried to move things without the help of an apprentice, and not back up his work with any guarantee. I feel like I have a relationship with Bumble Bee now. I had a plumbing crisis that began March 8th and all the problems it caused resulted in my spending a lot of time with bumble Bee Plumbing. In my experience, I can communicate with them and if something does go wrong, as things sometimes do, they make it right. When you read reviews, you are looking at not only price but expertise and customer service. Sometimes you go cheap and you live to regret that. This company has class and they are NOT paying me to say that. Mike P. and James are experienced and bring expertise to their work. When it comes to plumbing or electrical you really don't want just anyone fixing what is broken. You want a competent company with excellent customer service and expert plumbers. You want people who get it right like Mike P. Mike and James did excellent work putting 2 vanities in. They didn't scuff up my NEW floor and they cleaned up after the job which is an extra courtesy. I have found this company to be competent, reliable, and caring. In this day and age, you don't always find a company with both competent office staff and competent professionals out in the field. I called Bumble Bee Plumbing this morning to get a bidet spray installed. I thought that the work involved would be as easy as installing the bidet that I had purchased which in itself wasn't very hard but Jesus and Greg found issues with the main valve, suggested that the plastic pipe which was worn out needed to be replaced. True, I wasn't expecting any of that work so wasn't prepared for the cost of the repairs but I still chose to go ahead. When they finally did install the bidet we realized that it was a faulty one (had a manufacturing defect). What a bummer! But they were nice enough to not charge me for the work done since the bidet wasn't working. I really appreciate the gesture and will be calling you guys back for the other bathrooms read more
