This super casual restaurant is a reliable spot for fresh, yummy food. My hubby loves the posole and burritos. I go for grilled chicken. There's a drive through--sop convenient. Parking is just a few steps out the front door. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean. There's plenty of indoor seating. We *heart* Bumble Bee's!

Green Chile Tortilla Burger made with a Boca Burger

Been traveling for two weeks and really just wanted a good veggie burger. We found this place when we got to town. I got the green chili and cheese burger but substituted the patty with a Boca Burger and a side of sweet potato fries. Hubby had the green chili tortilla soup with tofu. Both of our orders were very flavorful and fresh tasting. My fries zesty and crispy. Our only complaint that kept my rating from being a 5 star one was the prices. We felt they were slightly high for a burger joint. But, The staff were friendly. The place was clean. And They have a nice outside patio area.

back again to try their hamburger and fries. Even though the one the other table looks so good. Hence the reason we returned in the same week, but it really wasn't anything special.

Most of the staff doesn't speak English, so it's difficult to place your order. I signed up my email on their site and they sent me a coupon for a free taco. A lady, looked to be the Manager, didn't speak English but didn't want to honor it. She has RBF. I don't think she knew how. I got it, they just didn't ring it up. The person taking my order was friendly. The vegetarian green chile stew and veggie taco were delicious! The jicama salad was spectacular!! Food takes about 20mins to receive when they aren't very busy. It's way overpriced.

We needed a quick meal within walking distance arriving into town and this place stood out for the name a colorful design. The interior was colorfully and artfully decorated. The food was better than average Mexican/Southwest food. I had a really hard time understanding the workers there and had a difficult time ordering, I think it was a combination of all the noise in the area and my inability to understand the accents (usually I'm pretty good but this was off my scale), maybe the ordering process could be simplified.

    Worlds Slowest Drive-Thru!

We stopped in to Bumble Bee's today for a 'snack' (basically a very late lunch) at the recommendation of an artist we met at the Santa Fe Railyard Sunday's Artisan Market. She had described the place as a great local spot serving up really fresh food, sourced from local farms. When we pulled into the parking lot around 3 pm on a Tuesday, we were surprised to see so many cars, including 2 at the drive-thru window. After parking, while walking towards the inside, and noticed the fun drive-thru sign noting Bumble Bee's is the "Worlds Slowest Drive-Thru," since all the food is made fresh and to order. We went inside expecting table service, but this place has more of a kitchy, local fast-food restaurant vibe. You order at the counter, get a number, pick a table (inside or out) and then they bring your food out when it's ready. During your wait, you can enjoy the art all over the walls and the bees and decorations hanging from the ceiling. For our lunch, we ordered 2 bowls of green chile stew with chicken, 1 bowl of green chile stew with lamb, a fresh lemonade, a chocolate shake, a fresh horchata, and a squash and goat cheese quesadilla. We waited maybe 15 min for our food to come out, and were surprised at the portion sizes! The green chile stews were full of meat, potatoes and green chiles, plus were topped with pieces of tortilla chips, sour cream, salsa and shredded cheddar cheese. Hearty enough to be the only thing you eat all day! And the meat was cooked to perfection, tender and falling apart. Really great. The quesadilla was also fantastic. The combo of squash and goat cheese was delicious, and though we weren't able to finish it all, we brought our left overs back to our airbnb and look forward to finishing them tomorrow! We really enjoyed visiting this local gem during our brief stay in Santa Fe and would love to go back and experience more of the extensive menu! Definitely off the tourist track, yet easy to find, just around the corner from the Georgia O'Keeffe museum.

Plastic boxes, please use paper. This is pure waste.

I love the Staff. I love the food, but this new plastic packaging has to go. Get back to paper.

The food is here unbelievable!! It's a cute small secluded spot, has gorgeous lighting outside and you can smell what you're about to experience from the parking lot. They don't have servers so you order at the entrance and they bring your food out when it's ready. Everyone was nice and they were busy! I went with my partner and we both ordered different things to share. I got the Mexican burrito with steak and he ordered the half chicken plate. Everything was so delicious and perfectly spiced, the rice and beans that come with the chicken plate were also great and paired really well. My burrito was really good and it hit the right spot after a long day. They're a really long time small business and just make the best chicken ever. Highly addictive and I highly recommend!

Ok so I didn't expect much from this drive through place close to home. So here's the thing, for someone who alway eats healthy and never fast food, what I had last night was a revelation. Hope it's not a one-off... circumstances caused me to call in on a Friday night and the stews are excellent. Almost finished it off before grabbing a quick, last pic. Flavorful, generous serving was scrumptious. The half chicken dinner was not overcooked and was damn good according to my girlfriend. Can't wait to have another go.

Would never come back again. ============= This review got flagged by Yelp HQ, let me rewrite this and be clear of what happened. I walked into El Callejon Taqueria and Grill, located on 208 Galisteo St Santa Fe, NM 87501 on Aug 22 2026. It was on a Saturday night, right before 9pm. This was my first weekend in the city of Santa Fe, on both Yelp and Google this location shows the restaurant closes at 11pm. When I walked in the bartender told me that it was closed. I wouldn't care that a business is closed before the listed hours; it was the way the bartender went about it. He could have politely told me that the kitchen was closed, and I would not have had any problem with it. He walked up to me within arm's length and continuously repeated "sorry we are closed" multiple times while getting closer to me. It was one of the worst experiences I have had to get escorted "asked" out of a restaurant. The experience was not good. To be clear I never get to try the food here.

They don't take reservations and although it was very busy we were seated within 10 minutes. My friends raved about the "swirl" margaritas (Santa Fe classic, apparently) so we got a frozen margarita flight. We were able to adjust the drinks in the flight- they even made me a frozen spicy margarita although that wasn't technically on the menu. Very helpful wait staff. We shared the flautas and loaded nachos. Both were rich but fantastic. We asked for both with a side of green chiles (highly recommend). The flautas came with sopaipillas which were fresh, soft and YUMMY. (They even brought two more when we asked!) This is a vibrant place to come for special occasions or even a nice family dinner. Highly recommend especially if you're visiting!

Meeting the chef made the evening even more special! We enjoyed the incredible Pulpo, the famous Sopa de Amor, crispy Pork Belly, the unforgettable Enmolado de Pato (Muscovy duck with sweet potatoes and Chef Olea's signature mole), and ended with the iconic Dulce Sinfonía dessert. Hmmm...food was not as impressive as the first time. This…read morewas our second time at Sazon--my partner brought me here for a surprise birthday dinner. The atmosphere is upscale and beautiful--love the decor and artwork. The service was on point; our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The food this time was just ok, except for the Sopa de Amor: Chef Olea's signature soup--that was heaven in our mouths. The steak (Popocatepetl: spicy black pepper crusted aged angus beef tenderloin / red cabbage and snow peas in cilantro vinaigrette / jasmine rice) we shared looked nothing like the description. Either our server was clueless regarding gluten-free, because this wasn't up to our standards for a high-end restaurant--the flavor wasn't the same as we remembered from several years ago, and the steak (medium rare) inside was colder--not room temperature, so I ended up not eating all of mine. Plus we had to ask for rice--which should have come with our meal since there isn't flour or any ingredients that would have made this harmful to me. Also, the side of asparagus it came with wasn't bright green and crispy--it was yellowish and flimsy-looking and tasting. For the price, this should have been more on point than what it was. We had split a steak, shared a soup, had a bottle of wine, two glasses of champagne, and a dessert--oh, and a $12 split change (something they suggested--even though my partner and I were fine eating from the same plate)...the bill was almost $400 with tax & tip. The dessert however, was presented beautifully with mixed berries and a liquor which was then lit on fire--a festive dessert option since I have a gluten allergy. There are so many wonderful restaurants. Unfortunately, the food did not leave us craving to come back for more. If the service and decor wasn't so impressive, Sazon would have received one stars.
