Francis came out and gave me a decent quote for the job (kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal install). He did a great job with the work and is very nice. We chatted while he did his thing. in march I called bumble breeze, my unit was not changing from heat to air, and I had a warranty. They came out made the repairs, they took multiple pictures of the work they did. A month later on April 2, we had a wind storm, on April 3rd I was leaving for work, and found the cover of my A/C unit, laying between my cars in the drive way, it blew off the roof, and landed on the hood of my car, causing a dent and scratches across the hood. Called bumble breeze they sent a tech out that afternoon to reinstall the panel on my a/c, and she told me she would let the service manager know about my car, and to send pictures, which i did and I should here from someone by the following Tuesday. Oh they also waived the $49 service call, to have the tech reinstall the ac panel, well never heard from anyone, texted them a week later, still no reply... the bill to fix my hood was $1050, and I had to get a rental car. They take all the pictures of the work that they do, but they do not take a picture of the panel once they have installed it back. My suggestion for anyone having work done, ask for a picture of the cover, and check all the holes securing the panel, and make sure there is screws in all the holes. Very disappointed in Bumble Breeze, if they feel they are not responsible for the damage, then tell me that, don't ignore me and pretend that it didn't happen. read more

We needed to replace our air-conditioning unit in our house that was built in 2008. We've been using Bumble breeze for the last six years or so with a service contract. We had three different estimates. Bumble breeze came at the best estimate of $8900 for their base unit They came today installed. The unit took them 8 1/2 hours and it was two people working so that 17 hours of labor it was a big job just for the air conditioning unit, but I highly recommend them there. They do a really good job and they have serviced us while over the years. read more

Nice experience overall. Got a mailer from them and their ratings on multiple platforms is solid. Tune-up was scheduled to accommodate my work schedule which was appreciated. The tech arrived at the tail end of the scheduled window but got straight to work. Eric was efficient and explained the work that was done. He did make some observations and some obligatory recommendations but there was nothing high pressure about the interaction. The invoice included photos of the AC units, and the relevant pressures, amperage draws. The units were cleaned and Eric was able to identify the source of a rattle and eliminate it. The pricing to service all the units was competitive. The one recommendation I have for the team is to upgrade the payment acceptance method. Hand keying of credit card data into the tablet application is a bit of a concern. I will not hesitate to recommend this outfit to my friends and colleagues. read more

I hate writing negative reviews. My experience with Bumble Breeze was the worst customer service experience ever! Have a four-month-old water softener still under warranty. Thought the problem was pretty basic; water is not recycling but is overflowing through the overflow valve, leaving one side of our garage flooded with water. Told the dispatcher exactly what my problem was. When the technician arrived, he claimed, "she is only a dispatcher." The technician was completely ill-prepared to troubleshoot/fix, my problem and was unaware of the reason I called for assistance. Instead, for the $49 "consultation fee" I received upsell right from the beginning. He could take out my new/under warranty water softener and replace it with one that costs 10 times what I paid for mine, or, as his supervisor said while on speaker phone with the technician, charge me $200 an hour to work with the warranty company to facilitate a full repair. Apparently, this company is not versed at the repair of Rheem water softeners, although a Google search revealed they are. Do not expect anything from this company--no commission, no assistance, period--JUST UPSELL TO THE HILT! read more

Generally, I'm the guy who only leaves positive reviews. Everybody just wants to complain these days and has unreasonable expectations. Sadly, due to no communication from management after a frustrating experience filled with inconveniences and poor communication, I'm forced to leave this review. I left messages by phone with management at Bumble Breeze and emailed them more than once in order to avoid having to blast them online. I NEVER heard back, and still have not received any response. What's worse, in this case, the review does not reflect the work done by the technicians or their professionalism. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The work, while not at all done in a timely manner matching their estimates or the needs of me as a customer, all appears to be of a good quality. This is about the lack of follow through on behalf of management when faced with pressing complaints from a customer while ongoing, troublesome issues with the service persisted and escalated. Space is limited here. There are emails sitting unread in their inbox detailing why I was hoping for a slight discount (not a refund, mind you) for the work. If Bumble Breeze wants to read them and reach out, I'll be all ears. For those considering this company, know you will pay a much higher price to support a mom-and-pop business, but neither mom nor pop will be available to handle any customer issues nor return any calls. Know the workers they dispatch will not have a clear idea of the work they're supposed to do and will leave the office without any of the parts or supplies needed to fix the problem. Know they will send out a technician who is professional enough to recommend bringing in a better-qualified person from the company to do specific work, only to send out the same under-qualified technician a week later to do the work he stated he shouldn't do. Know everyone you do actually get to speak to will be very kind and their work will likely be good, all while knowing you will be overcharged for the privilege of being ignored by management when you have any issues in need of their attention. Lastly, know the replies you see from them here are likely to be chat-bots generated by AI, given how little they respond to actual phone calls or emails. I'm very disappointed with them, but more in my self for trusting the reviews and recommendations, and wanting to support a smaller local business that clearly is not who their reviews suggest they are. read more

What started with a great experience ended with a very hefty price tag. $438 to replace a 2ft section of PVC drain pipe is a LOT of money. Rome, the plumber billed for 2hrs of labor, but one hour was spent getting up to speed with the project and shopping at Home Depot for parts, and the actual job took about 50min. My problem with that is that Brain already came to my home to do an assessment, and once the walls were open I sent photos and we spoke over the phone, so he knew exactly what the job was. Rome showed up with no information and no supplies, and he was under the impression that he was scheduling the work for another time. But for 2 hours of labor that means he was on the clock from the moment he rang the bell, even though he wasn't ready to work. That doesn't seem right, guys. Update: I totally agree with you Nicole. I'm sure you guys are excellent and worth every penny of your hourly rate. No complaints there. My issue is when a plumber shows up without the necessary parts despite everything I mentioned above, and I have to pay that rate just for them to go to shopping. We hired Bumble Breeze after our furnace began tripping the breaker, knocking out our A/C in the middle of a brutal Vegas summer. After charging us $350, the technician claimed the issue was resolved--only for it to happen again hours later. We were heading out of town and had to wait for a second visit. That time, they said it was a breaker problem and left. We replaced the breaker ourselves... still not fixed. Another HVAC company came out and diagnosed the real issue--a faulty blower--in minutes. Once replaced (for $1,400), everything worked perfectly. Even worse, we have reptiles that rely on a stable temperature. The extended outage in extreme heat could've had serious consequences for them. We were stressed, out of town, and totally let down. I hired bumble bee to service my heat pump. The guy that was sent was named Elvis. He inspected my unit and quoted me a 1100 dollar repair to replace my defrost board for my heat pump he also told me he re did some low voltage wiring. After asking him some questions he obviously didn't know what he was talking about and refused to answer my questions. I would highly recommend not hiring this company because I actually do hvacr as well and it was obvious he was lying after I asked him to test a few things. I had another company come out and repair some wiring for 150!! The only thing that saved me from paying their astronomical fees was that I actually have the same job he does. Almost every job needs to be fixed when completed. My personal residence has had HVACs units replaced, all duct work in my home replaced, and most sewer pipes replaced. The vents that were replaced were not sealed properly and cause my home to leak through the vents when it rains. Bumble has come out multiple times to fix the vents however they have not succeeded. The vents to the house were also not hooked up in the attic causing the attic to be cooled, not the house. The air flow was nonexistent in the house, and I kept asking why. It took one year for someone to attach one of these vents to the duct. Two and a half years after the initial install Bumble attached another vent to the ducts. The HVAC units that were sold to me are too powerful for the ducts that Bumble put in. Bumble came out and put the units in low output mode to solve their problem. I was oversold and the HVAC units under preformed what I was told. Bumble replaced the vents and the HVAC units; Bumble knew the specifications. While replacing the HVAC units the workers broke the skylight in my master bath. Bumble fixed the skylight but did not seal it property. My master bathroom has been leaking when it rains ever since. We have big bubbles in our ceiling around the skylight. Multiple employees have come out to fix this issue, but it is still not fixed as it still leaks today when it rains. The major problem is the sewer replacement. My family was out of our house for 4 months. Most sewer pipes were replaced. Immediately following my master shower would not drain, the master toilet smelt like sewage, my daughter's toilet smelt like sewage, and our guest bathroom toilet was constantly clogged and not flushing. At the end of the 4 months, I noticed a section of my lawn suddenly growing like a weed. It was in an area where they had replaced a main sewer pipe. The irrigation system wasn't even turned on due to watering regulations in Las Vegas so where was water coming from to cause these tall weeds? I let Bumble know there must be a leak in the pipe. Bumble told me it was condensation; we don't have condensation in the desert. A week ago, I hired another company to put a camera in the drains. They found 3 places where the new pipes have come unattached. There are also multiple areas of the sewer pipes sagging, the liquid cannot get past these points. This is why our house smells like sewer gas, some drains will not drain, and why we have tall weeds in one area or our lawn. Our gas line was turned off at the HVAC unit at our home while Bumble was working, I assume to get another service call. We hired a new HVAC company who informed us of this. One of your biggest problems is your General Manager. He only thinks about payment, not quality. I have informed him many times that I will pay the balance once the job is completely finished. Your staff told me that their bonuses are not paid until the job is paid in full, that is probably causing your quality issue. There is also so much turnover with the staff. Our technician Devin was very knowledgeable, honest, efficient, personable, and overall a pleasure to be around. He was prepared with a mask and booties, and was very respectful of our house, and dogs. He did his job, went into our attic and took pics for me to see, checked everything out, and was done and out by 10am! Losing stars now every visit. We can recommend Bumble Breeze for a new install, but you'll spend a lot of your own time afterward for things to get done when there are problems. I have updated this review several times as additional service has been provided and more employees have been met. March 26. Lester came out to do the drywall patch. He doesn't do install corrections, so he left and now we are waiting for an installer to be scheduled and return to fix the 1/4" gap left by the last job before Lester can be reschedules to fix the drywall. 18 March 2024 Wesley came out on in the morning for a spring tuneup. He had an apprentice and went through the system (not that anything major should be wrong with a 6 month old system) and everything checked out. Wesley did notice that the return promised in our contract hadn't been installed and suggested it be corrected. Service for that return was scheduled for the next day (19 March). 19 March 2024, Chris and Jon were assigned to install the return. Logan called at 8:40am with a 30-45 min eta. The guys didn't arrive until after 11am due to traffic and trying to get materials for the job. Unfortunately, they didn't have everything they needed or the correct supplies when they arrived. They had to leave at 12:20p to get the materials they needed, but didn't return (knowing I would be gone from 1:20-2:20p) until after 3p and still didn't have the materials. Another tech (Wilton) brought the missing (and correct ) materials after 4p and the job was finished up just after 5:40p. Had the materials been procured on the day the service was called in, this job could have been completed in a significantly shorter timeframe. Disappointed having an entire day wasted and still have to have a drywall job done on another day to finish the job. 31 December 2023, we had Omar come out for thermostat problems. He worked through the possibilities, figured out the issue, and had us back to normal in no time. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and treated us good and not just another customer. 30 Oct 2023 Bumble Breeze send out Douglas A. for the permit inspection. He arrived on time. The permit inspection was done in no time at all. 04 Oct 2024 I tried turning on the heat today (clear the new season heat smell from the system) and one of my units wouldn't fire up. Bumble Breeze send out Blake A. within an hour he figure out the problem. 20 Sept 2023 Jon D. and the rest of the crew did excellent. They managed to install two full HVAC units and have them up and running in one day. They were here until 11:30pm making sure everything was working properly before they left. There were a few hiccups, but management and the installation crew worked through them all. Some things were over promised, but Mario the install team manager did a bang up job working to make everything right. He keep what was promised within reason and has checked up to see if anything was needed or if changes to the hardware would be required to make things work better. Lester W. came the next day to fix a few drywall and trim pieces. He was also on time, courteous, and did a great job. Wilton B. returned too along with Jon D., they came to setup my previous thermostat(s)(ecobee that we preferred) and handle a small wiring issue that required some additional parts. They rechecked all the work from the previous day and were sure to make sure we were satisfied with everything before they left. Unfortunately, one of my previous ecobee thermostats did not want to work with the new system, so Efrain came out to troubleshoot and change it out for a thermostat that came with the new equipment. 16 Sept 2023 Mark M. was our sales rep. Found that my water heater was leaking late Friday afternoon, as the water was not getting hot at all but slowly getting cool. Called Bumble Breeze and tech Rome Hanson arrived a couple hours later to access the problem. Found out that I needed a new water heater that was still under warranty and an install for a new heater was scheduled for the next day. Technician Michael Karbacher arrived the next day and replaced the water heater at the agreed upon time and in a timely manner. Water pressure valve was also installed. During our recent rain storm, we realized we had no heat! I looked on Yelp & made a list of companies to give my husband to call. I'm so glad he chose Bumble Breeze! The next day, Grady arrived & did a great job of diagnosing the problem. He did a check of our system & made sure our heat was working before he left. He was so nice, professional, & thorough. Because of the job he did, we decided to have their yearly check-up service. We also asked them to service our tankless water system. It is such a relief to have this company taking care of our HVAC. They said my ductwork was inadequate ($10,000-20,000 for them to fix) only to backtrack and tell me I had a refrigerant leak in my brand new system installed by another local business. I only called them to clean my coils as I felt the system wasn't performing optimally after being in service for a season. They swore they cleaned the coils but I found the condenser unit still covered in dust, feathers & leaves, same as when I left the "technician" to his work. They started off saying I had "high static pressure" and for some reason this required a second person to come over, goof around in my attic doing lord knows what, and then try to sell me every service you can imagine. They told me I should have a steel plenum, that my furnace being hung by metal straps wasn't how they would have installed it and implied it was incorrect, that my ductwork was constricted by the metal straps in certain places, that my drain pan should be level (think about that for a second), that I needed more returns, and so many other ridiculous things that I believed until I spent a few hours talking to experts and searching the web. Funny how my system performed at 90% before I called them and then broke down completely after they took a look at it. For legal reasons I must tell you I can't prove they did anything malicious but I had the original installer come inspect the morning after the Bumble-Clown interaction and they gave me a rundown on what was PROBABLY done to my system. I can't repeat it, but what I can tell you is that the work to restore my system after it was bumbled with cost me hundreds of dollars through the original installer, not the $2,300 Bumble estimated for their "leak search and repair" disservice. Let's just say there was no leak where one wouldn't occur by part design. In fact, Bumble Breeze had the gall to tell me exactly where they thought the leak was, and it was indeed in that vicinity, just not for the reason they claimed. They told me the manufacturer of my system (a Champion unit made by York) was notorious for using different metals where the refrigerant loop connects to the condenser unit. This was easily disproven through the use of my eyes, which I've now learned should also be trained on their "technicians" the entire time they're rummaging about a property. If you pay them $150 for their stupid plan (or $250 like I did because you also have a mini split you want cleaned), you end up in their CRM system and their phone workers will not stop calling & texting you until you break nasty on them or let them come, in my opinion, run game on you with incorrect diagnoses and hilarious prices. Do yourself a favor and look into the named manager/"founder" of this business, particularly his previous work history, if you don't believe my account. Here's one thing I can tell you for a fact: if I see Bumble Breeze on my curtilage I'm calling the police immediately. After how they treated me when I all I wanted was a simple cleaning & tuneup, I do not trust these people. !!DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING DIGITALLY WITHOUT READING!! !!THEY WILL SHOVE TABLET WITH SIGNATURE LINES IN YOUR FACE!! We installed a whole house humidifier and we were promised by Leo Murrieta that we were gonna be able to get up to 50% humidity in our home, our unit isn't working and now they're telling us we need a second one. They voided our HVAC warranty claiming to give us a lifetime warranty and now nothing's even working $12,000 later. I haven't had my dryer vents cleaned in 15 years so I decided to have someone from Bumble come out because they had the best price and best availability. They quoted me $129 and had someone out in 2 business days. They sent Devin out and communicated the timeline in which he would arrive several times by text. Great communication. Before he came they sent his picture and I little about me bio. Really nice to see who is coming beforehand. He came in, was quiet, quick and took lots of pictures so we could see the work done. Unfortunately I don't recommend this company at all. I'm not usually one to write bad reviews but it is extremely difficult to get someone to call back. We had a tankless water heater installed in our home. It became a complicated and expensive project that the company did not follow up on. A gas line was also put in that that went without inspection. I called multiple times and left messages with the people that answer their phones and I was told the plumbing manager would call me back, but this did not occur. It has been a consistent struggle with this company. I was ok with spending more money with Bumble Breeze so I could get better service. Unfortunately this was not the case. read more

Doing my due diligence before mini split installation, and scheduled with 8 (!!!) different companies, some referred by Yelp and some referred by Next Door. One of them is Bumble Breeze as referredf by Yelp. Set up an appointment for a visual inspection/estimate over Yelp for 2 mini splits installation, and it sounded everything was good until the day of. Received a call from their representative 30 minutes late than the set time and he pretty much did the estimate, assessment and evaluation telephonically. He claimed they're not the cheapest. True that ($14K +) ! Suffice to say, I crossed them out off of my list with a thumbs down. read more

Of course the air conditioner on my elderly mobile home stopped working in the 118 degree heat. Bumble Breeze sent Wes out for a diagnosis very promptly. He is very knowledgeable and was great at educating me on my a/c unit, how it worked, and what I needed. He was able to get an appointment for me the very next morning. Shawn came then to do the install, and worked for hours in the killer heat to give me back my house! He was also very personable and informative, a very experienced technician. I now have a cool home, much better than before. I'm not happy about having to replace such an expensive item, but hey, this is Las Vegas, you can't live without air conditioning! I'm just glad I went with this company, I trust their work and everyone I dealt with there was so nice. I especially appreciate knowledgeable technicians who know exactly what to do.
