My husband and I usually have brunch somewhere downtown on Sundays. We are having an early family dinner tonight so we didn't want anything too filling. So, I suggested Eagle Coffee. I remember they have baked goodies that my husband would be interested in. He's doesn't like all the frilly stuff, just the good ol classics and Eagle Coffee has plenty of that! We came in around 12:30. It was pretty chill. A few guests outside enjoying the September weather and a couple guests inside. We checked out the food cases and found what we wanted. In my last review I had the keto quiche. It was a little overwhelming for me. The Mediterranean quiche was suggested so of course I had to try it. And it looked good in the food case. We were instantly greeted by a bunch a happy faces. I ordered the ham and cheese croissant for my husband. My Mediterranean quiche was ordered. I snagged a small iced cinnamon honey dirty chai with almond milk and a huckleberry lemonade for the husband. I believe everything we got is going to be so good! The ham and cheese croissant looked mighty tasty! It was nicely heated. You can tell it was nice and hot cause the ham and cheese was starting to slide out of the croissant. Husband smashed the whole thing and I wasn't even offered a bite. My quiche had beautiful pieces of zucchini and cheese on top. I really enjoyed the sun dried tomatoes in it. The filling was fluffy and soft. It was a great suggestion from the manager! I might have them heat it up just a hair longer next time, it could have been warmer. The huckleberry lemonade was killer!! It was tart, sweet and bubbly. I was only allowed one sip and I made sure it was big! My first round of chai did not look like normal and it didn't taste good. It was so dark and bitter. I did ask the barista if there was chai in my drink cause it didn't taste like chai. After we got it figured out, a new drink was made. My first one was not what I had ordered, I don't know what it was. My second round was almost perfect. The honey cinnamon chai was so good! It was sweet and spicy. I love the added cinnamon in there. It tastes like it should be cold and holiday season outside. I did pay for a shot of espresso to make it dirty which I never got. It was almost a cup of perfection. I really enjoyed our little coffee date here today. The food was good. Our drinks were tasty. The staff was nice. And it's conveniently down the road from us. I'm happy we stopped in today for our Sunday goodies. I look forward to another round of food and drinks from this joint. read more

Came here with the wifey for some sweet treats but most importantly coffee! I noticed a very cozy ambiance on the inside. They have a huge table that can seat multiple people which I thought was really cool. I ordered the chocolate croissant and the mocha. The croissant was chocolatey and warm. I got the dark mocha which was also very tasty! Wifey got the raspberry croissant and raspberry soy matcha. Overall, I enjoyed the pastries and the coffee. The shop was also very cozy. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys coffee and pastries for breakfast! read more

Came across this spot while looking for a coffee shop in the area. I'd say this place was good, coffee was also good. I wasn't a big fan of the matcha latte, sadly. Their pastries are amazing though! We tried their raspberry croissant and chocolate croissant, they were delish! I need to come back here for their breakfast burritos and quiche! They also looked amazing. And I might just have to try their other drinks. My hubby got their latte and it was okay. Workers were nice, very casual and small place. It can get very crowded quickly. read more

I forgot to take photos of our drinks and treats when we went, but Eagle Coffee & Bakery is a cozy chill space! This was our first time visiting, and we're excited to try their drinks and food items. They had a semi-decent selection of gluten free treats & foods beyond salad, which I appreciate as someone who can only eat gluten free! I was hoping for one of their muffins, but they were out when I got there on a Saturday around 2. The staff were super friendly, helpful and engaging with us when we told them it was our first time. I got a Dirty Chai and they warned me it was the spicy type of chai, not the sweet smooth kind, which was good to know since I forgot to ask, I like both but nice to know what to expect! I had 2 shots espresso in a 16oz drink. I'm also dairy free, so I got almond milk. I have to be honest - I have had better. Not sure if it was the espresso, or their chai - it was a strong flavor, and next time I would likely add in vanilla to sweeten it some more. My husband tried a seasonal drink- the Stargazer Latte - and he said it tasted like sweet dirt. . I didn't try it because he gets regular cow's milk in his drinks - but he preferred my dirty chai. For treats I got the peanut butter cookie (GF, vegan) and my husband got zucchini bread. They were both delicious!! Pretty good coffee shop! I got the macadamia turtle latte which was really good and not too sweet. My husband got the tiramisu latte which was good too, but wasn't really reminiscent of tiramisu. For food, my husband got the breakfast sandwich and I got the smoked ham and cheddar croissant. He liked his sandwich, mine was good, but the saltiness of the ham with the saltiness of the cheddar was a little much for me. We also got the blackberry white chocolate scone which was delicious. Love the crispiness of the outside, and tenderness of the inside. Not dry at all! The staff was super nice too! We'll definitely come back to try their other offerings. read more

Most delicious pastries in Idaho! Lemon blueberry scone was divine. Bought lemon bar, espresso bread, etc. and all were delicious and large, very filling. Hubby got the meat quiche and he said it was the best he's ever had. S'mores latte was excellent. Highly recommend if you like quality pastries and unique lattes. Very cozy inside. Friendly service. Not only do they have an amazing amount of delicious pastry choices, they are friendly and and welcoming. We have been there three times and intend on going back soon. The barista was friendly, the snacks and food are plentiful, and the matcha was the best I have ever had. The barista helped me order the perfect drink. And hold on to your hats... they have nice ceramic cups to drink in the store which makes everything taste better. If you visit around 11am, the lighting is perfect. There are comfy chairs to lounge in, tall tables, a barstool area, and a lower table. The music is a good level to still hear but enjoy conversation or a book. Parking here is pretty easy even though there are quite a few businesses around. read more

Due to the tricky location I think this place might be going unnoticed so I wanted to try to fix that with this review. I was only patron in the shop when I went to get a coffee after my pilates class next door. The young lady behind the counter was very sweet and she was kind enough to explain their Golden Matcha to me, which had turmeric in it and was delicious. Definitely one of those small local businesses that we need to support instead of selling out for the convenience of a Starbucks. read more
