Another fresh bouquet delivered for my bday! These are gorgeous, and remind me of a sunset or something. I liked the white paired with the orange. I did not order them so I cannot speak to whether they look like the photo, but I like them! The flowers are very fresh (nothing worse than wilted or soft roses), and the flowers are firm. I came in because my boyfriends mother was having surgery and since Mother's Day is close, we wanted to give her a really beautiful bouquet. We were originally planning on doing 1800 flowers but I am beyond glad I stopped in. I met the florist and told her our situation, asking for peach flowers since that was the color of her ribbon for cancer. It was very important for us to do a palette with that scheme. I did not know florists could make a custom arrangement right then and there and she asked my price range, so no surprises. IMPORTANT! The florist told me that since 1800 flowers is their own company, you overpay for flowers that aren't even guaranteed as the local place having them. She explained to me a story of a woman who was upset that she paid over 100 dollars and barely had any flowers. The florist explained that the order 1800 flowers sent over showed a 69.00 order INCLUDING the delivery fee, so she basically got a 40 flower arrangement and the rest went to the big company. I'm so thankful she explained this to me! Additionally, if you go into your local florist you can have them design something custom for you and know what you're getting ahead of time. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and I am beyond happy with the price, the flowers, the service, the vase, everything was perfect. Absolutely horrible experience! First off, the delivery was scheduled for yesterday and the flowers never showed up. Then after several calls my husband arranged for them to be sent today. The arrangement was $60, $75 with fees and tax- and it showed up looking terrible. Not arranged even slightly, huge gaps and cheap clear vase... Do NOT Use! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. See photo of flowers that were delivered and left outside to freeze all night. These were ordered from across the country to be delivered to my grandmother who is a grieving widow. She called the number and they told her there was nothing they can do because the order was done online and they don't make a lot of money on them. They were left on the front porch yesterday evening, no knock. No anything that was seen on our security cam system. I called on behalf of my grandmother as she was visible upset. Lady who answered the phone was very callus and uncaring, said the order was canceled they had the wrong phone number to call then said it wasn't true that no one knocked when we clearly could see it on the camera system. Placed a telaforist online order with this florist form some nice flowers to be delivered as a gift... the delivery driver called and we didn't happen to be home, because telaflorist only give you a 11-5 window and have no clue when the actual florist will deliver. He called from the middle of nowhere with spotty reception and she designed the most amazing, beautiful, sweet smelling bouquet I have ever received. Pink roses, freesia, and lilies. The bouquet lasted the 10 days I was in the hospital and I took it home where it lasted another 3-4 days. I tried calling to ask if I could just pick them up instead of having the flowers delivered as my recipient was not going to be home Mother's Day weekend like I thought. After speaking with fromyouflowers customer service and then leaving Julie's multiple messages I started calling, Friday-Sunday with NO response to them or I. WHAT FLOWER SHOP DOESNT ANSWER THE PHONE MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND?! I finally got through to julies Sunday afternoon and all she said was she can't make any changes to the order I have to go through the website. The website then said they will attempt delivery Sunday and of no ones home it will be left on the front step. Monday morning, no flowers! Shocker. After my 4th call to this website customer service I finally got a full refund and I have been trying to call julies also, and suprise I cannot get through. We ordered a "large" bouquet from 1-800-flowers, for a co-workers new baby arrival. The order was passed off to "Best" Flowers by Julie. When our "large" arrangement showed up, it was 1/3 of the size of your average large, much more like a "small". We called Julie to express a bit of concern in a very polite manner and were told: "I do flowers for 1-800 all the time and this is my large", and with a snotty tone she replied "What would like me to do about it". Knowing nothing positive was going to come from this conversation, I said "nothing", she replied with "OK" and hung up. I would truly expect a higher level of professionalism if one wanted return service.
