They went out of their way to be helpful, and solved my rough shifting with much less work than I expected it to need. I recently had to take my car in because the rear, passenger-side window would not close. Brian took the car in that evening, even though all bays were already full. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and determined that the window needed a new regulator and set about trying to find one. His normal supply sources had the part for $300 to $350, but Brian thought that it was too much for the part. He then spent over an hour trying to locate the part for a better price. He could have ordered the part - I had given him carte blanche to do what was needed, but instead, he decided to put forth an extra effort. He located the part for $80 from a non-typical supplier. Since it would take some time for the part to arrive, her rigged the window to stay in the up position until it was ready. Brian refused to accept any money for the temporary repair. Once the part arrived, he had it installed the very next day. The total cost of the repair was $164. I am grateful for Brian, for it is rare today to find someone who prizes integrity higher than profit. He has earned my business, and my respect! If you need repair work, he will do the job right, and will give you the best deal possible.

Being retired a repair bill that high is hard to pay so I just parked the truck and didn't drive it. Eventually I decided to get a second opinion and took the Truck to Transmissions Unlimited and Gabriel told me that the transmission just needed a flush and after they completed it my truck was shifting fine again. Gabriel also said that it might need another part replaced but his tests were inconclusive and he didn't want to put the other part in unless he was sure since it would cost another $500. It is so difficult to find a truly honest and reputable repair shop and after taking my truck into Transmissions Unlimited and working with Gabriel to get my truck repaired I am very happy to have finally found a repair shop I can trust and have confidence that my vehicles will be diagnosed and repaired correctly.
