Absolutely amazing service and food. Sage was our server, and he was there for everything we needed. He was super nice and relatable also checked back a few times to make sure we were good. There were so many great choices of food on the menu. I went with the pulled pork sandwich, and my girlfriend went with the Caesar salad with grilled chicken! I went to this place to celebrate my daughter's birthday, based on the review it convinced me the food are great so as I thought... food are salty, we ordered their southern fried chicken 13.50 (4pcs of thigh and leg) as recommended by the server (he said chicken are the specials to their place)they should have their palate check!!! At first, I was torn between what to get but eventually landed on the chicken and waffles. Make no mistake about it, if you aren't hungry or don't have the appetite of Paul Bunion, do not get it. It is located in the pioneer and you can easily take the water taxi here if you are staying along the river and your hotel is not close. The food is beyond delicious and the portions are huge!! We came for breakfast and waited about 30 minutes to get a table but it was definitely worth it. We looked at the menu during our wait so we ordered as soon as we sat down. The staff is really friendly. The food doesn't come out right away but I'm ok with that because the food is fresher and not just sitting under heat lamps. When in Laughlin you must try this place. We always have to go to Bumbleberry Flats whenever we are in Laughlin. We went there for breakfast this past Sunday and much to our disappointment they removed the pulled pork pancakes off the menu. Had the Cajun Mac n Cheese and it was amazing! So good that I tried to have it again the next night but unfortunately they changed their closing time from 1AM to 10PM without even changing their info on Yelp. They lost a star for that, it seems like a very bad move considering that everything else around there is either terrible or closes early. Food didn't take too long to come out either! Only downside was our waiter, Jeremy, was a bit slow, very nice but not as attentive as I would have liked. After we got our food we were checked on once shortly after our food arrived and then not again until the end of service when he dropped off the check. Our drinks were empty and we were thirsty. Every time one of them (and it was rare to see one without the other) walked by, it seriously made my day worse. Cheer up ladies, it doesn't get easier than you have it right now. Next we sit at our table, the bus boy took our drink order. Legitimately the only employee who acted like he enjoyed being at his job. Props to the bus boy for giving a crap about his customers. He's the only reason I tipped. Then the waiter comes around to take our orders. He was nice. It was fine. He leaves to go put our food order in and then performs the most impressive magical disappearing act the likes of any of us have ever seen. There was a brief glimpse of him before he brought the food out that allowed us to ask for more coffee, since all of our cups were empty at that point. Our favorite bus boy fulfilled our coffee request. The food took a while to come out, but honestly that wasn't even an issue for us. We were all talking and joking around and they have this little disclaimer on the menu that says it may take a bit. It did, but it was fine. We saw the waiter when he brought the food, no idea what his name is. And then *whoop* gone again. We all eat, no one gets anymore coffee, water or other drinks because we didn't want to have to go through the struggle of flagging someone down again. We all finish our food. Please note how I didn't mention the waiter came to check on us, cause he didn't. Not. Even. Once. Keep in mind here, the prices of this place aren't exactly "cheap" and there are 7 of us. So you can imagine the bill isn't going to be super small. So we finish our food, and then we sit and wait for someone to bring our check. Waiters walk by us, not ours because who the hell knows what black hole they guy fell into, and no one makes eye contact with us. 5 waiters I counted, except ours, and no one notices that there's a guy waving his hand to flag someone down and a giant pregnant lady shooting daggers from her eyes trying to get someone to pay attention to the table. Then, as of a miracle happens, 20 minutes later our waiter appears! The very joy I felt in my soul knowing we would soon be free of our empty restaurant prison! But alas, he's helping another table and refuses to look our way! He goes to that table 3 times before we finally flag him down to ask for our check. He drops it off, we ask if he can split it and his response is "she'll do it up front". Well great, now we have to deal with the sassy pants hostesses and their joyous attitudes. And trust me when I say they did not disappoint. We get to the front to pay and ask to split the check, the cashier/ whatever else she gets paid for, sighs and says "how?". With your computer princess, is this your first time?! It takes 10 minutes for her to figure it out, but she does and we finally get to leave. It's finally over! The issue I struggle with here is the food was SO FREAKING GOOD. We now have to decide if we ever want to come back here we KNOW how bad the service is going to be and if we want to put ourselves through that abuse again. Took the family for Valentine's day dinner. Food was amazing. So many choices I really wasn't sure what to order. The guys had chicken and waffles, I had prime rib. Be prepared for a long wait because the food is freshly cooked from scratch and when you finally get it the wait is worth it. We all were so hungry that we got the bread basket as an appitizer and I would say I will be doing that again. Although by the time our dinner came out I was not as hungry and the amount was enough for two more meals, which was fine with me because I could then savor that fork tender prime rib for another day. I got to tey the fried chicken and waffles the guys got and omg... Honestly the best I have ever had (sorry Rosco's in Pasadena) and will probably not order anything else ever....
