I own a 2023 GMC Duramax and it was nearly totaled by my insurance company due to the damage on the drivers side. Both doors and part of the uniframe were trashed. Repairs on such bad damage are always noticeable. ACP is the only shop I've ever seen bring it back to factory specs. Joe Ortiz and Brenda Trujillo treated me like a VIP through the entire process. Their customer service and hospitality acumen cannot be compared any shops I ve ever dealt with. My search for the best is over. FINALLY!! P.S. ACP did work on my truck that was not a part of my contract. They washed, wax and installed a side mirror. I will never go anywhere else!!

Instead of doing their job and diagnosing the problem, they dismissed me like I didn't know my own vehicle. Weeks went by with the same response: ignore, deflect, delay. Then came the most insulting part -- their "mechanic" (who I was told is part-time) tried to blame the engine damage on me because I had replaced coil packs and spark plugs. That excuse is laughable. Routine maintenance does not magically cause accident-related engine damage, and anyone with basic automotive knowledge knows that. Let's be very clear: * The engine issue started immediately after the accident * I reported it from day one * Caliber Collision ignored it * When they could no longer avoid it, they tried to shift blame onto me This wasn't a mistake -- it was negligence and gaslighting. If you don't fight them every step of the way, they will minimize real issues and protect themselves instead of your vehicle. I would never trust Caliber Collision with another repair. Frustrated with the lack of response, I went in a week later to cash out, no one asked questions or attempted to assist, they just punched a few buttons on their keyboard and said insurance would follow up. This confirmed my decision to take my business elsewhere. I shared the experience with my insurance company, who at least apologized for what happened. None of it the end of the world, but when there's a multitude of other choices, I'd prefer to go with one who seems interested in my business.
